The best player on the team and is nicknamed "Madame Butterfly"  because of her grace on the tennis court.  She is idolized by Hiromi and later becomes friends with her.

Queen Nehellenia  is the leader of the Dead Moon Circus. She is named after the Teutonic goddess Nehalennia. She first appears in Episode 148 of the anime and appears in full in act 37 of the manga, though she appeared as a voice in a mirror starting in Act 35.

In the manga, she is the dark mirror image of Queen Serenity; the self-styled Queen of the dark center of the moon who first made herself known during the Silver Millennium. Queen Nehellenia arrived at the celebration of Princess Serenity's birth. Swirling with dark energy, she confronted the Queen, who used her wand, the Moon Stick, to seal Nehellenia inside a dark mirror world forever. As retaliation, Nehellenia cast a curse that the Moon Kingdom would fall and the princess would never inherit her throne. Her dark magic ultimately brought about the end of the Silver Millennium, but she lived on. However, over one thousand years later, a solar eclipse allowed her to spread her curse to the earth by way of infectious nightmares aided by her minions, the Dead Moon Circus. Nehellenia still believed that she was the rightful owner and heir of the illusory Golden Crystal; and set out to steal it.

In the anime, Nehellenia is the dark mirror of the moon who had the dream to stay young and beautiful forever. Her Kingdom was located on what she called a lonely and cold asteroid. She understood that she would never be able to attain her dream when she looked into an enchanted mirror she saw herself aged and ugly. In order to retain her beauty, she consumed the dreams of the people of her kingdom. Those subjects became Lemures, the main monsters of the day in the series, and formed the Dead Moon Circus.

Sylia Stingray (spelled Silia in Bubblegum Crisis) is the 24-year-old ringleader of the Knight Sabers. Very calm and cool-headed, she does not show much emotion. She is the daughter of Dr. Katsuhito Stingray, the man who originally created the boomers. He was murdered by Genom executive Brian J. Mason, and his death was covered up as an accident, but an unknown individual managed to send Sylia a data unit, providing her with Genom's future plans and the technological means of creating the Knight Sabers' hardsuits. She wears a blue and silver Hard Suit equipped with retractable sword blades in the forearms, laser cannons in the palms and wings for full flight capability.  Professionally, Sylia is a wealthy businesswoman whose business ventures, aside from the mercenaries' fee, finance the team. Her primary business is the lingerie shop "Silky Doll" she personally runs, housed in her private building, Lady's 633, on whose top is also her penthouse apartment functioning as the Knight Sabers' base of operations. A special investigator sent in from Tokyo Police HQ to assist in the Cat&rsquo;s Eye investigations. Asatani has a very shrewd intellect and has a very cunning personality, and is considered an elite officer of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. She is an expert markswoman (won the All-Japan Air Pistol Championships) and is proficient in several martial art forms, she&#039;s a 4th-degree black belt in karate and 2nd degree black belt in judo, making her more than a match for Hitomi. She is also quite a beauty, even being crowned a beauty queen during one of the Cat&rsquo;s Eye cases. She is one of the first person to suspect Hitomi as the true identity of Cat&#039;s Eye, but is never able to find definitive proof. Her main weakness is that she must wear prescription glasses all the time, as she is practically blind without them. Anemone is a soldier of the United Federation and the pilot of the Nirvash typeTheEND. She regularly suffers from painful headaches, nose bleeds, and emotional instability, most of which can be temporarily treated with a drug injected into a receptor in her neck.

[Dewey Novak](https://anilist.co/character/4005/Dewey-Novak) assigns [Dominic Sorel](https://anilist.co/character/1910/Dominic-Sorel) to be her caretaker so he can monitor her condition. At times, Dominic injects neurological stimulants into her neck, which calms her mind and brings out her more focused, blood-lusting personality. In her drugged state, Anemone is almost unbeatable in the skies with TheEND. [Renton Thurston](https://anilist.co/character/477/Renton-Thurston) and [Eureka](https://anilist.co/character/1709/Eureka) have trouble fighting her with the Nirvash typeZERO, and [Holland Novak](https://anilist.co/character/1512/Holland-Novak) in his Terminus typeR909 LFO wasn't able to stand against her for very long. Thanks in part to her more advanced LFO, Anemone can outfly most regular LFOs.

Anemone is known to be a callous, moody, and violent girl towards others, prone to violent tantrums. When not under the effects of the neurological stimulant drugs, Anemone is often prone to violent tantrums and is very fearful at times when told to carry out a mission with TheEND. She is willing to do anything to please Dewey even if it is at the cost of her own life, and treats Dominic with contempt due to her belief that he doesn't understand what she is going through. She holds an unconcealed hatred towards Eureka and is determined to defeat her, along with the Nirvash and Renton. She never hesitates to back down from a mission, no matter how dire the situation is if it is what Dewey wants.

~!Anemone was biologically modified in some way to make her more like a Coralian (hence why her eyes look similar to Eureka's), and conditioned to pilot TheEND. Anemone is the only case that ever survived the medical treatments that the doctors put her through but was damaged both mentally and physically.

Even after everything she has experienced, Anemone seems to be fine with what Dewey's men have made her become. It is unclear whether she is ignorant that Dewey made her that way, or simply knows and doesn't care. She seemingly responds to Dewey with affection and respect, though later in the series she shows that she loathes Dewey when she is seen throwing a strand of his hair from her shoulder with disgust, hinting that her earlier displays of admiration were attempts to remain useful in his eyes so he wouldn't throw her away and possibly have her killed.!~

~!Dominic eventually falls in love with Anemone, but she doesn't return his feelings until very late in the series. Anemone begins to reciprocate Dominic's feelings after he is sent to retrieve her replacement by Dewey. These feelings culminate when she is sent on a suicide mission (unbeknownst to her, but she seems somewhat aware of the fact) to enter the Scub realm and electronically tag the Scub Coral Command Cluster with a transmitter, allowing Oratorio number eight (part of an orbiting weapons system) to target and destroy it.!~

Yoko Kayabuki is Japan's newly elected prime minister in Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG. Kayabuki first appears in the second season of Stand Alone Complex and is elected as Japan's first female prime minister. She reinstates Section 9 after a deal was made with Aramaki in the Stand Alone Complex, 2 years after the raid by Umibozu commandos on Section 9's headquarters.  Politically, she was selected by the ruling party as an internal political movement to conservatism in the wake of the Laughing Man scandal that brought down the previous government. However, she was perceived as being politically weak - the Cabinet at this time was increasing in political power and becoming led by personality rather than by electoral responsibility, and in addition the undercurrent of secret manipulation by the Cabinet Intelligence Agency through the Individual Eleven / Refugee Crisis sought to make the Prime Minister a rubber stamping figurehead - it is a tribute the Kayabuki and her wisdom of selecting Daisuke Aramki and Major Kusanagi as personal advisors that prevented potentially cataclysmic events during the beginning of her premiership. This demonstration of capability, and the calling in of favours owed at the height of the crisis increased her ability to control Japan in the wake thereof. She also demonstrated that she held clout from a military stand-point: The JASDF was her tool of choice for reminding the contending land and sea force commanders where Japans true military prowess was to be found, from both a domestic and military stand-point.  Kayabuki becomes a victim of the Individual Eleven and is involved with Section 9's investigation into the case. During the refugee crisis, she is arrested under charges of treason for requesting the UN to intervene in the crisis, though this action on the part of the Ruling Party chairman was not sanctioned by either party, or electorate - her escape from custody and the aid of Section 9 prevented this secret coup d'etat from becoming a reality, and also then sent a clear signal to the American Empire that Japan prefers a Stand-alone status within the international community.  She appears briefly in Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. Solid State Society, where she remains Prime Minister, and Daisuke Aramaki's immediate superior.

Frederica Greenhill first met Yang during the evacuation of El Facil. She joined the military to find him again and was assigned as his adjutant.

Sir Integra Hellsing is a noblewoman member of the Protestant Knights who is the head and last member of the Hellsing family, the Bureau Director of the Hellsing Organization, and the current master of Hellsing's vampire, Alucard. Integra is usually a collected individual, rarely allowing her emotions to get in the way of business. However, she is sometimes prone to fits of anger. The Hellsing family is "on a mission from God", and she values her duties to protect the United Kingdom and the Anglican Church above everything else. The titular character and android creation of Dr. Watson. She is usually tasked with the housework.  She is based on Hajime Sorayama‘s popular gynoid art designs and by the robot Maria from the 1927 silent film Metropolis.

A powerful dog demon and Sesshomaru's mother, was introduced in the 466th chapter of the InuYasha manga. She appears in the episode 9 of InuYasha: The Final Act.  Sesshomaru's mother is an inuyōkai like her deceased mate, the Inu no Taishō. As such, she can transform into a giant dog demon as well as having more human appearance. As the mate of the Lord of the Western lands, Inu no Taishō, she is the Lady of the Western lands. She holds the Meidō Stone, which was given to her by Inu no Taisho. He told her that if Sesshomaru were to come by, to use it and "If you use Meidō-Stone Sesshomaru will be faced with great danger... However, you must not feel fear or sadness." This apparently was another of the Great Dog Demon's tests for his sons.  In demeanor she seems similar to Sesshomaru, albeit with a certain playfulness, and probably influenced his initial attitude towards humans; observing Rin and Kohaku following Sesshomaru, she inquires casually if he is planning to eat them. Observing Sesshomaru's trial after activating the Meidō Stone, she seems at best only casually concerned about the possibility of his death, and after he refuses the escape route she offers, she seems mildly offended, complaining that, unlike his father, he "completely lacks any charm."  However, she does feel concern for her son's well-being, as seen when she brings Rin back to life using the Meidō-Seki after witnessing his reaction to her death, and later when she questions Jaken in whether or not Sesshomaru was happy now that Rin was brought back. She appears in episode nine "Sesshomaru in the Underworld" of the second anime series "Inuyasha: The Final Act."  Although she is a daiyoukai, she is shown to have a good heart, chiding Sesshomaru for seeking to perfect the Tenseiga as a weapon of destruction rather than a weapon of healing. She also lectures him about the qualities of the wielder of the Tenseiga, emphasizing the need for compassion, love and a pure heart. This could mean that she bears no ill-grudge towards her former mate; rather, she still nurses deep feelings towards him. She also stays in a large castle.

Princess of Torumekia, youngest daughter of the Vai Emperor.      In the anime, she lost one of her arms as a child during an Ohmu attack, and is driven by a desire for revenge against the giant insects.  She intends to wipe the Sea of Corruption off the face of the earth, by any means necessary.  While she is not presented as completely evil, she is definitely an antagonist.    In the manga, she has a much more complicated role, more of an antihero/ally than an antagonist.  She is mostly driven by a desire for revenge against her father and three older half-brothers, whom she hates and blames for the fate of her mother.  She commands the Torumekian Third Army, whom she trained personally; she is devoted to her men, and they are unswervingly loyal to her.  Despite her ferocity in battle, she has a nobility of character that earns her the respect of both Nausicaa and Master Yupa.  While she admires Nausicaa's pacifist ideals, she sees herself as inescapably destined to walk the path of bloodshed.

The student superintendent general, Rosemarin&eacute; is very strict, often to the point of violence. He despises Gilbert and avoids the rest of the student body, sans Jules.
