~!Chalce's theory about Artificial Soldiers is that they are able to manifest human emotions after receiving education and also part of the memories from another person. His memories were implanted in Agate and Chrome.

Later on his diary was found, revealing more about his past. "Agate" was originally the name of his private artificial soldier but since Chalce taught him to speak and many other things, he became much more - his first friend. When his father did not approve of their friendship and tried to destroy Agate, Chalce interrupted and accidentally killed his father. Chalce met the new "Agate" on a few occasions, last one being the moment when his plane was shot down.!~

Almost always seen wearing a happy smile, Spain is a lush kingdom in southern Europe who prides himself on his warm climate, plentiful sunshine, and bountiful nature. He has somewhat curly brown hair, green eyes, and lightly tanned skin, but his skin tone is sometimes shown as fair or olive.   In the past, he raised Romano (then Chibiromano). He wanted to take Italy (then Chibitalia) but ended up with Romano after Austria took him. It has been shown that he cared greatly for Romano and his wellbeing, despite Romano having seemingly bitter and negative feelings towards him. Spain cared about Romano so much, that he fought off France and Turkey (then the Ottoman Empire) just so that he could remain at his house. He also later spoiled Romano, just to show that he still cared about him when Romano thought that he liked Italy more. He taught Romano everything he knows, thus the reason for the many cultural similarities between the two. Even though Romano no longer lives with him, Spain is still very affectionate towards him to this day and has a very big place in his heart for him.   He has a strong attachment to Italy as well, and his ultimate dream is to have both Italy and Romano live together with him. In present times, his relationship with him continues to be very close, so much to the point where Italy still calls him “Spain-niichan” (Big Brother Spain). Also, Spain was the one that gave Italy his nickname “Ita-chan.”   At one point, Belgium and the Netherlands also lived in his house. It is currently unknown what their present relationship with him is exactly alike, but in the 2010 Christmas strip, the Netherlands was shown celebrating Christmas with Spain.   Spain was allied with France and Prussia at one point, which is the reason why he is often depicted with those two. Fans refer to the three of them together as the “Bad Friends Trio,” “Bad Touch Trio,” or the “Useless Big Brother Trio.”  According to history, they were allied during the War of Austrian Succession and were shown the three's loyalty towards each other. The three of them are closely related. Himaruya Hidekaz stated that the Bad Touch Trio are best friends.  His personality is bright and optimistic, and he can be described, more or less, as a cheerful country bumpkin. He claims that the source of his happiness is the sun that shines over his land constantly. Despite this, it is said that he is very, very scary when angry and that he sometimes comes off as insensitive and totally clueless. Spain also becomes sidetracked and enthused very easily. He used to be an extremely powerful nation who traveled around the world but was then beat up by a young America, pirate England, and the Netherlands, sending him face-first into poverty and wars, and stripping him of his superpower status. But with his easy-going personality, he’s managed to get back on his feet over the years. His dishes consist mainly of tomatoes, tomatoes, and tomatoes, and sweets that are described as not being very sweet.

An ally of Germany who, for some reason, likes to bully Italy (even though they are allied as well). He made a short cameo in the first season of the anime adaptation, appearing to Germany and Italy and proceeding to smack Italy in the head with a stick, saying that there was something about his face that compelled him to do so. It was shown in his cameo appearance that he has short brown hair.  He and Romania are on good terms and seem to be friends, a relationship that dates back to when they were working in Russia’s house. They appear to be close, but Romania stated that Bulgaria knows little to nothing about what he likes and all of his other quirks (Bulgaria retorting that he’ll probably never know them all no matter how hard he tries).

Kaisar used to be a knight from a prestigious family, but has since become a bounty hunter. He chases Favaro, blaming him for his current status.

Kaisar is a very tall man, with white pants, a green shirt with white stripes and golden buttons, and a dark green vest hung over it, with green arm covers and golden stripes on the wrists. He has his knight's sword sheathed in a navy blue scabbard on his left side at all times. At times he's seen in gray knight's armor; even when he takes the armor off he keeps the leggins of the armor on his legs. Can be often seen holding a knight's pose and usually bears himself with knightly demeanor.

He is a righteous man with a very strong sense of honor, and constantly follows his own ideal of justice. Kaisar is shown to be very empathetic and compassionate, as seen during his meeting with Rita. Because of his tragic past as a rebellious son who was distant from his family, Kaisar now highly values family and abhors other people who take their family for granted. Seems to have a crush on Amira, calling her a beauty on their first encounter.

Villain and former vigilante that was notorious for having killed many Pro Heroes. He attacks and kills heroes who he believes do not fit his definition of a "true hero."

Chizome is a cruel, unforgiving, and merciless man with a sense of duty to cleanse society of false heroes. He believes that those who become Heroes for fame or money are unworthy of being called the name and only All Might is a true hero. Due to his strong ideology, he took it upon himself to become the Hero Killer: Stain to stain his own hands with blood to purge fake heroes and change the current society. 

Despite his extremist views and beliefs, Stain did have genuine ideals about heroism, which he stood by firmly. He did not hesitate to save people he deemed worthy of being called Heroes, did not like killing without reason, and would even give advice to his enemies. Stain acknowledged that what he did was morally wrong but believed that for society to be put on the right path, someone must be what he was, suggesting that he saw himself as a martyr.

Stain's Quirk "Bloodcurdle" allows him to paralyze his target upon tasting a sample of their blood. The amount of time a victim remains paralyzed depends on their blood type; in ascending order from shortest to longest duration, they are: O, A, AB, and B. The maximum amount of time that anyone can be paralyzed is eight minutes.

He declares his respect for [Knuckleduster](https://anilist.co/character/129631/Oguro-Iwao), as he believes the two of them share similar beliefs about society, but Knuckleduster completely disagrees. He takes Stendhal down with one punch, completely smashing his nose in, declaring that people like him, especially those who wear a mask like that, lack true determinism. Inspired by these comments, Stendhal cuts off his broken nose and abandons his mask, declaring that he will dye the world with "stains that cannot be wiped away." !~

Miketsu, or simply Mike, is a Byakko and Eighth in rank amongst his peers. He is Izumo Kamiki's familiar, having previously served her mother, Tamamo Kamiki.

Takara is a quiet, mysterious character. He is also somewhat of a ventriloquist. He hasn't talked much, and when he does, it's usually through ventriloquism. He is short, only slightly taller than Konekomaru, and wears the typical True Cross Academy uniform. Has yet to be shown opening his eyes and is always seen with his rabbit puppet. Not much is known about him he also did not contribute to the group effort in the Exwire exam. However, when he speaks with his rabbit puppet, the voice and tone is usually very rude.

Hiroto's father. He is a freelance scriptwriter with an extremely unique style. Though he and his wife Yuriko are complete opposites, they have a relationship of deep mutual respect. He is also very understanding of Hiroto's interest in Gunpla Battle.


Eiji Shirogane is the coach of Rakuzan High.

In his 40s, Shirogane is among the older coaches shown in the series and his age is apparent in his face. He has clean, black and straight swept-back hair and dresses in a black business suit; a white shirt and red tie.

He is shown to have a cold personality.
As evident from one of Rakuzan High's games, it seems he trusts Seijuro Akashi as captain to better decide what his teammates should do.

Komui Lee is the Supervisor of the Black Order, and Lenalee&#039;s older brother. He is Chinese and about 29 years old. His parents were killed by Akuma when they were young, and when it was found out that Lenalee was compatible with an Innocence she was taken away from him. It was shown that Lenalee was kept in the Black Order, away from her only living family (Komui), against her will. When she tried to commit suicide, she had to be strapped down to the bed. However, Komui joined the Order and became the Science Department Supervisor for her sake and Lenalee begin to feel more at home in the Order.    Komui is shown as a very whimsical and goofy character, he is somewhat sadistic and borderline maniacal sometimes (&quot;Why did Komui end up so strange...? I patterned this character after Yoshida. My editor.&quot; - Quote from Vol 1, Komui&#039;s profile page). He drinks coffee nonstop (or more specifically Lenalee&#039;s coffee unless he has no choice), is lazy and often tries to worm his way out of doing work by either running away from the office (Reever has to track him down), talking on the phone non-stop even when the other side hung up or other methods (he created a robot named Komurin II that went berserk and nearly tore the Headquarter apart). He keeps a notoriously messy desk and lost Allen&#039;s letter of recommendation from General Cross when Allen first joined the Order, which led the Order into believing that Allen was an intruder. In the manga when it was asked how much do his colleagues trust Komui, the mangaka answered that it was 99% trust and 1% murderous intent. During his naps, one of the only ways to wake him up is to say that Lenalee is getting married due to his doting personality.    Komui, despite everything, does have a serious side. He feels guilty for throwing the Exorcists and Finders into danger, and tries to help in anyway he can, such as making better uniforms to protect the Exorcists. He is also the one to repair damages done to the Innocences of the Exorcists although the method seems very painful. He showed a more solemn and ruthless side in the funeral for the Exorcists and Finders by refusing requests to bring General Yeager&#039;s body back to his home and saying that the General&#039;s body must be cremated. Firm in his beliefs, Komui has shown a daring in refusing to follow Special Auditor Malcom Rouvelier&#039;s orders about keeping the Akuma Egg, and instead issues his own orders for the Egg&#039;s destruction.    Lenalee and Komui seem to share some kind of telepathic link, shown when Komui collapsed when Lenalee was being drowned by Eshi and that Lenalee can tell when Komui is taking a nap even from the other side of the world. He seems to be close friends with the cook Jerry and often hides out in the kitchen.
