Great Britain, whose real name is unknown, was unsurprisingly originally from the United Kingdom. He was once a famous and talented stage actor with a broad knowledge of famous shows. In the 2001 TV series, Great Britain was in love with an actress named Sophie, who worked with him. Later he became more famous and gradually ignored his past love. One financial problem after another arose, and the once great thespian was reduced over time to the life of a penniless nobody who would do anything for a drink or a smoke. Black Ghost agents, noticing his plight, easily lured Great Britain into their vehicle with an alcoholic beverage. Later after his escape with the other cyborgs, Great Britain goes back to the United Kingdom and finds out that his ex-girlfriend had a daughter, Rosa. With the possibility that she might be his child, Great Britain tries to talk to her but is unfortunately rejected and scorned for his past actions (Rosa believed him to have betrayed Sophie), to be redeemed only in the end when he replaces a main actor in Rosa's theatrical play and manages to befriend her. 007 has the incredible ability to reshape his cellular structure at will, allowing him to become any object, creature, or person he wishes (at one point in the 2001 series, he even grows to titanic proportions). With his superb acting skills, he can also blend in with the enemy to use sneaky maneuvers and attacks. Although he is the oldest of the second generation cyborgs, being in his late 40s when kidnapped, 007 is probably the most lighthearted one and is a very amiable guy to boot. Giving credence to his personality as a comic relief, there is a running gag where Great Britain often takes the form of a precocious, almost super deformed, child; he would act as a spoiled child fearing for own life amidst his fellow Cyborgs even during combat. In the 1960s anime versions, he is a child rather than an adult, in an attempt by the producers to appeal to a younger audience. Though Ishinomori initially disapproved of this, he later temporarily mirrored it in the manga version by having Gilmore alter 007's body to make the child form his standard form. His nationality in combination with his number is an obvious reference to Ian Fleming's famous British spy character James Bond.

He is the son of a company's president. Although he is pretty well-off, he prefers to be independent and become a Salvager to earn his own bread. 16 (17 in the third arc) year-old son of Carr Benedict, formerly of Sous-Beil, and Fiona, also known as Queen Franchesca of Ixtova.  Has a twin sister named Merielle whom he argues frequently with (especially regarding firstborn claims) and rarely wins against.      He takes after his mother in looks.  He is thoughtful and calm by nature and is quite skilled at many things (like cooking, hunting, flying planes and languages), but he is also somewhat dorky.  Because of the Ixtovan royal family's &quot;single child&quot; rule, his rank as prince is not publicly known.  His royal family crest is the hawk.    He and Lillia have known each other since childhood.  Through the years, he appears to develop feelings for her, but he is unable to act (effectively) on them.  Of all the major characters in this part of the series, only Lillia is unaware of his real identity.

A wolf who meets Mei in a dark barn one stormy night and befriends the lamb, not knowing what he is because of the darkness. Gabu has to overcome his constant wolf instincts and refrain from eating Mei, and has to shield the lamb from his pack's hunts. Gabu's wolf clan eventually finds out of their friendship and both are forced to journey to a place where their friendship will not be challenged. In the end, Gabu appears to make the ultimate sacrifice to save his friend's life.

Sigurd is the prince of Svarthaed. Prior to his transfer to Lotte's academy, Sigurd spent his time and money on drinking and girls. He first meets Lotte at a street corner, falling in love with her at first sight, but Asuha quickly disapproves of him. He is often regarded as a wolf due to his mannerisms, although mostly a pervert since during his first day at school, the school put up warning signs of "Pervert" with his face at the girls' side, courtesy of Dora, one of Sigurd's worrisome bodyguards. When Sigurd does sneak over to the girls' side, he meets Asuha again, where she calls him a pervert. When Sigurd discovers Naoya as part of Lotte's harem during lunch time, he immediately declares himself as Naoya's rival for Lotte's hand. Aside from his perverted tendencies, Sigurd is a famous and well-respected general in battle because of his country's warring state until as of recent. Ironically enough, he was trained in a strict military academy but Sigurd continues to act by his own rules and uses the skills he learned at the military for mostly stalking Lotte's group or escaping Dora's sight of view, just to join Lotte's group. His English language writing skill surpasses his teacher at the time when he first enters high school. Yukari nominates him as a class representative, judging by the fact that he wears glasses (a meganekko often appears in such a role in many manga and anime). This job continues until he resigns in September and yields the post to Chiyo Mihama. He also serves as the graduate representative in the very end. His character seldom appears in the anime. 

Ichiro is one of the Yamada twins. He and his brother consist the comic duo of the team and they try hard to be the &quot;fool and the straightman&quot; whenever they have the chance.

The youngest executive of Manhattan's Martillo Family Camorra. Firo is surprisingly friendly, humorous and compassionate, but he is a skilled fighter and can be ruthless or even vengeful towards those who bring harm to the people he cares about. He became a complete immortal in November 1930 after accidentally drinking Szilard Quates' immortality elixir. In the same year he falls in love with Ennis, and despite the fact that she initially is unsure of her affection due to her underdeveloped emotional capabilities, they live together as roommates and gradually she reciprocates Firo's feelings.

~!Firo has unconscious issues with femininity due to a childhood incident wherein he was mistaken for a girl and nearly molested. His complex about being called girly suggests a lingering stigma, but this does not mean he dislikes women—on the contrary, he treats them with chivalry, never harming them and considering any man who does so as scum. He is also shy when it comes to romance and refrains from taking the initiative even when his feelings are obvious, as shown with his relationship with Ennis. When George is kidnapped, Kai steals his father's M1911 pistol to try to rescue him. David confiscates it, but later returns it to show that he feels Kai had matured enough to handle it. Kai uses it as his primary weapon for the remainder of the series. After the destruction of the Red Shield, he lives with Lewis and David in an orphanage in London, actively hunting chiropterans with Lewis and honing his skills as a soldier in the war against Diva and her minions. He uses a Murakumo deck based around the Magatsu ride chain. Shingo is first shown as seemingly a stalker to Kourin. Naoki notices this and threatens to beat him up for stalking Kourin, but then Shingo suggests they have a cardfight instead. It is later shown in the episode that his idol is actually Aichi, as Shingo became a fan of Q4 when he saw Aichi compete in the VF Circuit.

Sid is one of the warriors of the holy city, he along with Galk fights Clare on the roof top while on patrol. He appears brash, arrogant and short tempered early on in the story. He later helps Clare in her fight against the powerful Yoma she was assigned to slay, resulting with breaking his leg. He later sees her and Raki off when they leave the city and gives her a good bye kiss (to which Raki kicks him in the crotch in the manga, and the two start a fist fight).    He appears after the 7 year time skip and helps Miata and Clarice evade some guards. He does not seem to have the same arrogance or other rude qualities as he did during his first appearance. Later when the Former Number 2 awakened being Agatha attacks, he is used as the central point in the defenders efforts to take her down. While the guards distract her, he attacks her from behind; he is caught one step away from attacking her however. She commends him on his skill and offers to &quot;have some fun&quot; with him on account of his handsomeness, when he refuses she proceed in trying to kill him but he is saved by Galatea. He reveals that Raki had come to Rabona one year prior to Clare&#039;s arrival looking for her still, commenting on Raki&#039;s growth. Solf J. Kimblee is an ex-war criminal and a veteran of the Ishbal War. His alchemy title refers to his use of sulfur in the human body to create explosive fluids, turning people into living bombs.  

His personality seems almost split in two; at times he can be polite, if curt, straightforward, rational, and "civilized." However, in battle he displays an uncanny and foreboding demeanor in favor of destruction and damnation. Kimblee's powers appear to be much the same as those in the Anime, except that he can transmute and detonate from a distance as well, using the ground as a connecting force, causing huge explosions (though probably it is because his force is imbued with Philosopher's Stone).

A 16 year old Canadian stunt pilot who died when his stunt plane developed mechanical trouble and crashed in a fireball. As a ghost he needs to wait 100 days before he can go to Heaven (his date of ascension is February 23rd) and inadvertently ends up possessing Tazusa.   ~!Pete likes Tazusa and tries to help her improve her public image and succeed in being selected for the Olympics. Though Tazusa at first doesn&#039;t agree with him and ignores him, he eventually wins her over and she starts to get to know him better, and it was him who gave her the &quot;waitress on ice&quot; performance. Pete kisses her in his ghost form and seems to love her in return.!~

Shinpachi's friend from childhood, who was always bullied. Later, he joined local gang, just to prove that he is strong now.  After catching him stealing, Shinpachi takes him under his care, and now Taka-chin is official member of Otsuu- chan's fanclub. Later on, he finds his true love, Eric, and quits Otsuu-chan's fanclub for him.

The founder and leader of the Sket Dan, nicknamed Bossun (ボッスン).

Bossun is known for his enthusiasm for helping others solve their problems and is quite idealistic. Given a proper backstory and relationship to his client, he's willing to go to such lengths to find even lost candy wrappers if the situation calls it. Despite his idealism, he acts childlike and is socially awkward, especially with female interactions and being filmed. One particular trait is his inability to pick up even the most obvious social cues, and he becomes easily depressed and self-conscious when insulted or being left out.

When left with nothing to do, Bossun normally would laze around or play jokes. Typically, his activities range from childlike behavior like playing with toys to being bored and reading manga. If faced with a strange situation, such with weird clients, he sometimes plays as the straight man with [Himeko](https://anilist.co/character/17245/Hime-Onizuka), and he may initially refuse the request if it's too absurd. Despite this, Sket Dan always accepts the request eventually.

Regardless of his shortcomings, Bossun is deeply analytical when facing problems and has no trouble thinking about plans. Many students consider him a genius in the arts and in logic puzzles, however, Bossun himself does not consider his talents to be any remarkable. Despite this, his talents proved to be useful when solving any problems given to him
