Ovan is a very mysterious person. Generally quiet, when he does speak, everybody listens. He is capable of commanding the attention of everybody around him with little effort. He seems to know quite a bit about events in The World R:2, though his quiet nature makes it unclear exactly how much knowledge he actually has. He frequently disappears from the game for long stretches of time; while he says it's related to his job in the real world, whether that is true or not is up for debate. 

As a Steam Gunner of an extremely high level, he has progressed beyond having to worry about trivial matters such as leveling or PKers, leaving him plenty of time to work on his long term goals, whatever they may be. One thing to note, though he never seems to lie, he has the habit of not giving a straight answer, leaving others to make their own judgments.

Chaa supplies the weapons that the SSS uses. Despite looking much older, he is about the same age as Otonashi and the others attending the afterlife school.     ~!  In the light novel, it is written that Chaa was the one who discovered how to make weapons out of &quot;dirt&quot;(It was actually stone). We first see him when he tries to break into the principal&#039;s office, armed with a gun, but Kanade manages to subdue him. Later on, he duels with Yurippe, and after he loses, he joins the forming SSS. Chaa also mentions that Yurippe is similar to his wife.  !~

Kuugo Ginjou is the leader of the mysterious organization, Xcution. Kuugo is a calm and cool-headed individual. He is quite manipulative, shown when he attempted to hire Ikumi Unagiya to do a background check on Isshin Kurosaki, intentionally doing so in front of Ichigo in order to get his attention. According to a member of his group, he is a charming individual that apparently talked them into following him. He claims that he carries ramen around with him because he likes it.
~!When not under the influence of Tsukishima's Fullbring, Kuugo is shown to be very malicious and sadistic, delighting at Ichigo's emotional and physical pain. He also becomes very arrogant, bragging about his accomplishments and underestimating his opponents.!~ ~!Some time after he becomes the first substitute soul reaper, Ginjou disappears after a series of disagreements concerning the soul society's policies, particularly concerning himself and the way the soul society treats anyone with special powers who isn't a soul reaper. He creates Xcution as a safe haven for power users, in order to keep them away from the scrutinizing gaze of the soul society. It is never revealed how Ginjou lost his soul reaper powers or how he even acquired them in the first place.!~

The reigning Master. He possesses the most intuition out of all the current karuta players, and has 28 one-syllable cards.  [Wikipedia] ; For the silk-white robes, So they say, are spread to dry On the "Mount of Heaven's Perfume."  Suoh started Karuta during university, and became Meijin within 3 years, and has held the title for 4 consecutive years. Everyone acknowledges his god-like abilities, but he is on constant lookout for someone stronger than himself. He is a solitary genius who always suffers from hunger, and is hard to become excited. It is his 4th time repeating a year at university.  Personality: The current Meijin is a weirdo? At first glance he may look like a typical university student, but in reality he is tall, has a questionable beard, an extremely quiet voice, and loves Japanese confectionery. His personal favourite idol is “Kyokotan” (Yamashiro Kyouko) who is a professional Karuta reader. He once asked her for a recording of her reading the poems, after offering her a gift of confectionaries. He is a man who wants to only fight strong people, and so he rarely makes an appearance at tournaments. In an interview, he has started that he wants to quickly be Meijin 5 years in a row, become an eternal-Meijin, then retire.

Cobra&#039;s archenemy, Crystal Boy is a humanoid cyborg with a golden skeleton, and a body made from indestructible glass. He works for the mysterious Pirate Guild. Crystal Boy&#039;s signature weapon is a claw he can attach to his right hand. It can crush anything, and he also uses it for slitting his victims&#039; throats. The claw has a built-in laser gun, and can be used as a grappling hook, or fired as a projectile.

Allen's teacher, a scientist, and also one of the five Exorcist Generals. Currently, he has gone on a journey and has stopped corresponding with HQ for four years. Allen fears him, which is hinted from the fact most of his flashbacks that connect to his teacher end with some kind of traumatizing (usually humorous for readers) experience. He also has a habit of going into debt and making Allen work it off for him. It is revealed by Bookman that Cross has the unique ability to convert Akuma, making them to work under his orders. The method of conversion is unknown though. Beside that, it's believed that Marian has the ability to control the Noah's Ark (an ability granted to him by a traitor of the Noah family, who was subsequently killed by the Earl), although it's unknown if this hypothesis of the Earl will turn out to be correct. Marian seems to be the only person the Earl is seriously worried about.  Marian is the only exorcist with two anti-akuma weapons. His first one is "Grave of Maria" which is a woman corpse that has a parasite type Anti Akuma weapon, She only serves Master Cross. The second one is "Judgement" which is a Giant revolver Gun and Crosses own Anti-Akuma Weapon. Right now Cross is missing after he talked with Allen about his relation with the 14th.

A sullen young footman in the employment of the M&ouml;lders household. His father was a wandering clockmaker who passed on his mechanical skills to his son. His taciturn behavior may be as a result of his regretting his father's rebellious nature, which eventually lead to a nomadic and impoverished lifestyle. The unstable lifestyle of his childhood leads him to appreciate the quiet security of his current profession. He respects Emma for her strong, quiet spirit and grows protective of her as and when he notices her in her vulnerable moments.

Pantherlily is an Exceed that works for the kingdom of Edoras as the Magic Militia's First Division Commander of the Royal Army. He seems to have a grumpy disposition and detests noisy people. He first appears by demanding that Byro and the hyperactive Hughes quiet down. (Although Sugarboy noted that Pantherlily was in a nastier mood than usual).  Pantherlily has shown the ability that all Exceed have, Aera. He wields a huge sword and shows massive strengTogether with Akaoni and Majorina, are the three commanders of Bad End Kingdom. His appearance is that of a wolf, and his character is probably based on the Big Bad Wolf from fairytales like The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood. A defining feature is his unique laugh of "Uruffufu".   ~! At the end of the Edolas arc, Pantherlily is sent to Earthland as well as the rest of the Exceed. There he takes on a small 'chibi' form similar to that of Carla and Happy and takes the role of being Gajeel's cat, resulting in all three Fairy  Tail dragon slayers having trademark talking cat companions.  While he is in his 'chibi' form most of the time, he can still transform into his humanoid form. He wanted to use the Grail as a bridge to the Root, something his family had failed to attain for a thousand years and yearned for a thousand years more. SpoLuna's commentator. His sweet face gained popularity amongst viewers. As an ex-rugby player, he is a big eater. He is kind to Mina, and Mina seems to have a somewhat love-like feeling to him, but his real feelings are more towards Koushuu Suiren.

Gin was born in the winter in a small village in the Ōu Mountains. He was born tiger-striped (Brindle) and therefore his destiny was predetermined. He was to become a bear dog. While Gin still was a small puppy, he sees his father Riki getting thrown into a gorge and disappearing by the paw of the bear Akakabuto. Gin now starts his training as a bear dog at the old man Takeda Gohei’s house. One day in the mountains, Gin meets a strange group of wild dogs who have organized themselves to kill the bear Akakabuto. He now starts a voyage to seek out strong dogs who will be willing to help them fight against Akakabuto. During the journey, Gin becomes an adolescent and the leader of the large platoon. An NIA Special Agent working under direct orders from the President of the United States. He is seeking to expose &quot;The Ghost&quot; while at the same time trying to discover his motivations.    Uses the moniker &quot;Axel Hughes&quot; when dealing with Joey while undercover.

The second of the four Hokuto brothers. A pacifist who seeks to use Hokuto Shinken as a healing art, Toki's self-made technique of Hokuto Ujō Ken (北斗有情拳, Hokuto Ujō Ken? "North Star Humane Fist") is an art adept at both healing and destroying. When he kills someone with his style, his adversaries actually die while feeling great euphoria and pleasure instead of horrifying pain. According to Ken, Toki had the most elegant style of the four brothers and was favored successor to the Hokuto Shinken style.

During the war, Toki was exposed to the nuclear fallout while forced-shutting the jammed doors of the bomb shelter that Ken and Yuria were in. Toki survived for two weeks without food and water, but the nuclear exposure turned his hair white and left him terminally ill. Thus, Toki renounces the succession to the Hokuto Shinken style and becomes a wandering doctor, easing the people's ills. Toki wanders into a village full of sick people and heals everyone there. The village became known as the "Village of Miracles" and Toki becomes heralded as a miracle maker.

However, Toki is taken captive by Raoh's army and imprisoned at Cassandra, while Amiba impersonates him in an attempt to tarnish Toki's reputation. Kenshiro rescues him from Cassandra and Toki joins him in his battle against Raoh.

Toki and Raoh are later revealed to be actual blood brothers; Raoh and Toki were orphaned when they were children and adopted by Ryuken, who was seeking a student to train. Originally, Ryuken only trained Raoh, while Toki watched on. When a hunter killed Toki's pet dog (a parrot in the TV series), Toki demonstrates his fighting ability by pummeling the hunter relentlessly. Realizing that Toki has learned to fight by merely watching his brother, Ryuken began training Toki as well. At that point, Raoh made Toki promise that if he ever followed the wrong path, Toki would try to stop him. Toki attempts to fulfill his promise as an adult, seeking to stop Raoh from using Hokuto Shinken for his own gain. However, the now-weakened Toki is easily outclassed and defeated by Raoh.

~!Toki later dies from his illness after a confrontation with Ryuga, a General in Raoh's army, and tells Kenshiro to "turn his sorrow into anger" before dying. Toki, along with Raoh and Kenshiro, is later revealed to be from the Land of Asura, where he has two additional blood siblings named Kaioh and Sayaka.!~

When Ging was a child, he left his home on Whale Island to become a hunter and did not return home for 10 years, carrying a young Gon whom he entrusted to Mito. He is the primary reason Gon decides to leave home, following in his footsteps to become a hunter and find his father. ~!He is one of the founders of the legendary video game Greed Island.!~ ~!He is also a member of the Zodiacs, having as a sign the boar.!~

He is the Coach of Inazuma Japan and the foster father of Fuyuka. At first his training may come accross to the team as weird but in the end turn out to be effective.

A detective working with the local law enforcement, Daisuke is Mikiya's uncle who acts as an elder brother figure to him. Despite his scruffy and laid back appearance, Akimi is a diligent investigator who's put in charge of unraveling the truth behind a series of strange murders which he suspect someone from Mikiya's highschool. Daisuke holds Mikiya's investigation ability in high regards, and often share some classified information with him for suggestions.

Bardroy, usually referred to as Bard, is the household cook of American descent. Bard gruffly treats everything as though it's a military exercise, often referring to troops, enemies, and weaponry when he goes off into one of his many long-winded speeches about what it truly means to appreciate the culinary arts. He rarely produces anything edible as he uses weaponry such as a series of flamethrowers, each more extravagant than the last to cook and believes cooking is an art requiring explosions. Sebastian believes anything he creates is made up of charcoal and carcinogens.
