Leader of the "Nagatomi gang" and operator of a gambling den. He swindles gamblers out of their money and belongings. He hires Mugen to become one of his bodygaurds. 

Also known as "Manzou the Saw", he is an excellent detective and baseball player who is also a master of disguise and accents.

~!The Servant of Illya, he is a swarthy giant with adamantine skin and gross brawn. He wields a colossal stone Axe-Sword, and is capable of causing massive destruction with the mere backlash of his swings. As a Berserker, he was stripped of his sanity and reason, acting feral and animalistic in combat. Berserkers are praised as members of the "Strongest" class, though they are difficult to control. Illya, however, appears to have little trouble managing Berserker.!~   

D is a dhampir, the half-breed child of a vampire father the legendary Vampire lord and human mother, therefore he makes the ideal vampire hunter. He is renowned for his consummate skill and unearthly grace, but feared and despised for his mixed lineage: born of both races but belonging to neither. Often underestimated by his opponents, D has surprising power and resourcefulness, possessing most of the strengths and only mild levels of vampiric weaknesses. Unlike most dhampirs, D is able to live as a &quot;normal&quot; human, though marked by his unearthly beauty and powerful aura, and thus rarely accepted by humans.

His only notable weaknesses are that he is, while not unfeeling, emotionally remote but sometimes sentimental. He is also (far more rarely than other dhampirs) randomly susceptible to sun-sickness, a severe type of sunstroke, about once every five years. Otherwise, D does not suffer from vampiric weaknesses usual to dhampirs, possessing an imposing supernatural aura to his opponents and godlike reflexes surpassing even vampires.

D's constant companion is his talking left hand, sometimes reffered to as the Countenanced Carbuncle. It is revealed that this is some sort of symbiotic entity which has taken up residence in D's hand, although why he has done so is not clear. The hand (or 'Lefty' as fans have affectionately termed him) appears to have supernatural powers independent from his host, and occasionally uses them to help D. Shawlong has a long face, and black hair braided and usually hanging over his shoulder. What remains of his mask is on the top of his head, but a portion drops down covering part of his face. The eye holes in this mask are just slots in the mask. He wears typical arrancar clothes: a white jacket with black lining, a white hakama, and a black sash. He seems to be one of the few arrancar that actually zips his jacket most of the way up. As a result, the hole by which hollows are characterized, is not visible on Shawlong.      Shawlong is arrancar number 11, but this does not mean he is the 11th most powerful. Arrancar numbered 11 and above are numbered in the order of their birth, then the top 10 are removed, given numbers 1-10, and called Espada. He seems to have been a major influence on the idea to go to the material world in the first place, judging by statements made during Grimmjow's argument with Ulquiorra. He claimed that if someone is not worth killing, it is also meaningless to let them live; fueling Grimmjow's argument that Uliquiora should have just killed Ichigo Kurosaki.

Norris, a Zeon soldier, helps the Sahalin family gain back it's prestege by helping them win countless battles. He's an expert mobile suit pilot and has defeated countless soldiers in battle with his assasin like techniqes. He's Aina's father figure.

A presiding official of the Haibane Renmei who gives spiritual advice and worldly assistance and on occasion doles out punishment to wayward Haibane.

Tao Pai Pai is Tsuru-Sen&#039;nin&#039;s younger brother and a highly skilled assassin-for-hire. He is hired by the Red Ribbon Army in order to retrieve the Dragon Balls that Goku holds, and to kill him. He succeeds beating Goku and taking all, but one of his Dragon Balls, which saves Goku life from Tao&#039;s final strike. Tao Pai Pai returns three days later to retrieve the Dragon Ball. Goku, however, received special training from Karin during the three days, and proves to be far too strong for Tao. Tao tries to kill Goku with a grenade, but Goku deflects it straight back at him, greatly wounding him. Tao Pai Pai is rebuilt as a cyborg by his older brother, and competes in the 23rd Tenkaichi Bud?kai, brutally defeating Chaozu. He fights Tenshinhan next, and cuts his chest with a knife, leaving the warrior with a scar. Tenshinhan disarms and defeats him shortly after. Fujitaka Kinomoto is a professor of archaeology at Towa University and the father of Sakura Kinomoto.

Fujitaka met his late wife Nadeshiko while doing his first year as a teacher at her high school. Nadeshiko had climbed a tree to return a baby bird to its nest, but fell out of the tree, landing on Fujitaka. Upon seeing her, he stated that "an angel has fallen from the sky." They fell in love and married when she was sixteen. Though Nadeshiko died seven years before the start of the series, Fujitaka is shown to still be very much in love with her and devoted to her memory. He keeps a picture of her in the dining room, changing it each morning. Little is initially said about Fujitaka's family or past.

~!During the second half of the series, it is revealed that when Clow Reed divided his soul, seeking to no longer be the most powerful magician in the world, he split it into two halves, one which became Eriol Hiiragizawa holding all of the magic and memories, and the other being Fujitaka, who has no magic of his own but fathered the one who would inherit the cards. It is stated that Fujitaka has no magical powers of his own, but he is also unaffected by other people's magic, such as the Eriol's sleep spell. At the end of the series, Eriol gives half of his magic to Fujitaka. This enables Fujitaka to finally see the spirit of Nadeshiko, who has been watching over her family since her death.  In the anime adaptation, Fujitaka's role as the other half of Clow Reed's reincarnation is completely removed as is his immunity to Eriol's magic and he is never able to see Nadeshiko's spirit.!~

Jurgens is the captain of the military airborne battleship "Izumo". While he may seem like a dog of the military he is actually quite contemplative of his job. Jurgens also is nearly always at odds with Dominic Sorel, who uses the ship for transportation and always seems have a problem with the way Jurgens does things on his ship. 

North Kaio (北の界王, Kita no Kaiō?) (English dubs: King Kai, North Kai) is the Kaio of the quadrant of the galaxy where the planets Earth and Namek reside. In the English manga, he is also known as Kaiô-sama or Lord of the Worlds. Claiming himself to be very humorous; he will only teach his subordinates if they laugh at his non-comedic jokes (really bad puns in the original Japanese). He can only train those who can reach the end of Snakeway. He trained Goku, who succeeded in doing so and taught him very powerful techniques that have been essential to many of his battles: including the Genki Dama (Spirit Bomb in English dubs) and the Kaio Ken. Schwarzwald's real name is Michael Seebach, a reporter for Paradigm Press. As a reporter, Seebach was obsessed with bringing the truth to the people of Paradigm City, but became frustrated as the Paradigm Corporation continually censored his work. Eventually his search for the truth would become an obsession, and Seebach began living a double life. In time he became even more obsessed with his work and cut himself off from human contact, including his wife and children. But Seebach's obsession also resulted with a attempt on his life by Paradigm which disfigured his face. He eventually plans to destroy the domes around the city. His character is influenced by Rorschach from "Watchmen." Even after his defeat by Roger, Seebach continues to seek out the truth, apparently even in death. Presumably, through flashbacks of things he said before he died, Seebach did discover the whole truth behind the world and the loss of all memories forty years ago. Seebach appears one last time, to Alan Gabriel, to tell him that he's not worthy to pilot Big Duo.!~

Keiichi Ikari is a detective in charge of the Shounen Bat case alongside [Mitsuhiro Maniwa](https://anilist.co/character/5131/). In comparison to his coworker, Maniwa, Keiichi is very old fashioned and prefers to do things simplistically. He's extremely uptight and easily frustrated. He is impatient and doesn't try to work with the witnesses and victims of his case and gets upset at Mitsuhiro's attempts to be understanding.

Unkei is a member of HOLY, and is also the tallest member.  His Alter is called Mad Sprict.  Mad Sprict takes the form of a small billboard with multiple extensions with ball-point pens on the tip.  Mad Sprict projects illusions and brainwashes the victim into acting out whatever Unkei has written using Mad Script.  They are forced to follow Unkei's (self proclaimed) perfect script, and those the victim interacts with who are not under Mad Script's influence must follow the script in order to maintain the illusion.  Individuals with very strong mental prowess can break free of Unkei's illusions or enter/exit it without being written into the script.
