Kamui aka Saki Shibayama is a System Debugger working for CC Corp and the leader of the Cobalt Knights.    In .Hack//AI Buster it is revealed she was once very klutzy and designed her avatar based on the previous leader she considered to be a mentor,Albireo who was unknowingly responsible for her strong desire to maintain order within The World. Which is the reason she has black hair and a gold and blue eye like Albireo,as well as a replica of his weapon the Spear of Wotan in the novels and manga.    In AI Buster the Colbalt Knights deal with hunting down and deleting Vagrant AIs rather then dealing with players like the Crimson Knights.Kamui treats the slightest offense with equal importance of all other laws,going so far as to track one of her own suboordinates to discover they have been hiding a Vagrant AI from her just because she questioned iwhat they were doing.     In the anime she is portrayed as someone who will delete anyone for the slightest law violation in public executions.

Ivan is a baby originally from Russia, born with a severe illness. His father Gamo (a famous brain surgeon who went mad after searching for a cure), performed numerous brain enhancement processes on Ivan that allowed his mental capacity to far exceed that of a normal human adult, against the wishes of Ivan's mother Erika (whom he even kills in the manga). Ivan later fell into the custody of Black Ghost, who dubbed him the first member of the organization's 00-Cyborg program. Ivan's enhanced brain gives him several psychic powers, such as telepathy, telekinesis, and extra-sensory perception. However, he sometimes falls asleep at inopportune times because he is still a baby and his body can barely handle such powers. She runs into Rion and ends up following her.   After having been abandoned by her employers and her subsequent rescue by Aika and her friends, she went freelance. Kakyuu is the princess of Kinmoku, a fictional planet outside of the solar system. She is said to smell like the flowers of the Fragrant Olives, which are a recurring motif in her character design. The name of her planet is a pun on the name of these fragrant blossoms, which are called kinmokusei in Japanese--the suffix sei, when added to Kinmoku, means &quot;planet&quot; or &quot;star.&quot; When Kakyuu first introduces herself, she calls her specific kingdom Tankei, a homonym of another word which also means the Fragrant Olives shrub.    Kinmoku is also the home of the Sailor Starlights, who are Kakyuu&#039;s protectors and spend much of the story searching for her. The details of their collective story vary between the manga and the anime.    At some point before the story begins, Kinmoku is attacked and destroyed by Sailor Galaxia, leaving almost no survivors. Kakyuu herself travels to Earth and hides within an incense burner protected by a small child, ChibiChibi. Having lost contact with her, the Sailor Starlights follow behind, searching desperately.     In the manga Kakyuu is injured in the battle with Galaxia, and cannot reveal herself until her wounds are healed. She travels to Earth because she senses the birth of the Silver Moon Crystal (which is an evolution of the original Silver Crystal) there. She turns out to be Sailor Kakyuu, and reveals to Sailor Moon that her own lover had died in the war against Galaxia. She eventually accompanies Sailor Moon to Zero Star Sagittarius to confront Galaxia, but is brutally killed by Sailor Chi. She dies in Sailor Moon&#039;s arms, saying that she want to be reborn, maybe in a world without war, but at the very least to be with everyone again.    In the anime, no mention of battle-wounds is made, and her purpose in going to Earth is to find the &quot;Light of Hope&quot; and hide from Galaxia. During her time under Chibichibi&#039;s care, she is aware of the Sailor Starlights searching for her, but cannot reveal herself too soon. She finally emerges to save Sailor Moon and the others from a black hole and resumes leadership of the Starlights. Not long after Kakyuu is found, Galaxia appears in battle and personally takes Princess Kakyuu&#039;s star seed. (Unlike the manga, Kakyuu never transforms into a Senshi form, although she is shown to have a &quot;true star seed.&quot;) Kakyuu sets up a forcefield that is able to block Galaxia&#039;s attacks for a short time, but it does not save her. Before dying, Kakyuu sees in a vision that ChibiChibi herself is the Light of Hope. After Sailor Moon defeats Chaos, Princess Kakyuu is revived. She and her Starlights return to their home to rebuild and start over.

Emiko is Daisuke&#039;s mother, an extremely hyperactive woman who does not act her age. She prepares Dark&#039;s costumes for when he goes out to steal artwork. She is also responsible for sending out the notices to the police that tell them what, when, and where Dark&#039;s next target will be. It made her very upset as a young girl that she could not become a phantom thief. Emiko is very much in love with her husband, Daisuke&#039;s father Kosuke.

Makimiya Asako is Suou and Shion's mother. She currently lives in Japan, where she works as a renowned landscape photographer.

Akemi Miyano, the oldest child of [Elena Miyano](https://anilist.co/character/145173/Elena-Miyano) and [Atsushi Miyano,](https://anilist.co/character/145172) was born into the Black Organization approximately some 25 years before the current timeline. Unlike her younger sister [Shiho Miyano,](https://anilist.co/character/1743/Ai-Haibara) Akemi was never considered a high ranking member of the Organization and managed to live a mostly normal life, traveling about freely and going to school and college like normal, despite being watched over by the organization. Both of her parents later died an accident while she was young, orphaning Akemi and Shiho. Although her sister became a highly ranked codenamed scientist, Akemi remained in close contact with Shiho and served as her lifeline to normalcy. She only involved herself into the organization to try get Shiho out of it.

Some five years before the current timeline, Akemi met undercover FBI agent [Shuichi Akai](https://anilist.co/character/12051/Shuuichi-Akai) who was using the alias Dai Moroboshi. He planned to date Akemi in order to get close to Shiho Miyano so he could gain standing within the Black Organization as part of his mission. Although Shuichi initially was just using her, they wound up really falling in love. Akemi discovered Shuichi was an FBI agent and guessed his plan, but kept this knowledge secret even from him. Three years later, Shuichi's true allegiance was uncovered and he was ejected from the Organization. Akemi then revealed that she knew his secret, and that she wished to leave the Organization and date him seriously. 

This did not happen because Akemi was unwilling to leave without her sister, and the Black Organization would not allow Shiho to go because her work on the APTX 4869 project was extremely valuable. Although Shuichi stopped contacting Akemi for her safety, the Organization was planning to get rid of her anyway because her connection to Shuichi was considered a serious risk. The Organization could not simply eliminate her though because it would jeopardize Shiho's loyalty. Akemi had a friendly, kind, gentle cheerful and outgoing personality and a good sense of humor. When she was a child, she was naive, mischievous and native; she hid the work tools of her father's friends and happily watched as they panicked, however, she only wanted them not to work hard anymore. As an adult, she was a loving, caring person well at odds with the rest of the Black Organization. She and her sister Shiho were very close although they met each other rarely, they often shared with each other the stories. Shuichi says Akemi was always crying in the dark while pretending to be strong. This tells that she is a weak girl and does not want to annoy the others. She is sensitive and may have many sad stories or secrets which she does not tell outside. But she was clever, given that she could plan a robbery with a haul worth 1 billion dollars.

Diane Thurston is Axel's granddaughter and Renton's older sister. She and Axel were the ones who raised Renton after Adroc's death. She left home some years ago, and for initially unexplained reasons her family has not heard from her since. Despite appearing in Axel's family photos and in a silhouette in the series opening, her face isn't shown for the first 35 episodes —under many different circumstances, her face in flashbacks and photographs is always covered. Much of the first few episode's narration are made as if Renton was writing letters to his sister.   Talho is troubled by Holland's past relationship with her, and reacts with anxiety at her mention. Diane was obsessed with her father's research; so much that it affected her relationship with Holland. The terms of their breakup weren't thoroughly explained, but it's linked with her desire to more deeply understand Adroc's work.   At some point, Diane somehow ended up in the command center of the Scub Coral. There, in a library artificially created by the Scub Coral, she and a small group of people read to understand the truth they seek. The vast knowledge they wish to seek would take almost a lifetime and all that remain are under their own volition. Even though Diane told Renton they'll stay together, the Scub Coral command center was blown away and Renton had to leave in order to save Eureka and the kids. It's suggested that the command center will return again and that Adroc and Diane are alive and well, continuing their reading.

Due to her high status as an imperial princess and her resemblance to the Emperor&#039;s deceased love (Kiritsubo no Koi, Genji&#039;s mother), Fujitsubo becomes the Emperor&#039;s consort at the young age of fourteen.  She is very close to the young Genji until he reveals that he loves her not as a surrogate mother or older sister, but as a woman. Wishing to avert any impropriety in their relationship, she buries her feelings and avoids him completely.
