Chizuru refuses to go, since she had promised to the Shinsengumi that she would protect Kondo, and Kaoru decides that if things had come to that, his only option would be killing her. Nicknamed Nia by Yoshihiko, d'Artagnan is a tall blonde woman from France who transferred to Buou Academy. She met Yoshihiko while she was doing oragami, and developed a romantic relationship with him. However, she was betrayed when Yoshihiko used her as a test subject to create Master Samurai by artificial means. Despite all of what has happened to her, she still bears feelings towards Yoshihiko, which was justified in the anime when she dies protecting Yoshihiko from some falling rubble while holding an origami of a samurai's helmet that was given to her by Yoshihiko in the past. She was later revived by Yoshihiko, having realized her true feelings, and becomes a true Master Samurai with the concentrate mark on her left hand.

Charlotte is a first year student at the IS academy and is the IS cadet representative from France. Charlotte was originally introduced in the series as "Charles", the second male IS pilot student that was transferred into Ichika's class but was actually sent to the academy to spy on Ichika. A young boy with the title of 'Edison', who is often inventing various robotics. He is often more fascinated by mathematics as opposed to puzzles, though takes interest in Kaito after witnessing his Phi-Brain in action. At first, he appeared to be self-centered, however this resulted from him being too young to underst the full extent of some of his actions. Nonoha calls him "Q-chan", as a pun on his name, and he does not seem to have a problem with that.

A fetching young woman theoretically in charge of tutoring Lotta. In practice, she functions more like a governess, being Lotta&#039;s constant companion and overseer. In episode one, Kouta is the main character along with Mai Makihara. He is very fond of her and helps her home every day due to her health condition.      ~! One day, they find an abandoned kitten and Mai convinces Kouta to adopt it, naming it Blue. When Mai collapses on her way home from the shrine, partially because Kouta was not present to help her, Kouta blames Blue for her death. He tells Momo to take Blue&#039;s soul away as revenge for Mai, but stops her last second and grabs the young kitten, holding him dearly in his hands. He then speaks to Mai&#039;s soul and as a final promise, agrees to take care of Blue for her. She then passes on as Kouta is left with Blue in the park.!~     ~! Kouta re-appears in episode 5, this time shown closer to Momo than in Episode one. He appears to have met her several times in between the episode gaps and also gained the ability to see ghosts, since Momo had touched him. He&#039;s told this ability will slowly disappear as he turns into an adult. Kouta helps the girl in Episode 5 by aiding her in finding her sister&#039;s soul in the school. He&#039;s shown as a much more apathetic person, and even states that he had been unable to smile since the day Mai passed away. !~

3rd grade Armed Librarian and is the instructor of Noloty. She was once a reserve officer of The Empire and was introduced by Hamyuts Meseta to join the Armed Librarians. She usually wears her uniform and is a strict person. Luimon Mahaton and Volken are the same level armed librarians as she is.  She mainly uses a sword or pistol. Her combat abilities are moderate and most of the time she is responsible for backup support.  Her magic ability is "Shared thought"(telepathy). Despite how far the person is located, she can send her thought to the person as long as she knows the name and the look of the person. Furthermore, she can communicate with the person if they are professionally trained to communicate in this kind of way before.

 She is first seen in episode 7, leading a group of soldiers wearing seemingly red colored metal as armor. She is the Commander of Rublum.    When Octavia defeated her in a duel shown in the flashback, she said that she could go crazy and kill or hurt anything in front of her when the sole thought of the incident and the shame has inflicted her. She commented that she would die of her insanity if she were not made Commander of Rublum.

In episode three of the anime, and chapter 4 of the manga. Yohji&#039;s sister, Tsukuyo, goes to Venus Vanguard to request helping in getting Yohji out of his room, which he has locked himself inside.   ~! The real problem is that his sister is a virus and wants attack him. After beating Tsukuyo, Lucia gives Yohji a necklace of the sun and the moon, which represent him and his departed sister. !~
