Kozo Fuyutsuki is second-in-command of NERV HQ and Gendo Ikari's right hand man. As Deputy Commander of NERV, Fuyutsuki frequently takes command of situations at the base whenever Gendo is away on business. Gendo also tends to unload the more mundane work, such as town council meetings, paperwork, and the like, onto Fuyutsuki.

A member of the eldora five, Jose appears to be the second -in-command of the group. He&#039;s often arguing with Nero over their glory day stories, saying how often he had to bail out his leader in various situations, which Nero quickly denies.    Even after Jose and the rest of the eldora five join Van and Co. in their assault on The Claw&#039;s island, he still argues with Nero often over the repairs of their armor, claiming that they should have brought Bucchi along.

A scientist who formerly worked for Lightning and then Millennion, he developed the necrolyzation dead regeneration technique, eventually utilizing it to bring Grave back to life.  When Mika came to him, he knew that it was time to let Grave do what he does best. He later died due to an injury when confronting Balladbird Lee in his &quot;Superior&quot; form. The resulting injury, however, gave him enough time to keep Grave alive for another 10 days.    ~!In the game he is killed when a squad of Orgmen break into the safe house while Grave is receiving his blood-refreshing treatment. An esteemed and well-known professor of piano at the Conservatory where Nodame studies. During Nodame&#039;s piano competition in Japan, he is one of the judges and is captivated by her performance, but soon detects her immaturity in attitude towards music, referring her as &quot;still a baby&quot; (later on &quot;Bebe-chan&quot;). Auclair offers Nodame (through Etoh) an opportunity to study in Paris and selects her to become one of his students, much to Franck&#039;s envy. He refers to Nodame as &quot;Bebe-chan&quot; and sees that she has tremendous potential, but limited time to hone her skill and recognizes Nodame&#039;s reluctance to become a professional pianist.     Trivia: he gets a lot fatter from his debut to current chapter (if not younger as well).

An aging, struggling salary man living in the slums of Daten City whose daughter&#039;s birthday wish is to see Panty and Stocking in person. 

Pryce (Yanagi in original Japanese language versions) is in charge of the Glacier Badge, and resides in Mahogany Town. He is an expert on Ice types. His signature Pokémon are Swinub and Piloswine. Pryce's name may be derived from the word ice.  In the anime Pryce starts out as a cold and abrasive man who believes that Pokémon are for battling and nothing more, as a result of an incident from his youth. During a storm, his beloved Piloswine disappeared and Pryce believed it to have abandoned him. During an encounter with Ash, the two of them are trapped underground and come across a frozen Piloswine, which turns out to be Pryce's. Realizing that it had tried to find healing herbs (the two had previously been badly burned by a Magmar), Pryce reconciles with his reunited Pokémon and turns over a new leaf, once again seeing Pokémon as friends. Afterwards, Pryce battles Ash having his Dewgong defeated by Cyndaquil and Piloswine by Pikachu winning Ash the glacier badge.  In the manga Possessing an ability to control his ice sculptures as if they were real Pokemon, for training, Pryce is the oldest Gym Leader of Johto and lives by himself, rarely visited. For some reason he, like Whitney, was not visited by Suicune like the rest of the Gym Leaders. Pryce's main Pokemon is his Swinub.   ~!It turns out Mask of Ice, the villain of the Gold/Silver/Crystal chapter is actually another ice puppet created by Pryce and controlled by him (via Pokegear when necessary). Pryce's plan is to use Ho-oh and Lugia's feathers and create a special Pokeball with which Celebi, a time-traveling Pokemon could be caught. His aim is to repair his old mistake as a trainer, which caused a death of two of his Pokemon just before their egg hatched. Pryce actually succeeds in all of his plans and disappears in the stream of time after Celebi escapes. He does realize his mistakes however and his life-long pain gets healed. Massive Tearjerker Alert!!~
