Much of Nicholas' personality in the anime is actually Henry's. Henry in the light novels is extremely manipulative, operating under the belief that information is power and by controlling information one has the power to influence events. Nicholas adopts this mentality in the anime, where he purposefully stirs up trouble between the Runoratas and the Gandors for the sake of gleaning information.

In the novels, Nicholas is both capable and decent. Upon overhearing Henry admitting he told Roy Maddock to take Eve Genoard hostage (which Nicholas did in the anime with Gustavo Bagetta), he confronts Henry and calls him 'shameless' and 'inelegant', outraged to the point of nearly punching him. He refrains only because Henry was 'fighting for justice.'

Nicholas in both the novels and the anime seems to have a slight sarcastic streak.

Gō Koga (古賀 剛, Koga Gō) is a large and muscular man who resembles a punkish biker with spiky orange hair. Even without using his doll, Koga has impressive physical strength, able to easily overpower Ichigo with just his bare hands. His doll is Dalk, a female metallic doll who can control her molecules and reshape herself at will. According to episode 83, Koga's real name is Claude Gauguin, and he lived in a European country in years past. He has lived for over 12 generations. After a falling out with Kariya over his plan to destroy Soul Society, which Koga found too extreme, Koga attempted to find and stop Kariya himself. He ended up fighting and losing to Tōshirō Hitsugaya instead, as neither he nor Dalk could contend with the extreme cold and long-range nature of Hitsugaya's Zanpakutō. He did not die, however, and was secretly taken by Yoruichi Shihōin to Rantao's home, where he was nursed back to health. Upon discovering that he was the last Bount, he apologized for the actions of his race, and Kariya in particular. He was last seen living with Rantao. No mention is made of Dalk's fate; however, considering that Bount are supposed to die with their dolls, it can be assumed that she either still exists in some form, or that Koga is merely an exception to conventional Bount rules, like Yoshino. Terada-sensei, as he is addressed by all of his students, is a teacher at Tomoeda Elementary School. Through the fourth grade and part of the fifth-grade year, he is the homeroom teacher of Sakura Kinomoto and every other recurring elementary student character. Terada appears to teach a variety of subjects, including physical education.

Position: Coach   A nationally renowned coach, having reached Kōshien several times and won it twice. He was brought in by Vice-Principal Shidō to build up Seishū's baseball team, replacing Coach Maeno in the process. He also brought in his own ringers to create a first string team, relegating the existing baseball club to second string or prefab status (or, as he often called it, 'cesspool'). When his team lost to the prefabs in their rematch, he was forced to resign along with Shidō. Amamiya Akira is the brother of  [Amamiya Yuuko](http://myanimelist.net/character/4692/Yuuko_Amamiya). Akira is not blood-related to Yuuko.    ~!Akira lost his sister in an earthquake (coincidentally, the earthquake that killed Akira&#039;s sister was also the earthquake that killed Himura&#039;s sister).Thus, in hopes that Yuuko would replace his biological sister, he adopted Yuuko, who is a splitting image of his biological sister.!~      Akira is the art teacher of the high school  [Himura](http://myanimelist.net/character/4693/Yuu_Himura) attended. Despite being a teacher in the school, he breaks the rules and smokes within the facility. As an art teacher, he repeatedly provokes Himura to join the art club.      ~!Akira was initially very happy and treated Yuuko like a princess because he had Yuuko who would replace his biological sister. However, as time went by, he slowly realized that Yuuko was not his sister and began to despise her. Thus, he began to abuse her.!~  

Nakago is considered to be the leader of the Seiryuu warriors, is the main antagonist  of Fushigi Yuugi. His true name is Ayuru Gi, born under the star Heart. Nakago is both merciless and charismatic; he eliminates those whose usefulness to him is exhausted and skillfully manipulates others into doing as he wishes. Nakago's powers as a Celestial Warrior is shown to be stronger than any of the Suzaku and Seiryū warriors, having the ability to manipulate chi, enabling himself to become psychokinetic, fire energy blasts, and set up force fields. In battle, Nakago also utilizes a whip and sword.  As Kuto's highest ranking general, Nakago commands two thirds of Kuto's army. The last of the Hin Tribe—a people destroyed at the orders of the Emperor of Kuto—Nakago was captured after seeing his mother being raped by Kutō soldiers, triggered his powers and killed the soldiers and his own mother. With the surviving soldiers recognizing him as a Celestial Warrior, Nakago is brought to the Emperor where his natural beauty results in his being sexually abused by the Emperor. As he mastered complete control over his abilities, he eventually became a seemingly loyal soldier of Kuto, with the Emperor unaware that Nakago has been planning to betray him all his life.    ~!Once he finds Yui, he manipulates her by letting her believe she was raped so that he can become the person she depends on. He uses her to gain the power of Seiryuu, originally intending to take over the world. After learning about the real world that Yui and Miaka come from, he changes his goals to take over it, desiring above all to be a God who controls everything. He uses his powers to go to the real world, where he tries to take over the world. Realizing her mistake, Yui frees Suzaku and Miaka uses her wishes to seal Seiryuu, returning Nakago to normal. He is killed by Tamahome.!~ Yu Watase notes on several occasions in the chapter notes, as well in the second installment of the omake "The Tale of the Forbidden Women's Hot Spring" from the series 1 OVA (as stated by Nakago himself), that Nakago is her favourite character.

Razor is one of the Gamemasters and a creator of Greed Island. Razor was entrusted by Gon's father that he was not to hold back against his son should he ever comes to Greed Island. Razor is a tall and well built man by appearance and perhaps likes to play sports (especially ball games) as a pastime.Razor is a key person in getting one of the hardest designated card of the game. To get the card, the challengers must confront Razor and his 14 devils. It was learned that the 14 devils were not the pirates that follows him but his ability to emit 14 nen creatures at will. He can also emit nen into a ball (or create a ball from nen) and throw it at his opponent, which is extremely strong and could critically injure or kill his opponent on a direct hit. He was defeated in a deadly dodgeball game by Gon's allied party (consisting of Gon, Killua, Biscuit, Hisoka, and several other hunter/players hired by Battera).Razor later revealed to Gon that he was a former convict along the same as the pirates here whom were exiled to Greed Island. Razor is also the warden of these convicts. He became one of Ging's best friends and entrusted to look after the island as one of the Gamemasters.

Tadao Hiiragi is the father of the Hiiragi family and has short black hair. He works as the priest of the Takanomiya Shrine. As a parent, he often makes sure that his daughters are doing their school work, and checks on their progress. He is the only one in the Hiiragi family who is right-handed.

Taiga's father,  shown for the first time in chapter 12. He threatens to stop giving Taiga her living expenses if she continues to ignore his calls. He tries to re-unite with his estranged daughter after a separation with his newest (and much younger) wife, admitting it was wrong to let her go.   ~!During their short stint, he tells Ryuuji's mom that they are moving away to a bigger place together. A few episodes later in the middle of the season, he promises to come to the Cultural Festival to watch Taiga perform in her class's Wrestling Show and to see her perform in the pageant. He ends up being a no-show (after an embarrassing intro where Taiga and Ami both ask him to speak up and greet the crowd), sending Ryuuji a text message to tell Taiga that he had important business and they couldn't move in together. This leaves Ryuuji and Minori to pick up the pieces as Taiga tries to act as though she would be fine on her own.!~

As Trigun unfolds, it becomes apparent that Knives believes that humans are parasites that need to be exterminated. He wants to create a peaceful and fair world with Vash and his other plant brethren, and he believes the only way to do this is by killing off all humans. Knives never claims to be a god; simply a superior being to homosapiens. If Knives were able to kill all humans and begin creating his "Eden" on Gunsmoke, it is very likely that he would act similarly to Vash, and act as a kind and loving individual. This can be seen in the final episode of the anime, where Knives peacefully rests amidst the oasis he has created and greets Vash as his brother arrives, but this could actually be a facade of placidity. Deckerd was the first robot programmed with Super A.I., which was intended to make him a semi-interactive police officer. However, after six months of contact with Yuuta Tomonaga he became sentient. All of the later sentient robots' Super A.I. were copied from Deckerd's. He usually keeps a serious demeanor as the leader of the Brave Police robots and acts as a peace keeper during conflicts within the team. His closest loyalty lies with Yuuta. He transforms into a police car.

The stressed director of the show, keeps on using some hair growth spray, which is probably Rogaine, to keep his precious hair from falling out. Unfortunately, the Director has a lot of &quot;hair loss&quot; moments as mishaps and mayhem happens in the studio on a regular basis.

 __Tokyo Babylon__ Seishirou is a kind veterinarian. He joins in with Hokuto in teasing Subaru about them getting married, but always laughs it off as Subaru blushes furiously.  ~!Seishirou is actually the Sakurazukamori (powerful assasin onmyouji), or the "Sakura Assassin" whose signature is cherry blossoms and the symbol of an inverted pentagram. He made a bet with Subaru long ago, which entails the climax of the series.!~   __X__  ~!Seishirou is one of the Dragons of Earth, where he reveales his true self as a cold-hearted assassin who killed Subaru's twin sister Hokuto. In their final battle at Rainbow Bridge, Seishirou arranges for Subaru to kill him realizing who really won the bet.!~   __Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle__ A vampire hunter who chases after the vampire twins (Subaru and Kamui) across worlds. By exchanging his right eye, he received the power to cross dimensions from Yuuko Ichihara, the Witch of Dimensions. He was also the one who taught Syaoran how to fight.
