Lupin's marksman. He can perform a 0.3-second quick-draw and shoots with amazing accuracy. He prefers to conceal his eyes using his hat, as it gives him a more enigmatic appearance. His hat is also an important element to his dead shot accuracy because he uses it for aiming and target acquisition. He is also proficient in the use of many different firearms, such as machine guns, sniper rifles, and even a PTRS anti-tank rifle.

A powerful native who lives at the base of Karin Tower with his son Upa. He is muscular, tall, and a man of few words.      ~!Shortly after befriending Son Goku, he fends off Captain Yellow&#039;s men by himself, but he is later speared by Tao Pai Pai, who is looking for Goku, and killed. Goku avenges him by taking training from Karin and defeating Tao Pai Pai himself. When Shenlong is summoned again, Goku&#039;s wish is that Bora be brought back to life. In his next appearance, he assists Goku once more by throwing Yajirobe (with an injured Goku on his back) up Karin Tower. Bora is seen with his son (and several other natives) in the first and last couple episodes of Dragon Ball Z when the Z Warriors go to Kami&#039;s Lookout for training against the Saiyans and when he gives energy to Goku for his Genki Dama. He also briefly appears in the GT episode &quot;Piccolo&#039;s Decision&quot; when Goku is with Upa. Bora&#039;s appearance and customs are based upon the stereotypical Native American.!~

A huge Pteranodon monster who competes against Son Goku in the 21st Tenka'ichi Budokai and forfeits the match. He's very powerful for his strength, but Goku counters him eventually. In the anime, his character is built up a lot more with a bar-fight scene. (Some drunks make fun of him for ordering milk so he beats all of them). He likes introducing himself as "Kujirada." During the Piccolo Daimao arc, Giran is confronted by Tambourine due to Piccolo's order to have all past Tenkaichi Budokai competitors killed. Giran proves to be no match for Piccolo's offspring, and is quickly taken out; however he's revived thanks to the Dragon Balls at the end of the saga.

The legendary &Auml;RM in the first two M&Auml;R-Heaven war, wielded by captain of M&Auml;R, Ginta. Ever since the 2nd war concluded, he&#039;s been traveling around searching for Ginta, and ended up sleeping in a lake until Kai wakes him up. Babbo has no magic stone inserted, so it can not transform into his previous versions. However, Babbo has new versions.    Yao Kazuki provides the voice for Babbo version 6.

The bear dog Riki, who was trained by [Takeda Gohei](https://anilist.co/character/9082/Takeda-Gohei), disappeared in the mountains during a fight with the bear [Akakabuto](https://anilist.co/character/9078/Akakabuto). Riki lost his memory but never forgot his enemy. He gathered many dogs who were willing to fight against the monster bear, and became their leader. When he meets his son [Gin](https://anilist.co/character/3187/Gin) for the first time he doesn't recognize him, even though he tries to remember. As he sends him and the soldiers out to find more dogs, Riki stays in the area of the bears, trying to hold his position. 

In the GNG anime he is has brown fur instead of red. 

Captain Morgan, called "Axe-Hand Morgan" since he literally has an axe for a right arm, is the first Marine officer of significant rank to be seen in the series.   Morgan is a very tall, intimidating man with white-blond hair and a steel jaw. As his nickname suggests, his right hand is replaced by a huge steel axe, the handle of which seems to go right through his forearm. Like most marines of high rank in the series, he wears a large, billowing coat like a cape. He can also normally be seen smoking a cigar.   Three years ago, Morgan looks much like he does in the present storyline, except without the axe hand and the metal jaw. He was also of a slimmer build than in the present storyline.   Prior to "capturing" Kuro, Morgan seemed to be a brave man who was not afraid of death. After his promotion, Morgan was corrupted by his power and became who he is today.   When Morgan is first introduced, he is governing over the small island of Shell Town, where his Naval base is located. Yet he is ruling by fear, abusing his rank to make people pay taxes, and even going as far as killing his own men if they do not obey his commands. He has a very spoiled son named Helmeppo, who is just as bad at using his father's rank to get what he wants from the island's inhabitants. Morgan shows no sort of fatherly love for Helmeppo, even stating that Helmeppo was a worthless son not even worth hitting.   Morgan's obsession with rank is proven in his battle against Luffy, where, despite not being able to to land a single blow on the rubberman (and having taken several), he would not accept defeat. King Vegeta was the king of the Saiyans, and is mentioned several times in the manga, however only appears in filler episodes and movies. Believed to have been the strongest Saiyan, in the manga, it was said that he had been surpassed by his own child, also named Vegeta. Before the attack on Planet Vegeta, he realized that Freeza was afraid of the Saiyans, and he coordinated an assault on Freeza. According to the anime filler, his attempt to attack Freeza failed as he was easily killed. The Saiyan elites that followed were also defeated by Freeza. In the movie Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, he ordered both Broly and his father Paragus&#039; to be killed, because he was afraid of Broly&#039;s abnormally high power.    King Vegeta is only seen in the anime special, the film Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, and in some original scenes in the anime series. Colonel Silver is the first of the high-ranking Red Ribbon Army officers Goku fights, and thus is overwhelmed and unprepared.  He is shown to be a talented, powerful fighter with a love of weapons, and excellent in marksmanship as well. As evident in both the anime and the manga on multiple occasions, unlike most officers, he doesn't immediately turn to violence and threats in order to get information, but rather simply asks a couple questions and only resorts to physical means if he's not getting the requested answers. Colonel Silver is also rather fast, shocking even Goku when he runs past and swipes the bundle of cloth containing the Dragon Balls and Dragon Radar from Goku's hands.  Colonel Silver had a fairly small role in the Manga, but he had a considerably larger role in the Anime. This is because the Red Ribbon Army was introduced a little earlier in the Anime and Toei created several filler episodes involving Colonel Silver and Emperor Pilaf before the next chapter of the Dragon Ball manga was released and the animators could continue on with the story.  The anime, much like they did with Colonel Violet, gave Colonel Silver a lot more characterisation. One thing to note about this character is the strange fact that his personality warps with each Dub, despite no one making any alterations to the animation whatsoever.  In the Japanese Dub, Colonel Silver is portrayed as being quiet and serious, in the FUNimation Dub, he changes to being short-tempered, aggressive, and courteous to superiors and occasionally complimentary towards random citizens. In the French Dub he is assertive, in the Castilian Dub he is irritable and foul-tempered, whereas, in a contradiction to all, the Portuguese Dub, he is incapable of becoming angry, and is understanding and patient.  In the manga, Commander Red said he was going to be executed for his failure, but that scene is never shown. In the anime, Colonel Silver is called back to the Red Ribbon base for questioning. Colonel Silver begs for a second chance, but Commander Red replies that there are no second chances in the Red Ribbon Army. He orders the guards to take him out of his sight, but Colonel Silver brushes them off. He than calmly walks out the door. Though the fact that Commander Red sends two guards after him suggests that he was executed off-screen shortly after being dismissed. Crocodine is a massive anthropomorphic crocodile who used to be the general of the Hundred Beasts Army. After having been defeated by Dai and Pop&#039;s teamwork, he was inspired by Pop&#039;s courage and later joins the party. He has many beasts still under his control, even despite Hadlar&#039;s influence throughout all the world and has a powerful weapon called the &quot;Void Axe&quot;, which allows him to cast Bagi, one of the two wind spells available. He later acquires an even more powerful axe from the legendary swordsmith Lon Berk when the Void Axe is destroyed in the first fight with Vearn.

Joe's idol and guru. He gave Joe the V-Watch which enables him to use his VFX powers. In Season 2, he was transformed into the &quot;Captain Blue Device&quot; by the Black Emperor, which GEDOW uses to create monsters. The Black Emperor gave him the scar on his face.

__Nen type:__ Enhancement

None other than the Chairman of the Hunter Committee, and the final authority over the entirety of the Hunter Exam. He has enough administrative power to grant anyone the Hunter's license if he decides to do so, and enough combat power to playfully avoid attacks of the main heroes single-handedly when they challenge him. All examiners, even the most despotic ones, obey his orders without talking back.  He was said to be the strongest Nen user in the world 50 years ago, but he comments that he is already past his prime at his current age and that his subordinates might be stronger than him now (yet his direct subordinates disagree). Netero is also revealed to be older than Zeno Zoldyck (Killua's Grandfather), who is said to be 67 years of age. 

At one point, Zeno says that when he was still a young boy, Netero was not only already old, but he is the only person alive who has fought with Maha (Zeno's) grandfather. Various stated times would put Netero over the three digit mark. He is able to use attacks faster than the speed of sound. He also uses the hyakushiki kannon which is also known as the 'Hundred Style of Buddha'. This utilizes nen to make the attacks seem as if they had come from another side and or dimension, simply because they move so fast.  In the manga he is also shown fighting chimera ants and is heading towards the destined fight with the King. His assistants Morau and Novu note that he was the strongest Nen user 50 years ago, and show great respect for his abilities.





Also called "G-Junior" for short, he was originally from an undisclosed part of the southwest United States. G-Junior is a Native American who was unable to find work because of widespread racism. At age 26, he was approached to be a Native American chief in a sideshow, but G-Junior simply punched the sideshow owner in the face, refusing to further the stereotypes about his culture. Black Ghost agents overheard the conversation and offered G-Junior a job far from home. G-Junior accepted, admitting that he really had no home anymore. (In the 2001 series he was a freelance construction worker bribed into accepting a very promising job offer by disguised Black Ghost agents). 005 was the first created when Black Ghost resumed its cyborg soldier program. Physically, he is the strongest as well as the biggest of the 00 Cyborgs; he also has heavily armored skin, evidence of Black Ghost's technological evolution since 004. However, he is also a silent, humble man with a deep reverence for nature and life, and it's speculated that he may have a sort of sixth sense that allows him to sense changes in the nature and possibly other people's thoughts. Cloacked man, dressed in black, mercenary of Scorpion. Leader of big air ship called Scorpion, and the boss of Jack and Franz. Haunts the Bosco ship from episode to episode, what actually keeps the story interesting and dynamic. In the beginning we see him as a fierce, strong and scary leader, but as the story moves on he becomes more euphoric, stressed and devastated, mainly because of his incompetents aides and the intervention of Damia later in the series. Cassios is the apprentice and saint in training under Ophiuchus Shaina. He's the younger brother of Docrates.  During the fight for the Pegasus cloth, Seiya cut off one of his ears and he hated Seiya ever since.  ~!Casios has great respect and affection toward Shaina, however he realize that Shaina has affection toward Seiya. Motivated by this fact, he takes Seiya's place and dies during the fight with Leo Aiolia, in order to wake Aiolia from the control of Saga's Genrō Maō Ken.!~
