Editor-in-Chief of Weekly Jump. He tends to behave indifferently or even coldly but it's all for Jump's authors and editors to regain their spirits. He has a good eye for manga and believes it's most important for a manga to be interesting. He's not afraid to make a gamble in order to make the magazine better, but will not put authors' lives at risk.   He knew Saikou's uncle, Kawaguchi Taro, since he was the Assistant Editor-in-Chief at the time Kawaguchi Taro had to quit.

The brother of Ginrei, the son of Franken von Fogler. He was an assistant along with Go Gakujin at Bashtarle. Originally believed to have died along with his father at the tragedy he shows up later as a tool of Big Fire. Consumed with a desire for revenge towards Shizuma and what he believes is the betrayal of his father he will stop at nothing to exact his revenge and stop Shizuma no matter the cost.

[Kumiko](https://anilist.co/character/798/)'s grandfather. A kind, wise old man who loves Kumiko very much, and is always there to support her and give advice. He took Kumiko in after her parents died. Though crime rookies might believe he is a man of little importance due to his yakuza branch only having a few members, he is actually highly respected in the underworld.

The eccentric leader of Kyosho and best friend to Genjou and Houkou and a B-rank fighter. Until his dragon awoke, he did not care much for the state of affairs, but afterward he became extremely violent, blood-thirsty, and power-mad because he is completely possessed by his dragon. However, he is more interested in controlling powerful toushi than getting precious artifacts such as the Gyokuji and the Hyakuhekitou. When Kan'u refused to be freed in return for Ryubi surrendering the Gyokuji, Sousou happily accepts Kanu's request and orders the Gyokuji to be returned. Sousou often criticizes Kaku for wearing glasses, telling her she looks cuter without them. Easily the strongest character at the moment. He also has strange dreams involving an old man with writing on his forehead asking Sousou to avenge him.

He is one of the children that have been previously captured by Hamdo and forced to fight as soldiers. He is a good soldier and seems to be loyal in a mixed sense; he is hoping that when he has fulfilled his duty, Hamdo will free him as promised. He's the leader of the group of soldiers that Shu gets assigned to and is one of his main 'contacts' among them, although they often dispute about philosophical aspects and fight each other. Yaimao is Hikora's best friend and is almost a older brother to him. Hearing about Sorincha he dawns a fox mask and goes with his friend to find her. He is the one wearing purple and magenta ragged clothing, and has his hair in a mohawk looking pony tail.    Yaimao is the last kid to be captured and was caught by the Ko-Tori (Child-Taker) demon.

Buffaloman is a charging bull-themed Choujin and one of the Seven Akuma Choujin who were said to be too strong and brutal and banished to the ends of the universe. He is very large and has two curved horns called Long Horns (ロングホーン?) on both sides of his head. His techniques and fighting style usually rely on his immense strength and power, but in tight situations he can lower his power in order to become faster. Additionally, he specializes in brutal fighting and has a spike on each knee. On the other side though, he is quite clever and will often lure his opponents into wasting stamina.  Depicted as a formidable opponent far more powerful than any other Choujin to appear before him, the concept of Choujin Kyoudo was introduced specifically to illustrate this. Buffaloman&#039;s Choujin Kyoudo is 10,000,000 Power, which is 10 times that of Warsman, Kinnikuman&#039;s greatest opponent before him. By the end of the series many Choujin who surpass 10,000,000 Power have appeared, but Buffaloman still boasts of his power and it is the only one treated as an advantage.  Though an Akuma Choujin, he normally fights very honorably and shows his opponents respect. During his fight with Kinnikuman his good heart is awakened, and he is revived as a Seigi Choujin after his first death.  Yudetamago have stated that Buffaloman is modeled after professional wrestler Bruiser Brody. In tribute to the larger Brody&#039;s tag team collaboration with the smaller Jimmy Snuka, Buffaloman is paired in tag matches with smaller characters like Springman and Mongolman.    wikipedia

Mantaro figures out that a shoe&#039;s worst enemy is stepping in feces, while in the anime version, Kid Muscle had an alien from Planet Kinniku called a Stinkbug.    wikipedia

A Chojin based on a clione from Russia. Hydrozoa can transform his body into several things, including a giant squid, a jellyfish, and a magnifying glass to use the sun&#039;s rays to create a deadly laser-type weapon. Hydrozoa&#039;s special move is the XYZ Crash, named so because XYZ are the last letters of the English alphabet, meaning that his matches end once he hits the move. He savagely defeated Wally Tusket in his match, but was beaten by Mantaro in the second round. His trademark moves are Solar Energy Heat and XYZ Crush.    wikipedia

Starting out as a recurring villain, Robin Mask soon became one of the most essential members of the Seigi Choujin (Justice Supermen) team. Robin wore knight-type armor made out of sapphire (later remade out of steel), and wearing the armor reduced his strength, giving his opponent a fair chance at beating him. Although Robin is only a few years older than most of the cast he is considered the veteran of the group and often comes up with the teams' overall battle plan. Ranmaru doesn't believe he could walk again, and Kei tells him that he will be his left arm and his left leg. So he wants Ranmaru to get better because he loves him too much. Ranmaru makes efforts over efforts, and eventually walks again. So begins their love! After this, Kei found his little brother, Kai, who is the legal son. Kai and Kei don't get along well because Kai likes Ranmaru, but Kai lets it go when he sees how much Kei and Ranmaru love each other.

After a falling out with his father, Asuma joined the police force and specifically requested to be assigned to the labor units. Smart, honest to a fault, and sometimes a bit hot-headed, Asuma is a very good officer, although he's often used by Goto as a lackey. Noa and Hiromi's commanding officer in the field, he has a soft spot for the former. Goto recognizes Asuma has some talent in diverse fields, as can be seen in various places throughout the series. Despite being an enemy to the World Government, he still keeps contact with his father.  Before the start of the series, Dragon left Luffy in Garp's care. Dragon first appears after a lightning bolt suddenly destroys the gallows where Luffy was to be executed by Buggy the Clown and then saves Luffy from being captured by Captain Smoker. When he saved Luffy from Smoker, a mighty gust of eerie wind swept through Loguetown. It is undetermined whether or not he was the cause behind the gust of wind or the lightning; however, the story leads to believe there is more to him than it seems. Recently, he has taken over an island in the South Blue and is about to head to the North Blue when he commented, after noticing Luffy's newest bounty, given to him after invading Enies Lobby, that father and son will meet sometime soon.!~

Johnny is happy-go-lucky, much like Yosaku. Jonny tends to be the more serious of the pair, though he acts being silly around Yosaku from time to time. Johnny is also dimwitted to some extent. He also has a huge cowardly side to him, as seen when he willingly abandoned Zoro to run off to safety with Usopp.

Captain Nezumi (ネズミ大佐 Nezumi Taisa) is a Marine Officer of the 16th Branch, in the East Blue. His appearance and manner are rodent-like (as "nezumi" is Japanese for both "mouse" and "rat"), and he is arrogant and decidedly corrupt. Nezumi takes bribes from Arlong, so the Fishman pirate can keep a low profile. Acting on a tip from Arlong, he uncovers the treasure that Nami had been hoarding in order to buy back Cocoyashi Village and confiscates it from her. After Arlong is defeated, Nezumi attempts to intervene against the Straw Hat Pirates, but he is quickly defeated and forced to return all that he stole. His report back to his superiors is what prompts the Marines to assign Luffy with his first bounty.
