Ita acts as a merchant within The World R:2. A former member of the trading guild TaN, she opened up a shop with her friend Pilocchio after the guild was disbanded. Polite and very softspoken, she has a very good understanding of human nature, and is frequently called on to settle disputes involving either her partner or her customers. Despite her soft appearance, she has an iron hard will and is always willing to put forth the extra effort to aid a customer no matter what their needs. 

Working for RI-ON, he is the son of RI-ON's President Toki. He has been trained to fight in Dragon Drive ever since he was little, proving to be a very powerful elite and the strongest of his team. Toki seems to try to gains his father's love by doing whatever his father tells him to, though he is not fully aware of what will happen when his father has the Jinryu stone.   While his main dragon is Raitonaitsunaito, he also has Darx and attempts to control Shinryu in the anime, instead becoming possessed by the dragon itself. In volume seven of the manga, he calls Reiji annoying and attempts to kill him. Later, however, it is he who nears death, is picked up by his father, and is told that he was "truly the hero."  Kohei's phoenix-type dragon is Raitonaitsunaito, a wind-elemental dragon. Extremely durable and quick, can shoot feathers at high speed and create barriers at will. An AI recovered from a missile that was floating in space. He never completed his mission because he didn't want to die, which is what would have happened if his warhead detonated. He is later placed into a stuffed animal vaguely resembling a round, pink cat/penguin. Normad usually has endless praise for Vanilla (despite her on-and-off nonchalant abandonment and abuse towards him) but has cynical views toward the rest of the Angel Team, especially Milfuelle, whom he calls a dimwit, and Forte, who returns the favor and routinely shoots him. Aside from occasional descriptive information he supplies, he mainly provides comic relief due to his inability to avoid injury. His name might have been inspired by NORAD, which warns against attacks by missiles, corresponding to his original role. Normad's voice is performed by Mika Kanai (Vanilla). As for the English dub, he is portrayed by Richard Ian Cox. In the first manga, Normad's body can be seen in chapter 2.

The male protagonist, a hybrid of a youkai-dog and a human, a half-demon ("han'yo" in Japanese). He wields the Tessaiga (pronounced "Tetsaiga" in the American dub), a supernatural sword made from one of his deceased father's fangs. This sword, when properly wielded, can destroy one hundred demons with a single swing, and has further powers which are revealed as the story progresses. It is also a source of which hatred exists between Inuyasha and his brother Sesshomaru, a full youkai dog demon, being that Inuyasha can wield the Tessaiga and Sesshomaru can not. Inuyasha has a tendency for massive regeneration and can recover from injuries which would be fatal for any average human. This ability is likely derived from his youkai powers (Example: Episode 5, when Kagome brings medicine from her time). On the night of the new moon each month, Inuyasha will change into a normal human with black hair, brown eyes, and loses his yokai power during this time. Prior to meeting his current companions, he would conceal himself during this time. Inuyasha loves Kikyo, and still does, but things get complicated when he starts to develop feelings of love for Kagome. He has mastered different abilities for his sword including the red tessaiga that can destroy barriers and also learning the backlash wave which hurls an opponents demonic energy right back at it.

Kai is another of the White Base crew members. Unlike many of his teammates, Kai would rather runs away from battle. He's mostly a coward but likes to flirt with the ladies. Eventually he sums up the courage to become White Base's Guncannon pilot.

Shani Andras, along with Orga Sabnak and Clotho Buer are part of the Earth Forces Federation. They are classified as "biological CPU's" assigned to the new  Earth Federation GAT model mobile suits. Shani, Orga and Clotho take a  combat drug known as Gamma Glypheptin. This drug enhances their stamina as well as reaction time while in combat. The drug has a side effect that causes severe withdrawl symptoms in the nervous system. As the pilot of the GAT-X252 Forbidden Gundam, Shani is a great annoyance to both Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala during the final stages of the war.

Blast's manager. He talks in a very feminine way (unless angered), is openly gay, and he has a questionable interest in Yasu. In Nana's eyes, Ginpei is the second "baldie" related to Blast—the first being Yasu.

Formerly a junk dealer, Bit Cloud is forced to join the Blitz Team after he is responsible for damage to one of the team's Zoids during a match. Taken to the Blitz Team's base, Bit discovers that he is the only person capable of piloting the rare Liger Zero owned by the team's manager.

Allelujah Haptism is known as calm and kind-hearted man who has a sadistic-persona named Hallelujah. He is also the lover of [Soma Peries](https://anilist.co/character/6175/Soma-Peries).

The two personalities have their own range of specialty when it comes to combat situations. Allelujah is the rational one, thinking about tactics during combat. Hallelujah, on the other hand, is the one responsible for their reflexes and their battle intuition. When they unite their strengths, they act as dual processing mind with a reflexive body, giving them a superb advantage in the battlefield.

Burnerman is a Dark Loid navi, under the command of Shademan. Burnerman is very unique in the aspect that he is the first navi to be introduced in the anime, before being revealed in the game version (in this case, Battle Network 4/ Rockman.EXE 4). His operator from the game, Atsuki Himura, is not present in the series.     Burnerman is one of those kinds of characters that very much enjoys being evil (having been dubbed by fans as the rabid cupcake). The Amoeba Boys made their debut appearance in episode 7. Despite their name, they are comprised of two males and one female. They were three ordinary amoebas before they were hit by one of the black lights. The Amoeba Boys wish to be real criminals, but like their original counterparts, they are unsuccessful, with their size, about the size of a persons foot, being the primary reason for their constant failure as well as their own incompetence. They also have the ability to merge and grow into a giant yellow amoeba that, despite its size, is too weak to cause any real damage. The Amoeba Boys, like Mojo, have yet to have the reversion ray used on them, and are unique in that they are the only villains to date who have never been captured by the girls.        * Silk Hat (シルクハットShirukuhattoo, Seiyū: Minoruu Inabaa?): This amoeba boy is the leader of the group. He has green eyes and blue &#039;skin&#039;. Like his name suggests, he has a top hat and a pipe to go along. He is the equivalent of Bossman, the leader of Amoeba boys in the original Powerpuff Girls.      * Poncho (ポンチョ, Poncho?, Seiyū: Naoki Tatsuta): In spite of his name, he does not have a poncho. He does have a cowboy hat that is tied around his neck. Poncho has green skin and blue eyes. His blue eyes are often hidden by his hat. Poncho seems to be the tough guy of the group. The name and the hat are possible references to Clint Eastwood.      * Lady (レディ, Redi?, Seiyū: Sakiko Uran): As her name suggests, she is the only female in the group. She wears a feminine hat with a rose on the side. She has pink skin and yellow eyes. Lady is the only amoeba wearing lipstick. She appears to be the voice of reason in the group. She later leaves the group and joins Princess and Sedusa in episode 28. In this episode it is also revealed that Lady has the power to inflate herself for battle into an enlarged version of herself that&#039;s slippery enough to fend off most attacks. However, if she&#039;s not careful in this form she&#039;ll pop like a balloon and will have to reform herself. (From Wikipedia)

Gaspard plays The World to have fun. He sees no reason players should be killing each other, and occasionally bursts into tears when the world around him doesn&#039;t resemble The World he knows and loves. He is also quite shy, and refuses to take part in Arena battles. However he can be brave when people close to him are threatened. 

Training with Genma at Jusenkyou in China, Ranma was thrown into a spring called Nyanniichuan. He emerged as a young girl, according with the spring's curse. When splashed with hot water, he changes back to a boy, but when splashed with cold to room temperature water, he turns into a girl again. As for our well-built 16-year-old hero/heroine, the martial arts is his life. He also possesses a rather large and easily wounded ego, believing his physical strength to be his only virtue. Whenever his pride is damaged, Ranma feels the need to rectify the situation, even when it's not necessarily in his best interest to do so.
