When Ross was an officer of the Earth&#039;s Chicago Police Department an incident with a robot left him crippled and his partner dead. He now uses a cybernetic leg to walk and has a distrust of robots. Ross is later transferred to Mars Police Department where he becomes Naomi Armitage&#039;s new partner.

It&#039;s all in the name with Vicious: he is ruthless, bloodthirsty, cunning and ambitious, willing to do anything in order to secure a position of power. He is a member of the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate in Tharsis, and is often referred to or depicted as a venomous snake. His weapon of choice is not a firearm, but a katana which he wields skillfully, even against gun-wielders.

He is the leader of Team Guy, consisting of Rock Lee, Neji Hyuga, and Tenten.  Guy, and by extension Lee, lives his life by his own "My Rules" philosophy, which involves setting tougher self-imposed penalties for failure so something good comes of it. For example, he vowed to walk 500 laps around Konoha on his hands if he lost a contest with Kakashi, and proceeded to do so upon losing, even though people eventually stopped paying attention. He also doesn't hesitate to do things he doesn't enjoy or that others might find embarrassing if it means his own self-improvement, as seen with his belief that one cannot dislike food regardless of its ingredients or taste. In addition, Guy values his youth to a great degree and dislikes the idea that he may not be as young as he once was. To help remedy this problem he spends large amounts of time with his younger teammates, hoping to acquire some of their youthful properties. Likewise, he often refers to himself as "Konoha's Prideful Green Beast".  Guy is the self-proclaimed rival of Kakashi Hatake. Kakashi, however, is indifferent to their rivalry, which annoys Guy to no end. Kakashi also seems to have a habit of unintentionally ignoring Guy when Guy is lecturing him, which usually results in Guy asking himselif why Kakashi "has to act so cool". Guy randomly challenges Kakashi to contests of skill, and has acquired a record of 50 wins and 49 losses in doing so.

Ryu is one of the main characters from Capcom&#039;s Street Fighter series (and is also one of Capcom&#039;s mascot characters) and is the archetypical fighting game protagonist.  Ryu has appeared in every Street Fighter game and vs/crossover games produced in part with Capcom.    Ryu is the essential wandering warrior type character, living only for the fight, not caring about winning or losing but a chance to fight and learn, caring mostly for improving himself both spiritually and physically.     His Background Story varies from anime to anime, but has always remained constant in the game series.  The core of his background story is always this: Ryu is an orphaned child taken in by Anasatsuken master Gouken and trained along with his future best friend Ken Masters. Gouken is killed by Akuma (Gouki in Japanese versions), Ryu seeks revenge on Akuma while fighting in various tournaments in the meanwhile.  Canon wise the only Street Fighter tournament Ryu won was the original, defeating the Champion Sagat.     Ryu has also created an arsenal of special attacks which are standards today including, Hadouken, Shoryuken (Rising Dragon Punch), and Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku (Hurricane Kick). 

Is the leader of a pack and could be Cole's mate. When the wolves meet his pack he tells them that paradise does not exist and that searching for it is useless. Makibi is the president of the Makibi Company and a patron at the Coliseum. He was spectating the fight between Raimei—the shinobi he contracted—and Suzuran when [Sasuke](https://anilist.co/character/13), [Orochimaru](https://anilist.co/character/2455), Chino and Nowaki arrived. Upon Raimei's victory, Makibi was seen very pleased with the outcome of the fight.

Hikitsu is a Genbu Celestial Warrior, born in the Han Tribe, an ethnic minority in western Hokkan. His true name is Emthatt Chen, born under the star Dipper. As a Celestial Warrior, he is able to manipulate water in the form of snakes, but also possesses a second ability which he has no control over: Shikyokan, where anyone who looks upon the eye with his character is forced to remember their worst memories.    Hikitsu is very withdrawn, almost to the point of being cold, to everyone apart from his sister Aira and his best friend Tomite, whom Hikitsu had saved during an attack which caused the death of Tomite&#039;s father. He refuses to join Takiko because he is guarding Aira, who was frozen in a block of ice, but after being reunited by Tomite, Hikitsu is persuaded to join them once Aira is freed. Though he initially interacts very little with his fellow Celestial Warriors aside from Tomite and demonstrating particular fondness for Namame, Hikitsu slowly begins to open up to them, proving to be an invaluable friend and companion. Alongside Inami, he is a voice of reason amongst the group and an effective fighter, able to assess situation and agreeing with Inami that it would be best to retreat during a battle to defend villagers.    In the original Fushigi Yuugi, he and Tomite are guardians to the Shinzaho of the Priestess of Genbu, the necklace that the Oracle Anlu had given Takiko, after their deaths. While he takes his duty seriously, Hikitsu speaks freely to Miaka concerning the Shinzaho when confronted by the Celestial Warriors of Suzaku.

Namura, affectionately known as &quot;Na-chan&quot; by his students, is a former Toryo student who returned to his alma mater as tennis coach and English teacher. He develops feelings for the student Meiko Akizuki, which are reciprocated. However, because she is a student they must keep their relationship secret. The relationship is eventually discovered, embroiling Namura in a big scandal.    Finding his position at Toryo untenable and fearing he&#039;ll be a hindrance for Meiko, he resigns and returns to his hometown of Hiroshima in order to study real estate and take over the family business. Namura tries to push Meiko away from him no matter how much he loves her, thinking that he cannot allow her future to be tainted. Ultimately, Meiko proves him wrong, and they reach an agreement: as soon as Meiko graduates and turns 17 (the age at which she can marry Namura without her parents&#039; approval), she will come with him to Hiroshima not only marry him, but also to study literature and become a writer. At the end of the series, the agreement is filled and they marry.

Colonel Hades works closely with General Uranus in Olympus&#039; regular army. Like Uranus, he has a great disturst of Bioroids. However, his distrust twisted itself into an all-consuming hatred, which made him construct a secret army of landstrider mechas to launch an attack on the Bioroid Care Center, not to mention inlist the help of Briareos as a spy.    In his youth, Hades was a member of Los Angeles&#039; S.W.A.T. team. However, his rash manner caused him to be kicked-out of that team by Carl Knute, Deunan&#039;s father. Since then, he hated the Knute family, and regreted that he wasn&#039;t the one who killed Carl. Kudoh is one of the top members of ES.W.A.T. He participates in some training sessions with Deunan and eventually earns her respect. When she and Briareos head to Dr. Gilliam Knute&#039;s old lab, Kudoh comes along. After they are betrayed by fellow ES.W.A.T. member Leyton, who is sympathetic towards the O.R.A., Kudoh stays behind, keeping his gun trained on Hades so that Deunan and Briareos can escape.    Shortly after this, Kudoh is gunned down by numerous O.R.A. soldiers and collapses dead against the wall of a hallway.
