When Ross was an officer of the Earth&#039;s Chicago Police Department an incident with a robot left him crippled and his partner dead. He now uses a cybernetic leg to walk and has a distrust of robots. Ross is later transferred to Mars Police Department where he becomes Naomi Armitage&#039;s new partner.

Ryū Kuzu is introduced during The Captain Amagai arc as one of Gyōkaku Kumoi's assassins. He is part of the assassination squad set to caught Rurichiyo Kasumiōji under Hanza Nukui. He faces against Uryū Ishida. He asks Ishida him about using shunpo, so Ishida reveals that he's a Quincy and so he uses Hirenkyaku instead shunpo. Then, Ishida in asks Ryū about his sword, so Ryū reveals that it's a Bakkōtō. He explains that these are different from zanpakutos in that they don&rsquo;t have a shikai or bankai, and they instead convert the user's spiritual force directly into pure power. Then, Ishida begins his attack. so Ryū increases his power with the use of his bakkōtō Shiragari, allowing him to cover the entire rooftop where they're fighting with a dark mist, and shadows of his figure appear everywhere. Ishida tries to destroy all the shadows, but none of his arrows have any effect, and Ryū uses the mist as a cover from which to strike Ishida at vulnerable spots. After having his leg injured, Ishida realizes that his opponent has merged with the mist, and shoots his Seele Schneider into a pentagram shape around the battlefield and activates his technique. Ryū gets caught in the explosion but barely survives. He was later shown witht Kumoi, and reports him about the death of Hanza and his comrades. Kumoi decides he has no more use for him after he failed his mission, and told Makoto Kibune to kill him, revealing that he and Kumoi are in fact allies.        Source: Bleach Wikia

The newly appointed Director-General of the Citizen Security Bureau, who reports directly to the Regent. He and his wife took Pino as a surrogate child prior to the beginning of the series. Initially loyal to the system, he comes to despise the ruling order responsible for the city's slow decay and lashes out destructively. His mentality also slowly degenerates, as he frequently has hallucinations of a smirking Vincent Law close by.   ~!He eventually ends up wounded (Due to being somehow stabbed by the fake Real, as her hands are covered in blood during a wash in the sink) and goes in search for Pino, his only surviving loved one, but dies in his search, knocked over by an AutoReiv onto a shard of glass and impaled. He dies from his wounds but is found by Kristeva.!~

Hattori was one of the senior members of the karate club, until Masaru defeated the whole club single-handed, leading to its disbanding. To add to his anger, Masaru nicknames him "Umaibou" (a 10-yen snack). Bent on extracting his revenge, he repeatedly tries (and fails) to defeat Masaru in combat. He is normally seen in casual clothes rather than the school uniform, even though he is supposed to be a student.

Maynard is a vice admiral who appears in the Dressrosa Arc. He was registered as a gladiator to compete at the Corrida Colosseum for the Mera Mera no Mi, but was defeated before he could participate.

As a Marine, Maynard has a strong sense of justice. He wanted to expose Doflamingo's acts to the world after escaping from the Colosseum. It is unknown whether he believes in absolute justice or moral justice.
