Uranai Baba (占いババ, Uranai Baba?) is an old witch that has been fortune-telling for more than 500 years. She is Muten Roshi's older sister, whom he bickers with. With her unique clairvoyant capabilities, she is able to see into the future using her crystal ball. She is more than happy to tell anyone what their future holds for them, although, the price is very costly at a payment up front of Ƶ10,000,000,000 zeni. However, the alternative way of gaining one's fortune is to defeat her five &quot;other-worldly&quot; martial arts experts. She has a knack for divination skills with her crystal ball, allowing her to see any place on Earth, or even look deep into the future. She can also travel to the &quot;Other World&quot; and back.

Freeza is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku; a few Dragon Ball Z movies, and in Dragon Ball GT. He is one of the most powerful major supervillains introduced throughout the Dragon Ball universe. In the gag series Neko Majin Z, it is revealed that he has a son, Kuriza. 

Freeza is introduced in the series as the powerful galactic overlord on a mission for immortality and conquest, ruler of an empire said to control seventy-nine or more planets. Freeza creates armies from the planets that he conquers, his most utilized race were the Saiyans. Freeza had heard about the legend of the Super Saiyan, a being with unrivaled power, but dismissed it as simple mythology; however, after several Saiyans emerged with rapidly evolving potential, Freeza began to fear that the legend would indeed come true, so as a result, destroyed the Saiyan race. His actions and lust for power eventually bring him into conflict with the heroes of the series when he tries to take possession of the wish-granting Dragon Balls on Planet Namek. 

~!Freeza's fears were realized when he was defeated by Goku, who in turn had become a Super Saiyan. His character would return shortly thereafter, having survived the encounter with Goku but having been left with multiple metal prosthetics. Though accompanied to Earth by his father, Freeza is unable to avenge his loss, being killed with relative ease by a newcomer to the series, the half-Saiyan time traveler Trunks. A blood sample taken before his ultimate fate would later become a catalyst for the next arc's featured villain: Cell, a warrior genetically engineered to be perfect. Toei Animation would continue to make use of the character in their anime adaptation, with Freeza making brief cameo appearances during the Boo arc, animated features, and Dragon Ball GT. He is last referenced in the manga as a measure of the strength of the Kaioshin, the supreme lords of the Dragon Ball universe, as "each of whom could have felled Freeza in one blow." In Toriyama's out-of-continuity parody of his earlier work Neko Majin Z, Freeza sends his henchman Vegeta on errand to retrieve his missing son on Earth.!~

She trains Yusuke in the Spirit Light Wave Fist (Reikō Hadō Ken) aka the Spirit Wave in the English dub and coaches him to the extreme. Though she may appears nasty towards Yusuke and the others, she truly cares about all of them, and tries to lead them down the right road.  Genkai is an elderly martial arts expert who lives alone in a very large temple. She first appears during Yusuke's second case as he infiltrates a tournament she is holding to find a successor to her techniques in search of the demon Rando. Genkai is a legendary reiki master, known both in the human and demon realms. Yusuke ends up winning the tournament, defeating Rando in the process, and is taken on as a student by Genkai.  ~!When she was 50 years younger, Genkai and the younger Toguro brother were lovers and teammates in an earlier Dark Tournament. After winning, Toguro decides to become a demon, while Genkai returns to the human world, creating a split in their relationship. She enters the next Dark Tournament with Yusuke, disguising herself as the "Masked Fighter" in order to once again face Toguro. Her signature technique is the Spirit Wave, an outpouring of spirit energy from the whole body which can be directed through several different variations. This makes her technique effective in healing and purification, in addition to combat. A side effect of using this power is a shifting of the body's cells which leads to a temporary reversion to the form in which the wielder was at their most powerful in life. In Genkai's case, it allowed her to briefly regain her youth.!~  Although Genkai is of advanced age and her physical and spiritual strength had gone down, she is still a fighter to be respected and feared. Even after she gave up most of her power to Yusuke, she still is capable of using some Reiki notably during the Chapter Black saga.

The only female member of Bardock's crew. After Bardock is attacked by one of the last surviving members of Kanassa, Seripa and others decided to return him back to their homeworld Planet Vegeta so that he could be healed. After hearing that there is some possible damage in his brainwave patterns they&#039;ve decided to leave without him to destroy the inhabitants on Planet Meat as their next assignment. After reaching Meat they immediately destroy all of its natives, but before they could celebrate the moment, she and the rest of the team were ambushed and killed by a group of Freeza&#039;s minions on his orders, including Dodoria. She resembles Videl in both looks and hairstyle but is more muscular.

Arale is a robot built by Senbei Norimaki that looks like a little girl. She is known for her naivety, energetic personality, lack of common sense, and amazingly unbelievable strength. Among her strength she can use abilities that range from the terrain splitting Chikyūwari ( Earth Chop) to the beam-like Nchahou ( N'cha Cannon). She is nearsighted and needs to wear glasses. Senbei Norimaki's mission is to convince the other citizens of Penguin Village that she is just a normal human girl. It seems to work, despite her superhuman athletic ability.  She has long, bluish-purple hair in the original manga and anime series, but has dark-brown hair in the 1997 Dr. Slump anime. Like the name of the other major characters (senbei), Arale is a pun on the name for a bite-sized rice cracker (arare) and with the family name ("Norimaki Arare") it refers to a sort of arare wrapped with nori seaweed. A devil contracted by Denji's yakuza employer at the beginning of the series and the first that Denji killed as the Chainsaw Man. Any person it bit would become a zombie.

Nicknamed "Grannie", she is the woman that raised the young Bat among other orphans. Although, she may not seem to get along with Bat, the two are very fond of each other in reality. She tries to dig out a well at her village, but isn't successful until Kenshiro arrives to break off the rock plate that's blocking the water. After Kenshirō leaves, Jackal attacks the village takes Toyo and the orphans captive. Kenshirō comes back and rescue them, but she dies from the stab wound given by Jackal. Before dying Bat finally shows his true feeling to Toyo by calling her "mother", she passed away with a smile on her face.

In the anime she tries to save one of the orphan boys running in a panic from having a dynamite stick attached by Jackal's henchmen. She successfully manages to throw it away but is affected by the explosive shockwave. Bat tearfully tells her he wanted to return when had a fortune on his hands, to which she was aware and praises him for his kindness. She soon passes away afterwards, prompting Kenshiro to avenge her.

In the movie adaptation Raoh Den Junai no Shou, she is renamed Martha (マーサ Māsa), and protects her orphans from Souther's army. However, unlike in the manga, she is not killed.

She is one of the 12 in Academy City&#039;s Board of Directors, with her daughter teaching in Kamijou Touma&#039;s school. First appears in Volume 14, where she tries to persuade Kamijou Touma to step in and solve the rioting caused by the Roman Catholic Church&#039;s &quot;supernatural powers&quot;, since Aleister told the world that the &quot;Magic&quot; of various Churches are just rival esper research institutions. This is because the Board of Directors decided to not intervene, as it would be to Academy City&#039;s advantage to let the conflict drag on and sell weapons to the rest of the Science side to protect them, thus increasing funds. To prevent retribution from either the other Directors or Aleister, she hired Tsuchimikado Motoharu to act as the one sent to punish her, and let herself be wounded by Motoharu&#039;s gunshot. Touma remarks that it wasn&#039;t necessary for her to be shot just to give him a guilty conscience and force him to fight. Later events show that she has recovered from the gunshot wound.     She is possibly the only one of the Board of Directors that sincerely thinks about the students, as mentioned by various groups like ITEM and GROUP. When ITEM heard about the assassination order given to SCHOOL to have her erased, they remarked that there&#039;s no reason behind it as she&#039;s not involved in anything important enough in the dark side of Academy City to warrant such an attack. Later events show that the attack on her may have been planned by Aleister to set off a chain of events to erase all internal problems such as the ones caused by BLOCK, and it didn&#039;t matter whether she lived or died.

Arale&#039;s beautiful teacher and Senbei&#039;s dream girl. After a long period of unrequited love and nervous misunderstandings, Senbei proposes to her while thinking she is out of earshot. Surprisingly, she accepts immediately (while on the toilet, no less) and they are married in the next manga panel, resulting in a name change.
