Anne and Norma are Saga&#039;s best friends. Anne is taller, quiet and more intelligent, while Norma is shorter, bubble-headed and obsessed with odd fashions. They are often concerned about Saga, and are supportive of her actions.

Sapphire is a well-groomed cat, who officially appeared in episode 6 alongside her master, Himeko. She is Himeko's favorite pet and was hit by the black light along with its master. Since then, Sapphire is able to activate her master's transformation by screeching whenever Himeko accidentally harms Sapphire's tail (similar to Peach's activation of the girls' transformation). When finally captured, Sapphire was given special collars that changed the pitch of her voice in an attempt to neutralize her &quot;trigger&quot; effect on Himeko. However, &quot;speaking&quot; with those collars not only failed to halt Himeko's transformation, but Princess's hair and abilities changed depending on what collar Sapphire was wearing at the time. Apparently as vain as her master, Sapphire will get angry and scratch those who touch her too much, with Himeko being the only exception. She also shared a romantic night with Peach after he falls in love with her, but she later admits she just did it to pass her boredom. She is represented by Green Gemstones.

Izumi Orimoto is a fictional character in the anime series Digimon Frontier. In this series, a group of chosen human children are given the ability to turn into Digimon. Izumi is the female of this group, and is given the "Spirits of Wind" at the beginning of the series.  Izumi is the only female member of the team and was chosen to wield the Spirit of Wind that holds the power of AncientKazemon. She was born in Japan but moved to Italy at a young age (in the Italian dub, Izumi was born in Japan but moved to America). She recently moved back to Japan but had problems making friends due to the culture barrier and because of her attitude. Izumi knows many Italian words and uses Italian exclamations occasionally. J.P. Shibayama has a crush on her and blatantly flirts with her.  Izumi is very kind and while she fights, she does it to protect others and herself. As Ranamon put it, she's usually too nice to kill an enemy. Izumi is Ranamon's arch-foe and she is the one who fights her most often as Ranamon is jealous of her beauty.  ~!Their rivalry comes down to a fight in Sakkakumon's Water Sphere where Ranamon tries to make her depressed but just strengthens her resolve. Izumi fights her as first Fairymon and then Shutumon and finally defeats Ranamon in her Calmaramon form. Izumi kills her and as she dies, Ranamon points out how Izumi is too nice to do that, but Izumi decides to make an exception as she's had enough of Ranamon and her bullying. Tanpopo is a alien girl working for Toys of the World and Suzuo&rsquo;s supervisor. On Earth, she is posing as Suzuo&rsquo;s little sister and lives with him in Cosmos House. She does all the cooking but uses &ldquo;imported&rdquo; ingredients that took Suzuo quite some time to get used to.  

Makoto is the main female character in the series. She has a Idaten bike named Neptune. She is the younger sister of Kyoichi Shido, a great MTB rider.

A close friend of Himeji&#039;s, which makes her a member of the group by default. She is the cute, petite girl of the group who acts as young as she looks. Ogawa usually comes up with the stupidest, almost Mr. Bean-ish solutions (giving Eriko a &quot;mini sleeping pill&quot; to help her relax because she had been up all night watching Doraemon videos) and games (spilling floor wax and using the cloth to slide on). She a calm and collected person who goes with her intuition. On behalf of Murasaki&#039;s mother last wish she took Murasaki out of the Inner Sanctuary and placed her in the care of Shinkuro whom she believes is similar to her.

Loco is the strongest Rook and one of the first Chess Pieces introduced. Loco's name means a patron of healers in the religion of Voodoo, a reference to her &Auml;RM Straw Doll (Spikes and Hammer). Loco was born 32 years before the main part of the series. At age 26, Loco, at that point a Pawn, the lowest Chess Piece rank, was given the order to participate in the attacking of a, unknown, town. While fighting, Loco's only &Auml;RM the Weapon &Auml;RM Ring Dagger, was broken, leaving Loco defenseless. While stumbling throughout the battling village, Loco crossed paths with a midget-like cloaked figure carrying a large suitcase. The cloaked person asked Loco if she wanted strength, to which she answered that she only wanted power to fight with. The cloaked person then gave Loco the suitcase, telling her it was full of seven Darkness &Auml;RMs, the cost of using being reversed aging, and the mysterious figure died from the ARM's effects. Using the Darkness &Auml;RMs, Loco eventually increased in the ranking system to the strongest of the Rooks. The Darkness &Auml;RMs affects had damaged her, however, as her body had been transformed into a young child's by the series' beginning.

Pop is Doremi's younger sister. She's a lot more confident and efficient than her sister, since she progresses a lot faster than Doremi in the witch exams. Besides that, Pop also seems to have a lot of dates, asking Doremi how's possible that at this age she still doesn't have a boyfriend.    Pop likes to say she's mature, but in fact, she's still a young kid. Because of that, she often can't go to her exams because she often falls asleep.    She has a good relationship with Onpu, probably because their personalities are so similar.    Pop's birthday is September 9, her favourite color is red, and her instrument is the trumpet even though she plays the piano.

Yuuma and Yuuna Kashiwagi are identical twins, but Yuuma has the more outgoing personality. When the twins are called together, she is almost always the one to speak up first that they are indeed separate people and should be called on differently. Despite this, Miyuki and Rei don&#039;t see why they should try to tell them apart which further angers Yuuma. She and her twin are interested in fashion and dressing up, but when her twin auditions or performs for anything, Yuuma enjoys secretly using her pen to write large and clearly visible characters on Yuuna&#039;s forehead for good luck. Often Yuuna is disqualified from whatever she was auditioning for because of this. Yuuma defends that this is not done in spite but in love though it takes some persuading of Yuuna to make her believe it. Whatever her intentions may be, it is never clearly explained, at least in the anime, which it is. Yuuma always ties her hair on the left side of her head with a blue ribbon and wears knee socks of the same color. Yuuna is the second Kashiwagi twin and, in sharp contrast to her sister, is very introverted and soft-spoken. She is often the victim of Yuuma&#039;s pranks and usually goes along with all of her plans. However, due to her personality and penchant to easily get embarrassed, she doesn&#039;t always do what Yuuma requests of her, like in one episode where she was to model some new clothes along with Yuuma but wouldn&#039;t, saying it was too embarrassing. They both get annoyed when Miyuki calls on either of them as &quot;Kashiwagi twins&quot; as if they are one person, though it is usually her sister that speaks up on their behalf. Yuuna ties her hair tied on the right side of her head with a red ribbon and wears similarly colored stockings.

Hazuki's younger sister, Art envies her because of the attention their family dedicates to her older sister, and because of it Art is determined to deprive Hazuki of everything and everyone she truly cares for, taking by force or destroying completely. In the series finale, she is taken into Morioka's family after the death of her guardian, Balgus. Kouhei manages to reach out to her and convinces her to open up to a new life with caring friends and family. She is a Shadow User.

Paiway Underberg is the ship nurse under Duelo, though her uniform looks more like a frenchmaid's outfit than a nurse's. Prior to the appearance of the men she was the ship's only doctor. During the first season, she spent her free time trying to exploit the bad habits of the male crew members and would secretly keep tabs on the men and either jot down notes in her journal or take pictures with her camera, which she refers to as "Pai-checks." This would soon pay off and sparked a raid that got all the men, including the drifter Rabat, locked up for a while. However, she stops this after a combination of seeing Dita's reaction to Hibiki's imprisonment and the discovery that men and women were of the same species, but she resumes her activities anyway. She carries a frog hand puppet with her all the time and is often seen talking to people with it in a gruff low pitched voice. She is usuaually either seen with Duelo or spying on everyone. At the end of season 2 she gave in the impulse and flicked Duelo's hair up to see his face, and apparently thought him rather handsome..
