Kisuke Urahara is a mysterious shinigami who runs his own shop in the world of the living, specifically Karakura Town, that caters to Shinigami / Soul Reaper needs. He has several employees who work under him at his shop, including [Tessai Tsukabishi](https://anilist.co/character/15571/Tessai-Tsukabishi), [Jinta Hanakari](https://anilist.co/character/8018/Jinta-Hanakari), and [Ururu Tsumugiya](https://anilist.co/character/3528/Ururu-Tsumugiya). He is generally known to be a laid-back, jovial fellow, however he is far more deceptive than he lets on, and there are times he can be dead serious when the situation warrants it. Despite his carefree attitude, his speech is always polite, though it is sometimes sarcastic. Kisuke tends to go over the top with whatever he becomes passionate about, and has once described himself as a "mere honest, handsome, perverted businessman." Despite his appearance, Urahara is a highly skilled fighter, using a combination of powerful attacks and cunning deceptions, and is capable of holding his own with nothing more than his shikai.

Urahara can often be found near the scene of events that he deems important, but will rarely step in to intervene, preferring to pull the strings from outside. After the event is over, he kindly pops up and helps the side he deems fit. He often tends to know more than he reveals, and has strong history and ties to the soul society and several characters within it. While he is a major driving force throughout much of the story, he is usually only the catalyst, allowing others to do the work for him. He also likes building large underground training spaces in secret, it's practically his hobby.

The hot-headed member of the Order, he was initially skeptical about Zero and his plans. 

Jou Kido is a character in the anime and manga series Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02 and Digimon Adventure tri.. He is a DigiDestined, partnered to Gomamon, and bearer of the Crest of Sincerity.

At a glance, Joe appears to be a a flighty boy and a nervous wreck, panicking over little things. This stems from Joe's strong sense of responsibility, in addition to being the oldest of the group. He acts as the voice of reason and tries, often without success, to steer the other DigiDestined away from danger and tries to find a safer way. His "safety first" attitude is often the source of teasing from others specially Gomamon, who teases him the most but all the DigiDestined respect and trust Joe for being reliable. His reliability is shown whenever Joe will not hesitate to put his life over the others (for example, he saves Takeru from drowning). Teasing aside, the DigiDestined respect and trust Joe because they know he can be relied on to be selfless and brave when problems arise.

One of the first racers from Saitama to actually race against Takumi with his turbocharged Levin, he appeared later in Fourth Stage, this time replacing the turbocharger with a supercharger for more linear acceleration. Wataru is a skilled driver who honed his skills on the treacherous Shomaru Pass. He came to Gunma in hopes of facing new racers to challenge. As well as to watch over his sister Kazumi, who just got a job at a hotel with her aunt. Wataru reappeared in episode 9 of Fourth Stage as Nobuhiko's cousin, to watch Takumi race against the Northern Saitama Alliance in the hopes of finding a weak spot.  Wataru later raced against Keisuke Takahashi in a wet weather race, but when his tires lost grip upon touching a metal gutter while he adjusted his wipers, he was defeated. Amuro was born on Earth and raised in the space colonies of Side 7. Amuro's father is an Earth Federation technician who helps the Federation build new weapon designs. Since he sees many of his fathers work he's a very skilled technician himself. As soon as Zeon attacked the colony he was living in, he came across the RX-78-2 Gundam and used it to stop them. After countless battles, Amuro learned of his Newtype abilities and was considered one of the strongest mobile suit pilots. Since the Gundam was white he was considered the White Ghost by many of his enemies. After the One Year War, ~!Amuro was placed under house arrest by the Titan forces, believing that he would join the AEUG. Eventually, that is what Amuro did and was able to escape Titan hands with some help from his friend Fraw Bow. He teams up with Kamille and teaches him the ways of a Newtype, but he can't help but feel jealous that he's no longer considered the famous Gundam pilot. After the war between the Titans and the AEUG, Amuro returns to the E.F.S.F. to fight against the Neo Zeon threat. He becomes part of the Londo Bell forces with Bright Noa. Soon Amuro became one of the E.F.S.F. best pilots and was given higher honor among all soldiers of the E.F.S.F.!~

Kankuro is initially characterized by his apparent dislike for children, as seen when he is noticeably irritated while in the presence of someone younger than him. Though, this seems to have gone away as time passed by. This is most evident when he is with Gaara, who Kankuro is forced to put up with due to the fear his younger brother imposes on him. Despite their apparent differences, Gaara and Kankuro become very close over the timeskip as Gaara begins to confide in Kankuro and shares his dreams of wanting to risk his life to protect Sunagakure. As such, Kankuro has become very protective of Gaara, willing to challenge anyone who puts Gaara down in his presence. When Gaara is captured by Akatsuki, Kankuro rushes to his brother's aid in an attempt to save him and even after being nearly killed as a result he does not falter in his resolve to find Gaara.  Kankuro has shown to be a rather violent and brutal opponent, often leaving his opponents in extreme pain after battle. He is a talented puppeteer, and with each of his appearances in the major arcs is seen with a new puppet in his arsenal. The three puppets that have been introduced were all originally created by Sasori, and came into Kankuro's possession some time after the former left Sunagakure. Karasu, the first of Kankuro's puppets to make an appearance, has been heavily modified by Kankuro. Because of this it is highly offensive, having numerous concealed weapons and being able to detach any of its limbs for separate attacks. Kuroari, the second of Kankuro's puppets to make an appearance, is used to capture opponents for assassination purposes. Once an opponent is captured within it each of Kuroari's arms convert to saw-blades and slice through the confined opponent. Sanshouo, the third of Kankuro's puppets to make an appearance, is not seen in action in the manga. In the anime, Sanshouo is shown to have a hollow body that Kankuro can take cover in to defend against attacks. These puppets seem to be designed to work together to some degree, as Kankuro frequently uses them in tandem to increase their effectiveness. Karasu, for example, can blanket an area in smoke while Kuroari fires weapons at the blinded opponent.

Yutaro is a young boy that inherited a HUGE fortune from his parents. His parents had died when he was younger. He appears when Dr. Genzai's sister (she looks just like his brother) is working for Yutaro.    Yutaro lived in a wealthy mansion on a hill, who was practically served and waited on everyday. He wanted to learn swordsmanship since his father was deemed as an excellent fighter. He sees Kenshin with a sword and demands lessons from him. But Kenshin refuses, and Yutaro flies off the handle and says negative things about him. As time went by he found a man, Raijūta, that uses a powerful sword. Yutaro asks for Raijūta to teach him the sword techniques.

Skid-Z first arrived on Earth in the episode &quot;Skid-Z&#039;s Choice&quot;. Arriving from Cybertron he scanned the alternate mode of a race car driven by the deceased racer Augie Cannay. After that, he felt a compelling need to participate in any race he could, no matter what it was. Sky-Byte actually attempted to recruit the ultra-competitive Autobot into the Predacons, but Skid-Z refused. The other Autobots tried to help him, believing he was possessed by the psychic energy of Augie. Believing they could find and help Skid-Z, Optimus Prime, the Autobot Brothers, Spy Changers and Team Bullet Train entered the international Grand Prix. The race was also entered by Sky-Byte undercover as a red sports car, who saw it as a chance to destroy the Autobots. Eventually Megatron attacked the Autobots during the race, with Skid-Z having to choose between saving his fellow Autobots or winning the race. He was able to overcome his racing urges and save the day. After this, he won the race, coming in first &mdash; but mistook Koji&#039;s watch alarm as a starting signal, racing off again. Rollbar specializes in hand-to-hand combat. He is a skilled practiser of Crystallocution - the Cybertronic martial art of defeating an opponent by attacking his metal fracture points. He&#039;s also very interested in Earthen martial arts. Although described as &quot;All-terrain terror&quot;, Rollbar prefers Arctic environments, and likes fighting on rainy days. He combines with his fellow Combiners to form the giant robot Ruination. Rollbar has a sarcastic sense of humour, which often shines through both amongst his team and when facing Autobots. The second Seishi. He is a brash teenage boy, but also naive and shy. He wanted to earn some money for his family, and so went out looking for bounties... none other than Rimudo! His first meeting with Takiko was taking her hostage to use as bait to lure out Rimudo... at Takiko's suggestion. She later tries to escape, but he stops her and Tomite's mother steps in. Tomite is more or less made to protect Takiko, but he doesn't mind too much.

Tomite is a skilled archer, capable of speed and accuracy. His true power lies in his ability to manipulate ice, but he is reluctant to showcase his abilities because of what onlookers may think, so it's something he only uses in dire situations but from what has been seen, it's clear that his power is profound. The very first time his power manifested he was fifteen, and his mother had just been hurt by monsters attacking the tribe. He doesn't remember much of it and put the blame of what happened on Hikitsu, until Hikitsu forces him to relive the memory. According to the original Fushigi Yuugi, he was also able to produce rings of energy that would contrict around enemies, cutting them in half. No examples of this power have been seen in the Genbu Kaiden yet.

At his core, Tomite is a somewhat awkward, silly teenage boy. He had a small crush on Takiko, but backed off once he realised it was not reciprocated. At first he was confused and rather hurt by her seemingly one-sided infatuation with Rimudo (who was regularily threatening to kill her, much less did he show any interest in her) but as Takiko and Rimudo's relationship has steadied, he seems mostly content to do his best for Takiko by being a strong and devout Seishi.
