Piros (ぴろし) fills the role of a comic relief in the .hack//Games, which is most apparent in his encounters with Mia. He is the second player to join Kite and BlackRose. 

Graduated from the Salvager training school with barely passing grades, he joins K2 Corporation through a relative. His father is the president of a major salvaging company. He is a new character introduced in the second series.   Cute-looking but totally air-headed, Michikusa is prone to dressing cutely as well (including donning Delmo staff uniforms on several occasions), and using a kappa doll and squeaky voice to try cheering up Rion when her mood is down, which earns him frequent beatings by Rion because he just succeeds in annoying her. Kikimaru is a friendly slim demon. Who is always along side with Kaikaimaru. He helps Zushonosuke surviving. This pair of demons only think about finding treasures in Tomi Hime's castle.

Issac Dian forms one half of the bumbling thief couple, who seem to cross into everybody's story in one way or another. He's in love with Miria, and they've robbed everything and anything, from doors to the entire Genoard household. He's completely clueless, super eccentric and happy-go-lucky to the point you can't stop laughing from his bold and sometimes completely weird actions.

Jadeite is the first of the four Shitennou to appear, and the lowest in rank. He is the head of the Dark Kingdom's Far-Eastern Division. In the manga, Jadeite's mission was to track down the Silver Crystal but eventually led to gathering life energy to awaken Queen Metaria. His powers include telekinetics, creating illusions, and using disguises. He is able to teleport and harvest energy for the Dark Kingdom.

Shinji Hirako is the former captain of the 5th Division, preceding his lieutenant Sousuke Aizen. He distrusted Aizen from the day they met, and thus made him lieutenant so he could keep an eye on him. Shinji's character is somewhat comical, adding a bit of levity to situations that are otherwise serious. He seems to like annoying his associate, Hiyori Sarugaki, which usually earns him a slap from one of her sandals. He also appears to have a history of referring to cute girls he meets as his 'first love', complete with a deadpan look on his face despite the obvious lie (he apparently never did this with Hiyori, further annoying her).


Don Patch is a happy-go-lucky character, more so than anyone else on Bo-bobo's team. He is an orange, round creature, possibly a parody of Sonic the Hedgehog or Ristar. While facing extreme danger and the many powerful and troublesome threats in this world, he usually keeps his chin up and either finds or says something that completely destroys the mood of the battle or makes things even more bizarre. Most of his cheerfulness comes from his hajike way of life, where he must always be doing something bizarre or else he'll be completely uncontrollable. Even during the most serious times, Don Patch can never take anything too seriously (nor can any of the other principal characters for that matter, save Beauty and Heppokomaru). After each failure of an invention this never weary inventor works on its improvement or on another new invention. He loves Candy, too, but understands already since the beginning that his love can only be hidden and kept in his heart. Cerberus, nicknamed "Kero", is the appointed guardian of the book which holds the Clow Cards. He is one of two magical creatures created by Clow Reed along with the Clow Cards. Before his death, Clow appointed Kero as the one to select the potential candidate to be the next master of the cards, Cerberus himself, and his "brother" and fellow guardian, Yue. After Sakura accidentally releases the cards, Cerberus chooses her to be the candidate and teaches her the basics of capturing the cards. Throughout the series, he displays an extensive knowledge of mysticism.

Having spent a lengthy amount of time in the book while it was in Osaka, Cerberus speaks with a pointed Osakan accent. He tends to be bossy, demanding, egotistical, and glutton, but clearly displays his affection for Sakura, especially if she is hurt or in danger. He becomes very fond of video games and is addicted to sweets. Cerberus spends most of his time in a "false form", a small figure resembling an orange-stuffed animal with wings.

Unlike Yue, Cerberus draws his life energy from the sun and is not dependent on the magical power of his master. However, his master must have control of the Firey and Light cards in order to power his true form, a large-winged cat. In the anime adaptation, the Firey card is changed to the Earthy card to avoid delaying his obtaining his true form. Cerberus' name is taken from the Greek mythological figure, Cerberus, a large three-headed beast who was assigned to guard the gates of Hades.

Otaki is the chief inspector of the Osaka police district, and good friends with [Heizo Hattori](https://anilist.co/character/30367/Heizo-Hattori) and [Ginshiro Toyama](https://anilist.co/character/30375/Ginshiro-Tooyama). Otaki is also close friends with Heizo's son, [Heiji](https://anilist.co/character/1745/Heiji-Hattori), whom often calls Otaki when he needs to find information for an important case. Appeared in episode 106, he is the star player of the F.C. Oedo. He wanted to score a goal on his retirement game showing that it was for a kid that looks like him but in the end of the episode it turned out that he was just scoring for a girl.

Obi Hajime is the former head coach of the Koudoukan.In his time in Koudoukan, he studied under Shimura Ken and was noted to be a sword genius throughout Edo. At a young age, he became the head coach of Koudoukan and he taught both Otae and Shinpachi.

Sendo is an In Fighter with arm strength on par with Makunouchi Ippo. To date, he is the only boxer to face Ippo more than once in the pro ring and is his chief rival. Sendo is a featherweight and his most well known move is his powerful smash. A country with an infinite amount of pride who loves beautiful things. He’s gone from being strong, to falling, to rising again, only to become weak once more and has been that way ever since. England and France go way back. The two grew up together, but France was a teenager when England was still a small child, therefore, France took great joy in picking on and teasing him. The two have always argued and competed over trivial and ridiculous things, but they manage to collaborate and get along when they really have to. Italy considers France to be his big brother and addresses him as such even though they were fighting on opposite sides during WWII. Although Italy is affectionate with him, Romano can’t stand him and even hides behind Germany, who he also can’t stand, when France shows up. His personality is rather perverted, and he jumps at every chance to make a pass or say a suggestive comment to anyone of any age and gender. His hobbies are wine, singing, agriculture, fashion designing, and sketching, and he loves to tour art museums and boutiques in his spare time. As The Gatchaman, Ken is the showman--the super spy, martial artist and ninja. He's quick and charismatic, and don't let those big blue eyes fool you--he's a hell-raiser who constantly takes foolish risks. He is amazingly inept at romance, either too heavy-handed or totally ignorant of the girl's feelings.
