Toraichi Tamiya and Otaki Aoyama are the directors of the Motor Club. They make life very hard for Keiichi by passing on a lot of work to him. However, they have a great deal of respect for Keiichi&#039;s abilities both as a mechanic and a driver. In the manga, they pass the directorship of the Motor Club to Keiichi. Tokima is the demon who originally bridged the dimensional gaps between the demon plane and the human plane. He is very powerful, with the ability to control both the time and space continuums. He has fought, and lost to, every previous generation of Mamono Hunter, which explains all the scars on his body. After each such loss some of his power was sealed away by that particular Mamono Hunter.    

He is by far the most powerful of the five and the Dark King's right-hand man. He can block the Marble Screw with just his abilities, as well as many other attacks, but his fortitude isn't as high as Gekidrago, as a direct hit will still hurt him. He first appeared on Earth, but did not start seriously fighting the girls until after Kiriya is sent back to the Dark Zone. He is defeated in episode 24 but made a brief comeback in episode 25 in which he battles Pretty Cure and takes them to the Dark Zone in a far more monstrous (and powerful) form. He is large, pale and bald with pointed ears and dark-rimmed eyes that resemble those of Kiriya. He wears a white robe and carries a purple prism stone.

Flegel was a high noble, and the nephew of Duke Otto von Braunschweig. He was involved in the imprisonment of then-Rear Admiral Wolfgang Mittermeyer in 486 Imperial Calendar, paying an interrogator to torture him and after this was unsuccessful attempting to beat him personally. His pride stung by Mittermeyer accusing him of cowardice in beating a manacled man, he released the admiral's handcuffs to fight him fairly but was easily defeated by Mittermeyer and called for his companions to shoot his opponent. This was foiled by the personal intervention of Admiral Reinhard von Müsel at the request of Rear Admiral Oskar von Reuenthal.

At first he wants Kaiji to help him beat the Bog but later helps Kaiji defeat the Bog.
