Lemon, Marron and Melon (named Ichigo, Sango and Ringo in the original Hanaukyo Maid-tai series) are the triplet maid team and part of the Personal Health Division of the Hanaukyo mansion responsible for their master at night. Twin sister of Mitsurugi Meiya, the two were separated at birth due to the superstition of twins being bad luck, with Meiya as the dark, and Yuuhi being light. Despite that, Yuuhi cared deeply for Meiya, and was the one who ordered Tsukuyomi to guard Meiya. Yuuhi gave Meiya her personal purple Type-00R as a gift, but Meiya refused.

The Host Club's (self-proclaimed) manageress who tends to be very loud and outspoken. She grew up in France before she came to attend Ouran right after she see Kyoya int a picture her dad gave her from a meeting. Renge first came across the Host Club by maintaining the belief she was Kyoya's fianc&eacute;e despite never having met him in person. This is due to her love of visual novel-type video games to a point that she sometimes confuses them with real life. Her fascination with Kyoya originated from her obsession with one such dating game. Still, her experience with dating sims causes her to be more aware of character development and a thickening plot. Tamaki initially allowed Renge to become the host club's manager in hopes that she would be a female friend to Haruhi and inspire her to act and dress more feminine.

Sayo Hirasaka is a second year student at Sakurazuka High, and member of the Gardening Club. In the anime, she is introduced in a round-about way. She is seen with her parents during the incident with Ryouichi Karasu—the demon crow destroys the highway the Hirasaka family is driving on, and smashes their car. It is assumed the innocent Sayo is killed in the crash, much to Tatsuma Hiyuu's grief.   ~!Sayo returns later on, surprising Tatsuma by running into him by coincidence. The two seem to start dating, which shocks his friends; Kyouichi is the only one to remember the girl, causing him to be suspicious. Because her parents were killed, Sayo claims she must leave Tokyo for the countryside, to live with her grandparents on a farm that cultivates sweetpea flowers. Tatsuma accompanies her on the train ride, and walks her to her grandparents.  However, he falls into a trap by Tendou Kodzunu. Sayo had indeed died with her parents, but was resurrected by Tendou's Dark Arts; the half-dead corpse of Sayo accepted his offer in exchange for also bringing back to life her parents. In the end though, she couldn't stand betraying Tatsuma and saves him—only to be stripped of the power keeping her alive.!~ Sayo's history is slightly different in the original video game, but she is still used the same. She is also a descendant of Hirasaka from the prequel game Tokyo Majin Gakuen: Gehouchou.
