Kei a human who is a test subject for the headmeters he escapes their grasp. Kei  was an experimental subject and his strength never went above level 5 while other surpasses his ability effortlessly. In escaping, when in desperate moments, Kei could increase his ability to infinity when Ai is in trouble.

Yuji Kayama was an anime-only character who appeared in the Stars season. He was the captain of the American-style football team at Juuban Municipal High School, and was considered to have a bright future in the world of sports.    After practice one afternoon, Chuuko Nezu met up with him and tried to ask for an interview. When he refused, claiming that he was busy, she revealed herself to be Sailor Iron Mouse and removed his Star Seed. When it turned out to be a blank, he transformed into the Phage Sailor Guts.    Usagi had been nearby when he was attacked, and she transformed into Eternal Sailor Moon. After a brief battle with the Phage, she turned him back to normal with Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.

Tenshinhan is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball metaseries and the franchise equivalent created by Akira Toriyama. Trained by Muten-Rôshi's rival, the Crane hermit he starts out as an enemy of Son Goku, but soon makes peace and becomes an ally. He is usually accompanied by Chaozu, his training partner and best friend, whom he can communicate with telepathically.  At the time of his introduction, Tenshinhan is among the most powerful warriors in the series, matched only by Goku himself. Like most other characters, his relative strength quickly diminishes as the story progresses.  As is the case with a handful of other characters from the early chapters of Dragon Ball, Tenshinhan was inspired by a character from Journey to the West; his unique feature of having a third eye was derived from the Chinese god Erlang Shen. The man who hosts every Tenka-ichi Budokai from the beginning of Dragon Ball to the end of Dragon Ball Z. He mainly just commentates on the matches, but over the years he has become an acquaintance with the Z Warriors, and knows that they are responsible for saving the Earth. He even says so in one episode that they killed Cell, although it was Son Gohan in actuality that destroyed the villain. He doubts Mr. Satan's abilities, such as in the episode Vegeta goes out of control. In every tournament, aside from the 21st, something bad happens that enhances his role such as in the King Piccolo Saga, he witnessed Kuririn murdered by the Demon King Piccolo's warrior Tambourine and later he becomes very important as he witnesses Son Goku's fight with Piccolo from the sidelines with the others, making him one of the few "civilians" to know the truth.   At the end of Dragon Ball Z, his age starts to show as he is losing hair and has very noticeable wrinkles, but in Dragon Ball GT his descendant's hair remains white. Although he doubts Mr. Satan for being the one who defeated Cell, he praises him in order to make fans cheer.

A male angel that slightly resembles Kagetsuya. Unlike the latter, though, he is a positive checker for the Earthian and believes that they should be given a chance. He is Aya's partner. His temperament is somewhat more relaxed than hers, and so he tries to keep her in check whenever possible.
