Keiichi's younger sister. She attends the Nekomi Institute of Technology (NIT), like Keiichi, as an engineering student. Megumi is also a very skilled mechanic and even went against Skuld in a robot construction contest (the result was a draw). In the manga, she is shown to be a very skilled motorcycle driver, although she claims that Keiichi and Belldandy are better than she is. It is hinted in the OVA that she joins the Motor Club, but in the manga, the movie, and the TV series, she is actually a member of the softball club. In the manga, she also becomes the "queen" (a title she seemingly hates, but lives up to anyway) of the bike racers in the local touge after she consistently beats the previous queen while on her way to school. In the movie, Keiichi also refers to her as "The Queen of Drag Racing." Recently in the Manga she has reappeared at the temple drunk, only to drop crying into Keiichi after being dumped for the third time, after her former boyfriends could not keep up with pressure of dating a local celebrity. This echoes when Sayoko Mishima appeared drunk near the temple after being abandoned by everyone in favor of Belldandy, then falling into Keiichi's arms and confessing her problems.   Generally, Megumi acts like a teenager, albeit with a mature attitude about things. However, she can still descend into a far more childish temperament of silly remarks and competition. Her primary concern seems to be advancing in life, although she isn't obsessive about it. This manifests more as a desire to work, and she apparently holds a number of club positions at her college. Belldandy has remarked that she sees a similarity between Megumi and Skuld and that she would like to see Skuld learn some things from Megumi. She also seems to have trouble coping with rejection, as well as a borderline alcoholic, as currently seen when she was rejected for the third time in a row. This trait of consuming alcohol in large quantities seems to be a trait she seems to share with Sayoko Mishima.   Megumi also exhibits a certain degree of protectiveness towards Keiichi, although this tends to manifest as teasing. Finally, although she won't admit it, Megumi has a strong respect for Keiichi and Belldandy's mechanical skills. Megumi is presently unaware of the "goddess" status of Belldandy or her two sisters. A timid young girl who ends up becoming Tetsuo&#039;s companion and Akira&#039;s babysitter.     ~!In the manga, Kaori is introduced after Neo-Tokyo is destroyed by Akira when she tries to get food for her crippled father. After she&#039;s discovered that she isn&#039;t a member of The Great Tokyo Empire, she&#039;s denied food and later on recruited by Tetsuo&#039;s aide with three other girls to serve as Tetsuo&#039;s playmates.     Tetsuo gives each of the girls the government-issued drug, and mistaking it for a medicine, Kaori instead saves it for her sick father; which ends up saving her from sharing the fate of the others girls whom end up being killed by the strong effect of the drug.    Her caring and innocent nature earns her Tetsuo&#039;s trust and genuine affection, and she becomes the person to whom he turns for comfort, especially whenever he suffers the strain of the power evolving within him. After Tetsuo begins to mutate and he no longer able to control his powers, his aides plan to assassinate him; hearing of that Kaori takes off to warn him, but gets shot by them.    When Tetsuo finds her dying body, he enters a battle with the American army, then with Kaneda. Later on he attempts to revive her, but fails. He then carries her dead body to Akira&#039;s cryogenic chamber and she was last seen by Kei when she takes cover inside it after Tetsuo&#039;s body goes through another mutation.!~

Retsu is one of the two title characters. He is a fifth-grade student who is 11 years old, and Go's older brother. Although he is able to control his patience better than his brother, he still lets out his annoyance with someone once in a while. Together with Go, they are known as the "Let's Go Brothers". In WGP, he is the captain of the TRF Victorys. He likes to collect postcards.

Yumemi Yumeno was an anime only character. In the English dub she was known as Peggy Jones, and used the stage name Lonnie Lenai.    She was a popular artist in Tokyo, and many people believed that owning one of her illustrations could make their romantic dreams come true. In episode 28 she had Usagi and Mamoru model for one of her illustrations. She was initially very reclusive and hid her identity from her fans. She had very low self-esteem and did not feel that the way she looked was appropriate for someone who did the type of illustrations she did, so she drew a gorgeous fantasy woman in her place in her &quot;self portrait.&quot; However, Usagi encouraged her to be more open about her identity and she ultimately replaced the previous &quot;self portrait&quot; with a more accurate one. Sakiko is a young girl who appears only in the anime, in episode 020. She lives with her father at Inaka-hama in Pension Adams, a large European-style hotel on the beach. Inaka-hama is popular tourist destination, but Usagi, Ami, Rei, and Luna visit the beach for extra training as Senshi. Rei booked rooms for them at Pension Adams. A thunderstorm strikes as the girls make their way to the hotel, and they eventually become lost. Luckily, young Sakiko finds them in the forest and leads them to Pension Adams. The three employees who work there are dressed in monster costumes so that they look like a ghost, a werewolf, and Frankenstein. The hotel is well-known for the costumes of the employees, but Usagi and Luna nonetheless find everything very creepy. As Sakiko introduces the guests to the employees, her father angrily calls her away. Several scary things begin happening, including a spirit that terrifies the Senshi at dinner. Rei knows that it is not truly a spirit, but there is an enormous amount of energy coming from somewhere within the house.    Sakiko is a very lonely young girl. While the girls stay at the hotel, Sakiko watches them as often as she can. Eventually, Ami talks to her about her loneliness and says, &quot;Cheer up! You remind me of how I was not so long ago because you&#039;re all by yourself. I know! The best thing to do is to become friends with Usagi. She&#039;ll cheer you right up.&quot; Unfortunately, Sakiko&#039;s father witnesses this confrontation and forcefully leads the young girl away, scolding her for talking to strangers. He warns Ami, &quot;You girls should get out of here quickly. That is, if you don&#039;t want to be in more frightening situations.&quot; Later, Ami learns that Sakiko&#039;s father has been hypnotizing Sakiko in order to harness her powerful psychic powers. Many people were skeptical of the girl, so although she herself does not want to, he attempts to strengthen her power. At this point, she is able to conjure up the poltergeist-like spirit that had been terrorizing the guests at dinner.    Ami interrupts the hypnosis session between Sakiko and her father, and Sakiko wakes up. Unfortunately, the spirit does not disappear, and it is now uncontrollable. It begins to attack Sakiko&#039;s father. Sakiko rushes to her father&#039;s aid, and he tells her to run. He says, &quot;I am sorry. I knew you just wanted to live like a normal girl, but I...&quot; she cuts him off by hugging him. The ghost rushes towards the two, and Sakiko blasts it with a huge burst of energy. Finally, the ghost disappears. Sakiko&#039;s father says, &quot;I just wanted everyone to acknowledge that Sakiko possessed truly strong powers and though I knew that she hated her powers, I continued training her. I used the guests who happened to come to this hotel to conduct experiments.&quot; The next day, the three girls go to the beach with Sakiko and play ball in the sand. Sakiko&#039;s father looks on, and the hotel employees ask if there will ever be any more ghosts... they are scaredy-cats who can&#039;t deal with the apparitions! He smiles and says that they won&#039;t have to deal with it again... ever.

Cyprine (Cyprin in the dub) and Ptilol are, together, considered the fifth of the Witches 5. It has been stated by Naoko Takeuchi in the Materials Collection that Ptilol is just an extension of Cyprine's power, yet they seem to act as one. Cyprine is named for the mineral cyprine.  In the anime, Cyprine was portrayed as the last of the Witches 5. It was only when confronted that she revealed her &quot;other self&quot;, Ptilol. These two are only one person, split in two, and are not twins. Cyprine is the only fifth witch, and Ptilol is merely an extension of Cyprine that has manifested itself as Ptilol. Cyprine and Ptilol are one, and they believe that no one can defeat them. The two prove nearly invincible to the Sailor Senshi, as one always blocks incoming attacks with her powers while the other blasts from behind. Gradually, the Senshi are able to trick the two into blasting each other, killing both at the same time.  In the manga, Cyprine is the highest ranking witch at level 999, and her death attack is &quot;Ribbon Buster.&quot; She was called upon by Kaolinite specifically to take care of the Sailor Senshi. She comes from the Sorcery Class of the Professional Division of Infinity Academy. Cyprine attacks Haruka Tenoh in her apartment. Haruka promptly transforms into Sailor Uranus, and the Inner Senshi, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Pluto appear to aid their fellow senshi. Cyprine then uses her power to magnify the preexisting feelings of hostility and tension between the Inner Senshi and Outer Senshi. Sailor Moon, horrified by the maneuver, attempts to destroy Cyprine with her Moon Spiral Heart Attack, but this attack fails. Cyprine isn't hurt, and instead splits herself into two halves, herself and another, Ptilol. Sailor Moon gathers energy from all of the senshi to create the Holy Grail, and uses it to transform into Super Sailor Moon. She then uses her &quot;Rainbow Moon Heart Ache&quot; attack to destroy Cyprine and Ptilol.

Ibuki met Godai when he was in the student teacher program in his fourth year of college, and fell in love with him at first sight. God of mischief (and in some versions chaos) in Norse mythology. Trapped in the body of a child, he seeks a way back to the realm of the gods and his original body. He is the father of Fenrir, Yamino, and Hel. Originally a member of Dark Joker, after repeated failures to defeat Nurse Angel Buros gives Dewey a &quot;body that feels no pain&quot;, leading to his utter defeat and near death.  Ririka saves Dewey using the Green Vaccine instead of letting him die.  Dewey later repays this debt to Ririka by retrieving some of the Black Vaccine and telling her that Nurse Angel has the ability to transform the Black Vaccine into Green Vaccine, thus replenishing Ririka's supply of the Green Vaccine.  Dewey gradually grows to accept the kindness of Ririka and Seiya, and becomes a valuable ally in the fight against Dark Joker.

The chief heroine of Plastic Little, Titaniva Mu Koshigaya (or Tita to her friends) is the captain of the Cha-Cha Maru, a petshop hunter ship she inherited from her father. A tomboy at heart, whenever she gets time away from the gas ocean, Tita often enjoys riding on her jetcycle. However, Tita would prefer to cruise the gas ocean. Sagara Sanosuke left home at an early age to join the Sekihō Army (Sekihō-tai), leaving behind his father (Kamishimoemon), his mother (Naname), and his younger sister (Uki) who adored him. He would return home years later to discover that his mother was dead, having died a couple of years after the birth of his younger brother, Ota, who immediately began to admire Sanosuke for his bravery and boldness. Sanosuke would also find out that his family name was now Higashidani, although he would never use it himself. His sister, after Sanosuke's disappearance and then her mother's death, became overprotective of her younger brother and father, who worked as a local merchant and farmer with the infamy of being a local fighter. Ota, after Sanosuke leaves his family again, would eventually follow his brother's advice and train at the Kamiya Kasshin-Ryū style dojo to become strong. The Sekihoutai fought for the imperial alliance at the end of the Tokugawa regime and Sanosuke admired his captain, Sagara Sōzō and took the family name Sagara from him. The Sekihō Army were on assignment to spread word of the halving of taxes proclaimed by the revolution. However, when the revolutionary government encountered financial problems, they labeled the Sekihoutai as frauds to bury their promises. This setup was engineered by Shindō Tatewaki, a former officer in the imperial alliance. The Sekihoutai were designated scapegoats and to be executed; Sanosuke was the only survivor, other than his friend Tsukioka Katsuhiro. The exact circumstances of Sōzō's death differ between the animated version and the manga; in the manga Sanosuke realized he had been killed after seeing his decapitated head on display as a warning, while in the anime a wounded Sōzō pushed Sanosuke to safety off a cliff in order to save him before dying himself. Full of anger and bitterness, Sanosuke made a living as a fighter-for-hire who bore the nickname "Zanza" derived from his weapon, the zanbatō. Sanosuke's sword, the heaviest katana ever made in the Rurouni Kenshin universe, originates from the Ōnin Struggle. Due to wear the blade no longer has an edge. Sanosuke uses the sword to smash and crush. Hiruma Kihei and Gohei hire Sanosuke to kill Himura Kenshin, but after the former assassin defeats Sanosuke and Sanosuke learns of the truth of Kenshin's no-kill approach, Sanosuke becomes a valuable ally. He later adopts a boxing-like fighting skill, known for the strength of his right fist. Because the zanbatō broke during the fight, Sanosuke no longer wields it on a regular basis, using only one more time in the manga to defend the Kamiya dojo during the Jinchu arc. At the end of the manga series, Sanosuke leaves Japan to avoid becoming wrongfully arrested and travels the world. He is not heard from until five years later during a reunion of the Kenshin-gumi, in which he tells them via a letter that he is in Mongolia and will stay there for a while before heading back to Japan.

Cheerful, and good humoured, Kohran is mechanically inclined and loves to work with the kobu. She works as the stage manager of the Hanagumi. A running joke in the series is that Kohran&#039;s inventions are rather accident-prone, often backfiring or blowing up in her face. She sometimes uses Ogami to test her inventions, with predictably hilarious results. Despite her cheerful attitude, she also has a serious side regarding her past; a bandit raid killed her parents and was said to be the only survivor during the village fire. Yuriko Fuchizaki's career is long in comparison to other seiyū of her generation - she began at the age of 10, dubbing films into Japanese for the talent agency Group Midori. Her anime debut came in 1984 with the role of Kishin Shinokawa in Persia, the Magic Fairy when she was in 10th grade.    She is the middle child of three. She was married in 2005 and is the mother of twin sons.
