Keiichi is a student of the Nekomi Institute of Technology and a member of the NIT Motor Club. One day Keiichi accidentally dialed the Goddess Relief Office. Before he could begin to comprehend what on earth was going on the beautiful Goddess Belldandy warped into Keiichi&#039;s dorm to grant him a wish. Convinced his sempais (older classmates) are playing a prank on him as he has no luck with girls, Keiichi wishes for a girl like Belldandy to be by his side forever. The Vice Student Council President.   ~!He became the Student Council President after Kanade got demoted, though becomes the Vice Student Council President again after Kanade is given her status as the Student Council President back.  Naoi was the son of a famous potter.  He had always lived in the shadow of his talented older brother, who was named heir to their family at a young age.  Naoi spent most of his time isolated in his room, until his brother died in an accident.  After his brother's death, Naoi was told that "It was you who died," and thus he took on the role of his brother, undergoing strict training in order to live up to his brother's standards.  Naoi, however, could not compare to his brother, but he worked hard and eventually won an award.  He believed that he would continue to work with his father and eventually become the best potter in Japan.  However, his father was bedridden, and Naoi was forced to tend to his Father, and so was not able to continue working.  Naoi believed that his life was meaningless because he was always living for either his father or his brother.  Naoi then "joins" the Battlefront and still acts as the School Vice President. He seems to greatly admire Otonashi, and always listens to him, giving Otonashi the "Older Brother" role to Naoi. Naoi also seems to be younger than Otonashi and Yuri, which makes him an underclassman like Yui. He refers to Otonashi as "Otonashi-san" and the rest of the Battlefront he usually refers to them as "You" and "Them", showing respect to Otonashi but disrespect to the others.!~

Fāng-Yù is a fellow mercenary who has a history with Ryo dating back to their battle field days, presumably in Central America. She was seriously wounded and lost her left eye while she was fighting together with Ryo. Because her fiancé would never marry her due to her injuries, she demanded to be left behind while the others pulled out of the fight. Instead, Ryo got her off the battle field, promising her that he would take her fiancé's place if she didn't give up the will to live. Ever since, Ryo has been haunted by her presence fearing that she might actually force him to fulfill his promise. She occasionally returns to Japan from time to time, staying at Ryo and Xiang-Ying's apartment whether invited or not. She is currently in command of the elite mercenary unit, the "black panther". She has also adopted approximately 20 child orphans around the globe and claims them to be their (Ryo and Fong's) children, much to Ryo’s annoyance. When Xiang-Ying jokingly noted that if they were regarded to be "Pa-Pa's" children then they would be her siblings, Fāng-Yù was overjoyed and insisted Xiang-Ying call her "Ma-Ma". As Xiang-Ying reserved "Ma-Ma" for Kaori, she never used the term for Fāng-Yù, instead using "Fāng-san". Since Kaori's death, Fāng-Yù has been worried over Ryo's state of mind. She had him promise her that he would send her an email each year on her birthday (Christmas Day) so that she would know that he was all right. An adept hacker, Julian attempts to help Armitage by delving into the files surrounding the creation of the &#039;Thirds&#039;. His attempt however, is hijacked by the assassinroid D&#039;anclaude who controls him via a planted computer virus. Armitage destroys the viral link, but it also causes Julian&#039;s body to self destruct. His last words to her is that maybe he&#039;ll get to meet the &#039;real&#039; D&#039;anclaude.     ~!Sometime after his death, Armitage mourns his loss until Ross reminds her that Julian had backed up his programming into the main registry. Petz (Prizma in the English versions) is the oldest of the four sisters, with the magical power called &quot;Dark thunder&quot; in the anime, though she is only shown using a tornado in the manga, paralleling Sailor Jupiter's Flower Hurricane. She is named for the mineral petzite and is the counterpart of Makoto Kino.    In the manga, Petz is assigned &quot;Code003 Operation Re-new&quot; and she and her UFO release viruses onto Tokyo to infect the population. Makoto is infected by one of the viruses and passes out in her apartment. She awakens to her double trying to choke her, and she transforms and attacks it as Sailor Jupiter, revealing it to be a droid. Petz then arrives in her UFO, expresses amusement that Jupiter is still alive, then swears vengeance for her two dead sisters. She and Jupiter fight, but Petz captures her inside of a tornado she summons using the Black Crystal. Petz watches Jupiter in the tornado and does not see the arrival of Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus, and she is killed from behind by Moon Princess Halation, though Rubeus still succeeds in kidnapping Jupiter.    In the anime, Petz often clashes with Calaveras, but the majority of both women's operations end up with them working together. She is very proud and is willing to step on others to achieve personal glory and power. She also appears bitter over a past relationship and reacts strongly when Calaveras teases her about it. After the betrayal of Cooan and Berthier, Rubeus gives her a stick that will infinitely increase her dark powers and instructs her to use it to kill both the Sailor Senshi and her fallen sisters. He also warns her that if she fails, she will not be allowed to return. The stick dramatically increases Petz' powers and also corrupts her personality, allowing her to quickly gain the upper hand against the Sailor Senshi. She then turns on Calaveras and tries to kill her along with the other two sisters. However, the Senshi regain the advantage and knock the stick away from her, reducing her power again. Rubeus then appears and reveals to Petz that he had actually expected Petz to fail; his goal was not for her to succeed, but to lure the Sailor Senshi out and sacrifice all four sisters to kill them. He then activates the stick's true power and it creates a massive time-vacuum that threatens to pull in everyone around it. Petz, no longer possessed and remorseful, decides that she has enough power in her body to destroy the stick and jumps into the vortex to sacrifice herself to stop it. However, she is stopped by her other three sisters. After the vortex is destroyed by the Sailor Senshi, Petz is purified along with Calaveras.    Later, Petz and her sisters discover a wounded Saphir, whom Petz tends to even though she at first thinks he came to punish her sisters. It is then that Petz and Saphir are revealed to have been romantically involved, therefore Saphir is the person who caused Petz to be embittered about men. After Saphir is killed by Wiseman, Petz senses his death and is heartbroken, but remembers how he smiled for her.

Vampire was the first Cardian to appear in Sailor Moon R. She appeared in episode 047. Her mission is to steal human energy for the aliens Ail and An, who need it to survive. Vampire&#039;s specific purpose is to steal the energy of young girls in love, which seems to be especially potent. After being called upon, she immediately went on a nighttime rampage throughout Tokyo, attacking any young female she encountered. Luna and Artemis saw one attack and attempted to track the Cardian through the city. Naru Osaka, who was speaking to Usagi on the phone, witnessed one of the attacks in an alleyway outside of her window. The Cardian quickly spotted the young girl and entered the window to attack her.     Vampire strangled Naru with vines and begin draining her energy, causing her to drop the phone while begging for help. Soon, Luna and Artemis leapt through the window, but were ultimately unable to protect Naru. Though they realized they were unable to handle the situation alone, they were hesitant to call upon Usagi, who no longer remembered her life as a Sailor Senshi after defeating the Dark Kingdom. Usagi, however, did manage to arrive on the scene: she had realized that something was wrong, and came to help her friend. Seeing the Cardian was terrifying, but she decided this must be a dream and attempted to confront Vampire anyway. Vampire was not deterred at all; she began attacking Usagi instead. Artemis leapt to the rescue, clawing at the Cardian&#039;s face and causing her to release Usagi. He caught the monster&#039;s attention and lured her away from the scene before Usagi was completely drained of energy. Luna struggled with the decision of whether or not to awaken Usagi as Sailor Moon. She ultimately realized that this would be the only way to stop Vampire, so she revived all of the girl&#039;s memories.     Artemis soon became a victim of the Cardian, who caught him and began draining his energy. Sailor Moon soon arrived on the scene and intervened. Vampire quickly released Artemis and began attacking the girl instead. Sailor Moon was initially able to avoid the monster&#039;s attacks, but was soon captured. She tried to reach her tiara, but was unable to gather the strength. Luckily, Luna bit Vampire&#039;s arm, causing her to release the young girl. Sailor Moon rose to her feet and destroyed Vampire with her &quot;Moon Tiara Action&quot; attack.     Vampire had green eyes with no pupils, blue hair, and purple skin. She had the ability to leap at extraodinary heights and was very agile on her feet. Rather than a right hand, she had a red flower from which she could estend two tentacle-like prehensile stamens that were used to drain energy. Her name is clearly derived from the word &quot;vampire,&quot; a mythical creature that drains victims of their blood (much like the Cardians drain victims of energy). Seiren was a Cardian released by Ail and An with the mission of gathering energy from humans in order to revive the Makaiju. Her main target was Rei.    She resembled a pink haired mermaid, and could use her long hair to incapacitate her enemies and drain them of their energy; she absorbed the energy into her hair, which made it turn blue, or into her golden scales. Mamoru Chiba is the major romantic interest of Usagi Tsukino. He is often portrayed as stoic, steady and introverted. ~!This may be because when he was young his parents died in a car crash. This blocked his childhood memories of his current lifetime and opened up the memories of his previous life as Prince Endymion. Tuxedo Mask is a disguise Mamoru created for himself in order to hunt for the Silver Crystal incognito and, later, assist the Sailor Senshi in battle.  He is always addressed as Mamo-chan by Usagi throughout the series (Chibiusa also addresses him with this nickname later on). After dating for two years, Mamoru gives Usagi an engagement ring at an airport. The couple eventually gets married. In the future, they become king and queen of Earth and Crystal Tokyo and have a child together whom they name, Small Lady, but is in the majority of the series known as Chibiusa.  The manga develops Mamoru more extensively, showing that the car crash happened on his birthday and gives a glimpse of his parents. He also is given the power of psychometry, which also showed up in the anime, but was not given a name. This manifests in his ability to see and read dreams (such as Chibiusa's), heal people and monitor the status of the Earth. The anime tends not to develop Mamoru as much, however, he is shown to be more social than his manga counterpart. He's interested in a variety of subjects and is shown as smart.  Mamoru also has his left ear pierced in the manga, a trait that does not carry over to his anime counterpart.!~

Haruka is a stubborn, protective individual, but is also strong-willed, capable, charming, and occasionally even doting. She is formally introduced in the third story arc, although she appears in silhouette alongside Sailor Neptune in the final episode of Sailor Moon R. When transformed, she is known as Sailor Uranus, and is part of the group known in Fanon as the Outer Senshi.   Haruka is a racecar driver, even though she is barely sixteen years old when she appears. However, the timing of her birthday to the Japanese school year means she is one grade ahead of the Inner Senshi.

Tier Harribel, or Tier Hallibel in the English dub, is a fictional character from Kubo Tite&#039;s Bleach manga and the third Espada of Aizen Sousuke&#039;s army, the Espada. Harribel has dark skin, green eyes, blonde eyelashes, and messy short blonde hair which has three braided locks. She wears an oddly-cut variation of the Arrancar jacket that covers the lower part of her face down while baring a good portion of the lower half of her breasts; this jacket, unlike that of other Arrancar, is provided with a zipper running along its entire length that is opened from the bottom upwards. Harribel rarely speaks, and when she does, she&#039;s fairly serious. Compared to her fellow Espada, who are usually arrogant, boastful, impulsive, battle-hungry, bloodthirsty, and egotistical, Harribel is composed, receptive, analytical, and prefers not to engage in combat; she is content on silently observing both parties until the fighting reaches its conclusion, and actually fights only when she is challenged and attacked by an opponent or commanded to fight by her superiors.

Jun Misugi is easily one of Japan’s best players. Unfortunately, his failing heart condition forces him to play for only a short time almost every game. During Japan's match against Argentina, Japan's coach silently thought to himself that Jun would have been Japan's top player (even better than Tsubasa) if it wasn't for his current heart injury; indeed, Jun scored Japan's final goal in that match. He completely recovered in the World Youth Series though. Jun is strong-willed and dedicated besides being kind and clever. Jun can read the opposing team’s formation and tactics even when he is not playing on the field; not to mention his ability on how to control his opponent’s movements.

From the moment Yukito is introduced, it is clear that Sakura has an enormous crush on him. She continually marvels that he can be friends with her &quot;barbaric brother.&quot;

~!Everyone involved, including Yukito himself, believes that his meeting Toya in junior high school three years ago had been coincidence. However, Yukito&#039;s nature as the false form of Yue also means that many of the things he thought he knew about himself are false. He lives in an elaborate house with his grandparents (the house is real, but the grandparents do not exist). In fact, it is unclear whether or not Yukito himself existed at all before his meeting with Toya and introduction to Sakura.

Yukito is peripherally involved in many of Sakura&#039;s adventures as the Cardcaptor, mainly because of Sakura&#039;s crush on him and his close proximity to the Kinomoto family. In the process, Yukito becomes the object of another juvenile crush; this one held by Syaoran Li. However, it is discovered later that Syaoran was just attracted to the magical energies of the moon residing within Yukito, as Syaoran draws his magical power from the moon.

Not until the last Clow Card is collected does Yukito&#039;s true form, Yue, emerge and challenge Sakura&#039;s right to the cards. Afterwards, the Yukito and Yue personalities coexist, with Yukito unaware of Yue&#039;s presence.

Unfortunately, the strain on Yue&#039;s energies becomes so great that even Yukito&#039;s massive consumption of food can no longer support it. Yukito begins to fall ill, becoming drowsy, falling asleep at the slightest opportunity, and eventually beginning to fade away altogether. The only thing that can save him is a massive infusion of magical energy, which Yue finally receives from Toya (whose earlier efforts to warn Yukito of his plight were continually interrupted by the aggressive Nakuru Akizuki).

Soon afterwards, Yukito listens to and very gently declines Sakura&#039;s confession. He has always been aware of Sakura&#039;s feelings but tells her that he believes they are more platonic (as Yukito resembles Sakura&#039;s father) than romantic. Sakura immediately realizes that &quot;the one (Yukito) likes best&quot; is in fact Toya. Earlier that day, Yukito had told Toya how alarmed he was that he had suddenly learned about the existence of the Yue identity and the falsehood of most of his memories, but Toya replies that it doesn&#039;t matter to him since the moments they have shared together are real. After Yukito rejects Sakura the two of them seem to adopt a brother-sister type of relationship.

In the manga, Yukito is last seen in the Kinomoto kitchen with Toya, helping to prepare breakfast. There&#039;s a similar scene in the anime series, where they&#039;re preparing lunch. This somewhat implies that Toya has come to fully understand Yukito&#039;s feelings for him and reciprocates them.!~

Yue is one of two guardians of Clow Cards and judges candidates to become the next master of Clow Cards. Yue's appearance is that of a young man with long, silver braided hair and violet cat-like eyes (blue in the anime). He has a pair of angelic wings that he can use to fly. Yue has jurisdiction over wind and water—the elements "under him" which in part draw on him for their existence. He is a capable fighter who can raise powerful magical barriers, send deadly crystal shards at his adversaries, draw up energy around his hands which seems to be able to cut like a blade, shoot energy arrows from an energy bow that he can summon at will, in addition to other magical attacks, such as telekinesis. On the outside, he acts very cold and aloof and is serious and intimidating.

He is the director of JP's and leads the attacks against the Septentriones. He is a young man who has messy straight sliver hair and purple eyes with one of his bangs hanging on his right eye. He wears a JP's standard director uniform with white gloves, black heavy trench coat, black baggy trousers, and black leather boots.  He has a calm composure when making decisions and deciding on actions while fighting the mysterious invaders. He has great leadership abilities, is smart, decisive and effective, but lacks common sense about “unnecessary” things that his parental figures never taught him about. He can say cruel truth and make cruel decisions without feeling bad because he has no concept of compassion taught to him. Due to his upbringing, he views the worth of individual's value from their achievement rather than artificial concept like money and power and developed belief that there is no future for the weak, so the strong ones must take the lead. He has pride in his family name and unable to accept that the current world that he viewed unworthy of being protected by his family.    ~! He seems to have some concern for Hibiki and perhaps think of him as a friend, since he received his death clip and even going as far as saving him directly, though he won't admit it himself. Another person that he often talks to is Anguished One, but their relationship is complicated. Despite Anguished One referring himself as Yamato's 'old friend' and gave him informations about the invasion, Yamato is rather hostile towards him and referring to him in a rather harsh and spiteful way in Japanese (He usually refers people with 'Omae', but referring Anguished One with 'Kisama'). A former love interest of Jun who succumbed to the DB syndrome. A gifted swimmer, she met Jun when she was still at highschool, where she attempted to gain a first kiss from her future-slayer, which caused Jun to push back, and the incident ruined Aoi&#039;s swimming career.

Rasati is Lillia&#039;s older sister and a talented martial artist that regularly participates in tournaments against Edel Raid Pleasures (and still manages to defeat them without an Edel Raid of her own). She is extremely protective of Lillia, and because her sister is an Edel Raid, she looks down upon Pleasures for using them as &quot;weapons&quot;. She instead relies on Ki-based attacks and pure determination. Rasati is also very tomboyish and usually serious.    Lillia, being an Edel Raid, was bought by the arena manager from Rasati&#039;s uncle. Realizing that paying back the debt would set the sisters free, Rasati became a determined fighter, putting all her winning money into paying off Lillia&#039;s debt.    In the anime, she is mainly around just for the arena arc with some less important roles later. In the manga, the sisters continue to travel with the main group for quite some time.     ~! After Ren explains that fighting with an Edel Raid means fighting together, not using the Edel Raid as a weapon, Rasati reacts with Lillia to gain a leg blade that can shoot out energy. !~

Shinji Ikari is the Third Child ('Third Children' in Japanese), who pilots Unit 01. He is the son of Gendo and the late Yui Ikari. Abandoned by his father, Gendo, when he was a toddler, Shinji often ran away from difficult situations. As a pilot, he panics easily and reacts very poorly to unexpected events. 

~!Over time and with encouragement from Misato, he learns to be less cowardly, more outspoken, and more confident, but his progress is all undone when he is forced to kill the only person who ever openly expressed love toward him. His only friends are Toji and Kensuke, but he apparently cares about Rei more than even he realizes.!~

Izumi is a shinigami who appears later in the story. He is somewhat cold-hearted and distant, particularly in the anime. Of all the characters in the series, Izumi is the only one whose personality and plot role are noticeably different in the manga and its anime adaptation.   In the anime, Izumi's background story is not mentioned and he is portrayed throughout as a cold-hearted character, often as the serie's main antagonist. He makes several attempts to steal Mitsuki's soul over the course of the series, and although he claims to love Meroko, he only seems to do things that cause her pain (as Takuto points out). It is also revealed later that he was the one who assigned Takuto and Meroko to Mitsuki in order to force Takuto to remember his past life as a human by taking the soul of the daughter of his former friend.   In the manga, Izumi is much different. He is not set as the stories antagonist, but merely as someone who has lost his path.   He did not do most of the antagonizing things he did in the anime, as he did in the manga.   In the manga Arina Tanemura makes him a main character who appears in the story in chapter 5. He eventually lives with Mitsuki and the other Shinigami. In volume 5, we find out his backstory.    ~!He was often abused by his bereaved mother when he was 6, and, to make her happy, he threw himself in front of a train, seeing his mother smile, but never understanding what she meant by it. He later took his mother's soul, but was still unsatisfied. As the story progresses Izumi also becomes an important person to Mitsuki and an important person again to Meroko. Akane is a girl who died of a sudden heart attack during a radio show in the old school. Since then, her ghost curses all those who hear her voice and they will die at the sunset of the same day. She was sealed in the microphone by Satsuki's mother, Kayako. But after many years, the microphone in the old school building was broken and Akane was released.    ~!Satsuki puts her into spiritual sleep by repeating the number four several times (in Japanese culture, "4" is an unlucky number, because "shi", the word for four, is also the word for death), with Hajime finishing the process by ringing the bell that announced the end of the radio transmission. !~

Ogata attended Tokai University, but left due to lack of interest. They then began working as a musical actress, attending the same classes alongside [Rumi Kasahara](https://anilist.co/staff/95996/) and [Shiho Niiyama](https://anilist.co/staff/95724/).
