Wai-San Chang (also known as Mr. Chang) is the boss of a branch of the Triads based in Thailand. Like Revy, he is adept with wielding a pistol in each hand (Beretta 76 and AMT Hardballer) in a fashion similar to that of gun fu. Chang is far more proficient in it than Revy (in episode 11 she actually confesses that she is "not on his level yet," an unprecedented admission of anything less than perfection on her own part; it remains unclear, however, whether or not she is referring to gunplay in general or Chang's own particular style), and it is implied that it is he who taught her this style of combat. It may be this prowess in combat that makes Chang the only male to whom Revy respectfully refers to as "Sir".  Mr. Chang is based on characters commonly played by Chow Yun Fat in films by John Woo, such as John Lee in Replacement Killers and especially Mark Gor in A Better Tomorrow, as both Chang and Gor are members of the Hong Kong Triad, wield dual pistols and don similar attire.  Unlike most criminal bosses in the town, he advocates cooperation and joint ventures. 

Leigharch is an Irish driver who worked with Shenhua at one time. A compulsive smoker of marijuana (in the manga he actually snorts cocaine), he has a distressingly frequent tendency to hallucinate at inopportune times, such as in the middle of a car chase. Most of his hallucinations are actually references to Western pop culture, such as Playmates, Star Trek characters like Jean-Luc Picard and Klingons, or sixties rock music such as Jimi Hendrix. Leigharch is said by Shenhua to have suffered a massive overdose (he &quot;couldn&#039;t get back from Mars&quot;), inducing psychological damage severe enough to commit him to full-time medical attention.    

A reclaimer at Orphan, and the pilot of the Black Edgar Grand Cher. He has high ambitions to outbeat Jonathan Glenn and become the new leader of Orphan. He is able to adjust a newborn Grand Cher into a battle machine to his liking. However, he lost control and become insane. He was killed by Kanan Gimms and Higgins Saz when their respective Brain Child fires a Chakra Extension at his Grand Cher. He is noticeably one of the two people who died off for good in the anime, the other being Nelly Kim.

Aizawa is an intelligent, respected member of both the NPA and Task Force. He takes his work very seriously and chooses to work strictly within the law. Out of all the members in the Task Force, Aizawa is the most overtly skeptical, questioning L's basis for his conclusions and expressing the most doubt in them, and often finds himself clashing and opposing many of L's ideas and actions. He has a wife, [Eriko](https://anilist.co/character/84531/Eriko-Aizawa), and two children, including [Yumi](https://anilist.co/character/84527/Yumi-Aizawa), his daughter, and his baby son, whose name is unknown. Due to him rarely being able to visit home during his work on the Kira case, his personal life and relationship with his family becomes strained.

Togusa is the newest member of Section 9 and the only one not originally recruited from Kusanagi's team of SpecOps.  Recruited from the regular police forces, Detective Togusa (no first name is yet known) has only the most basic of augmentation and no cyberization outside of his cyberbrain.  The Major wanted him for his perspective as a real policeman and as an outside opinion so as to avoid intellectual incest within Section 9.  Togusa mostly feels inferior to the rest of the team, forgetting to recognize the reason for his inclusion in the group.  He is the only member with a spouse and child and he continues to carry his Mateba revolver, although it has been highly modified to fire anti-cyborg rounds.

InuYasha's father first fought him in the older days and sealed him away with one of his claws. He has an incredible armored hide that is nearly impenetrable. His power level is also so high that when he fired a blast from his mouth, Miroku's wind tunnel was unable to absorb the attack and only slightly changed its trajectory away from InuYasha.    Ryūkotsusei is ruthless and has a mask that exists on his forehead through which he speaks. His attack is Raigekidan (Thunder Attack Bullet), which is the form of a giant white ball of explosive energy, which he emits from his dragon mouth instead of fire, and could easily have defeated InuYasha with a final blow if InuYasha wasn't able to learn and use the Bakuryūha just in time to defeat the dragon. Myōga's protests reveal that it was Ryūkotsusei who inflicted the severe injuries on InuYasha's father that were the main cause of his death shortly after sealing Ryūkotsusei away. 

Mukotsu specializes in using all kinds of dangerous poisons (which seem to only work on humans). Despite his crafty nature, he&#039;s incredibly insecure about the ugliness of his face, which he says makes all women hate him.

Karuta works with Rai againts the violence of the Red Emperor Army. He created the Resistance against the violence of the Red Emperor, but they have no significant strenght. Karuta has great driving skills. He helps Kuro to defeat the Red Emperor.

Tem Ray is the father of Amuro Ray. He was an engineer working with the Earth Federation on the V Project, a military armaments plan to create the Federation&#039;s first prototype Mobile Suits. Born on Earth and previously married to Kamaria.

Contrary to a man of his age, Mu has a carefree and boastful spirit. He is lighthearted and friendly, willing to accept Coordinator Kira Yamato into the crew of the Archangel. Mu is casually boastful of his abilities, with his motto being that he can make "the impossible possible". Mu also tends to be somewhat of a ladies' man, being very friendly to the females aboard the Archangel

The Crimson Lord to whom Margery Daw is bound. He expresses his will through the divine vessel Grimoire, which takes the form of a book. He talks wildly, makes comments without remorse, and often teases Margery, often earning a retaliatory punch. He does genuinely care about her, however, perhaps not in the form of friendship but as a companion in battle. 

Friagne, also known as "Flame Haze Murderer", takes his name's meaning as his hobby, "treasure hunter". He is a powerful Tomogara arrayed in robes of untarnishable white. Unlike other Tomogara, he doesn't associate with the organization Bal Masque.

Former student or assistant of Gigelf Liqueur, Ganossa has sold his soul and half of his body to the ruler of Nemesis in return for power. He appears significantly older in the TV episode Mobius Klein and Rally's flashback later. Ganossa was responsible for the failure of Project Gaia, sabotaging the link between Earth and Nemesis. He is a mage with formidable powers, possibly Katsumi's equal.  Ganossa is at least fifty to sixty years old during the years covered in the series despite his youthful appearance. This is because of a curse laid on him by the ruler of Nemesis that causes him to age backwards. His hair is a pale bluish lavender in the TV series.

Ernest is so engrossed with his work, that he is travelling all about Expel, researching all kinds of different things, and exploring all kinds of ruins. Opera, however, seems to have lost him among these travels, and is trying to meet up with him again.

Anime    A fairly high-ranking member of Chaos Choir, Gladias doesn't seem to have any Edel Raids of his own, and is generally shrouded in mystery. He acts as a judge of different members of the organization, generally only appearing to deal out punishment. Gladias seems optimistic the few times he appears, despite the fact that he is often killing people.     Manga    Here he is a high-ranking member of Organite, and is confirmed to have an Edel Raid (which appears to be a Darkness-based sword). He is incredibly strong and is also willing to take out his allies if he needs to...and with the same strange optimism. 

Ondai is artificial life form - a robot, who looks like a cylinder and walks on three flat metal legs.  In race, Ondai uses star-racer which is actually a bigger transformable robot. It can change between few shapes, i.e. into a humanoid mecha with two energy swords.
