Kio&#039;s badass uncle. Not much is know about him though he does have quite a interesting contacts in the undercover world. 

In the Manga    During the final part of the manga Doctor makes both Tōma and Mundock go berserk. Under Doctor's control through nanomachines, Touma tries to attack Eve but Kevin stands in the way and is pierced instead of Eve, and after that they attack Train and River, and eventually Eve takes River's place, and both invent a plan for Eve to destroy the nanomachines that control the two.    In the Anime    e see him face off against the Apostle of the Stars, together with the sweepers from the Alliance. Takedazaki is an information dealer living in the Financial District. Though he has a platinum Midas card and a hulking monkey-like Asset, it is unknown whether he participates in Deals or not.

Takashi Fumio is a doctor working at Tokyo General Hospital. He is first seen in the series giving a diagnosis to Takumi when he was a child. Takashi has given Takumi understanding of his situation. He appears to wear a N.O.Z.O.M.I. badge.

One of the descendant Noah and a follower of the Millennium Earl    Another descendant of Noah who's assigned to kill Froi Tiedoll (the General being escorted by Kanda and Marie) who has also come to Japan. Skin was first shown in the early manga where he showed disgust at the Earl's dinner, saying he preferred sweets over a hard-boiled egg. He got so angry over dinner that he destroyed the Akuma who prepared the meal with his bare hands and then began to grow large spikes from his arm and back where his skin had peeled off. Because of this, Tyki always calls him &quot;Sweet Tooth&quot; instead of his real name.    In a flashback, it is discovered that he worked in New Orleans at the docks three years before the story of the manga. During this time, he exhibited the Noah's genes which allowed him to recall the 7000 years old memories of Noah causing him great pain and nightmares. It is then that he declares that he will never &quot;forgive it (the Innocence)&quot;. The rage of Noah was transferred into his body and he saw the state of the world from perspective of the Millennium Earl. In addition to recovering these memories, he meets Road and the Earl, who gives him his first taste of candy to stop him from biting his fingers in pain.    He represents the &quot;hatred&quot; of Noah and since he comes from New Orleans, it is assumed he is American.  

A well known professor and is the father of Shion and Suou.

Bandages is Baba's mummy fighter. He fought third, and his first competitor was Yamcha. Bandages defeated him, but was later defeated by Goku. He and Akkuman later return to give Goku their energy so he can defeat Majin Buu (thinking they were helping Mr. Satan).   The word mirra is Portuguese for the embalming ointment myrrh and has come to mean "mummy" in Japanese.

General Blue is one of the highest ranking members of the Red Ribbon Army seen in the series. 
He possesses special psychic abilities in the form of telekinesis, which can be used to paralyze his opponents or control inanimate objects. This combined with his physical prowess make him one of Goku’s toughest opponents in the series.

~!He is later defeated by Arale Norimaki when his and Goku’s battle takes them to Penguin Village. Upon returning to the Red Ribbon Army base, he is killed by Tao Pai-Pai.!~

A short, hairless (for most of the series) warrior monk, loyal Kuririn provides comic relief during tense moments. Like Chiaotzu, Kuririn doesn't have a nose. He is a good-natured, outgoing and competitive martial artist.  Once a fierce rival of Son Goku, he quickly became his best friend while training under Muten Roshi. He also is close to Goku's son, Gohan. <div rel="spoiler">He eventually marries Android 18 and settles down, having a daughter named Marron.</div>

Giru is a Machine Mutant that accompanies Son Goku, Pan, and Trunks on their quest to find the Black Star Dragon Balls. His true name is G2006. The three first met him on a desert planet, while he was on the brink of death. After eating the Dragon Radar for energy, he tried to escape from them, but was ultimately caught by Goku. After that, they found out that the radar intergraded into his software. Upon arriving on the planet, M2, he seemingly betrays his friends, though it is later revealed he was in league with Trunks to reveal Myu's ultimate secret: Baby. The plan works, and Giru and Trunks successfully rescue Goku and Pan as well. Giru then becomes part of the Black-Star Dragon Ball team again. In the series, Giru keeps getting destroyed but is later fixed by Trunks.

The biological father of Raditz and Son Goku, Burdock is a Saiyan who is given the gift of precognition. In several of his recurring visions, he witnesses the destruction of his home planet Vegeta by the hand of Freeza. After escaping certain death from Dodoria, he tries desperately to change his planet's grim future by attempting to combat Freeza and his legion of men head on. ~!He ultimately fails on ceasing Freeza's attack on the planet and is killed in the process. Moments before his death, he received a vision of his son facing the warlord. According to the anime special, Burdock was estimated a battle power of 10,000 by observant doctors while recovering from his last mission.!~

Bardock is first introduced in the television special, Bardock - The Father of Goku. It was only after the film's airing in Japan that he was later shown in two panels of the manga by Akira Toriyama, who helped design the character for Toei Doga's television production. His name is a pun on "burdock" (バードック), a herb. While the Viz manga and FUNimation's Japanese-language English-subtitled anime both use "Burdock", FUNimation's English anime dubs uses "Bardock", and some Japanese merchandise even use "Barduck".

Reedus Jonah is one of the mages of the Fairy Tail Guild.  Reedus doesn't seem to be very brave seen when he stated he was "afraid" of Laxus Dreyar when Makarov noticed him hiding in the building, however he will do important jobs if asked, like protecting Lucy in the Phantom Lord Arc and finding help in the Fighting Festival Arc. He loves to draw happy scenes like when Happy was first born. Reedus also likes to portray other people, like drawing Mirajane and Fried just for having good looks.

Michello was a member of Magic Council, where he had occupied the third seat. Not much is known about him or his past. He hates Fairy Tail for its idiocy.

Zenjiro is the teacher in the TV program Child's Toy, which also stars Sana. Although Child's Toy is mentioned in the books, the teacher is a very different secondary character called Mr. Yonma. Zenjiro is hyper and loud, with large buck teeth; he is apparently based on a real-life TV personality. Both Mr. Yonma and Zenjiro are from Osaka.

A glutton-type character who manned the satellite weapon HELIOS in space.

Drocell is a puppetmaster who aids his boss in the kidnappings of young girls. He uses string as a weapon to strangle his targets. He even appears to be a puppet himself, as some of his reflexes are that of a doll's.

Is the grandson of Arsène Lupin I. He is the world's most wanted thief. Often in his adventures, he takes it upon himself and his gang to foil other criminals engaged in more serious crimes. He sometimes appears incompetent, but mostly as a charade to catch his opponents off guard. While he has been arrested and thrown in jail on a number of occasions, he has always managed to break out. His infatuation with Fujiko Mine is perhaps his biggest weakness, as it often lands him in undesirable situations.

Usopp is a liar and likes to play pranks on his crew members or just goof off with [Luffy](https://anilist.co/character/40/Luffy-Monkey) and [Chopper](https://anilist.co/character/309). He loves to tell tall tales to Chopper (who believes him blindly) or anyone who's listening. The other aspect of Usopp besides his lying is his cowardice; he is a very timid person, or so he thinks. In extremely stressful situations, Usopp has proven to be far more courageous than he believes himself to be. He shows great resolve when his friends are threatened or mocked by outsiders. Even though he is a complete coward in battle, he is a useful part to the Straw Hat Pirates. He is extremely handy and can fix almost anything. Usopp lacks a bit of self esteem and is often taken advantage of by Nami to make her weapons or repair and improve them - something he is very adept at, having constructed the ingenious weapon "Clima Tact." 

Usopp will also stand up and fight for not only the well-being of people, but also for their ideals - and the ideals of a pirate, which he holds very high. In battle he normally tries to trick his enemy by telling tales or mischievous lies to deceive them. Despite his lack of physical strength compared to other members of the crew, Usopp seems to be just as resilient as his comrades and this ability to bear loads and loads of damage, is one of his best traits, in addition to his cunning and intelligence, which has saved the Straw Hats on many occasions. Usopp also has outstanding marksmanship abilities with his slingshot and is on his way to becoming one of the best snipers in the One Piece world, although his goal in life is to become a proud and strong pirate like his father [Yasopp](https://anilist.co/character/9562/Yasopp) of the Red Haired Pirate Crew.

Misuzu Sonoda is Ranka's colleague at the okama bar. He runs a pension in Karuizawa, Nagano, where Haruhi works during summer vacation. He holds a contest between the Hosts over who will be most refreshing and be able to stay at the pension; he is swayed by Kaoru and Hikaru after a "brotherly love" act that earns "100 refreshing points".
