The main character of the series, and a 15-year-old hot-headed boy who is skilled at Mobile Suit operation and espionage. He was originally hired to rescue Tiffa Adill from the Vulture ship Freeden but upon realising his employer only wanted to exploit her later becomes part of its crew. For much of the series, he nurses a fairly obvious crush on Tiffa but does not act, fearing that the Tiffa would be unnerved by his advances, since she was denied most of her childhood. His love for her is what drives him to pilot the GX-9900 Gundam X, the GX-9900-DV Gundam X Divider, and later the GX-9901-DX Gundam Double X

The first professional mahjong player that Akagi plays and defeats. He uses techniques to cheat during the game but loses in front of Akagi's ability.

Lowell is the boss of "Hu-Gite", a manufacturer of robots that does not strive for the humanization of robots. Nevertheless, they are a market leader in front of another manufacturing company called "Conception". Lowell suspects behind the successes put their philosophy - automation of homes and integration of the robots in this, by increasing functional performance. According to Lowell every robot needs a right to exist and must fulfill its purpose. Lowell is convinced that the coexistence of humans and robots only under these conditions is complete. Early on "Hu-Gite" robot for different work and testing has begun, since robots have a long history on Mars. Still there but there is still a great mistrust of the robots. Lowell realizes that his philosophy is still not arrived complete with the people.

Alaindelon surprisingly resembles Queen lead singer Freddy Mercury. They share hairstyles, moustache and even attitude. However, Alaindelon is better built being quite muscular. He often wears sweatshirts along with boxer shorts.  Alaindelon is a very comical person. Even though he tries to remain serious, his uselessness usually puts him down. 

He is a dimensional demon capable of going in between dimensions. He also has the ability to open himself up in order for people to enter him and be able to travel alongside him. He also lacks physical strength, but seems to make up for it with incredible durability. Most demons at least make some attempt to conceal their powers while in the human world, but Alaindelon tends to use his transport ability fairly often, splitting himself open even in front of people (which causes a fair amount of shock or disgust).  He first appears faking his death floating down the river where Oga finds him. Beelzebub popped out of him making Oga his caretaker. Thought dead, he later appears to usually bug Oga and Furuichi. He later goes to live with the latter after finding him a noble person. 

Crimson Rubeus (known simply as Rubeus in the English dub) is the first member of the Black Moon Clan to appear in the 20th century. He is charged with finding a person codenamed &quot;Rabbit&quot;, who had fled into the Tokyo of the past. Besides following the orders of Prince Demand and Wiseman, he leads his own set of minions (the Ayakashi Sisters).    In the anime, he is the love interest mainly to Cooan, the youngest of them, though the majority of the sisters are in love with him; only the eldest, Petz, doesn't have feelings for him. After the Sisters have been healed, while trying to take Chibiusa, Rubeus kidnaps the Sailor Senshi and blackmails Sailor Moon into bringing the Silver Crystal in exchange for her friends. Sailor Moon comes to rescue them, and Rubeus takes her and Chibiusa (who had followed Sailor Moon in secret) aboard his spaceship. Onboard, a battle ensues for the custody of the Sailor Senshi. Chibiusa eventually finds and destroys the crystal that controls his spaceship, causing it to go haywire and catch fire. After Sailor Moon attacks Rubeus, the Sailor Senshi are freed, and they, Chibiusa, and Sailor Moon teleport away, leaving Rubeus onboard his burning ship. Rubeus is then confronted by Esmeraude, and begs her to take him back to the future. Esmeraude refuses, and leaves Rubeus in the unstable spaceship, saying he's failed too many times to be of any more use; in the end, his obsession with killing Chibiusa is his downfall. The spaceship finally explodes, and Rubeus dies.    In the manga, he kidnaps Sailor Mars, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Jupiter but fails to capture Sailor Venus. He is extremely loyal to Prince Demand, appearing with him to taunt the captured Sailor Moon. He realizes that there is more to Wiseman than what appears and he is killed by Wiseman when he confronts him.

Kobayashi was a anime-only character who appeared in the SuperS season. He was a friend of Mamoru's who went to university and high school with Mamoru and their mutual friend Saori. He had a crush on Saori, but was aware that she had a crush on Mamoru, with whom Kobayashi felt he could not compete.   When he met Usagi and Chibiusa (who both introduced themselves as Mamoru's "girlfriends") he was even more dispirited, as he did not think Usagi and Mamoru's relationship was serious. He supported Saori in her endeavour to confess her love to Mamoru and give a gift. However, after Saori discovered how serious Usagi and Mamoru's relationship really was, Saori gave up on Mamoru and gave the gift, a tie, to Kobayashi instead.

An outrageous figure, Ganju wears a vest, scarf, bandana, and pair of goggles. He is often found with his gang, who all ride large boars. Ganju&#039;s boar is named Bonnie (affectionately referred to as Bonnie-chan). The omake sketch after episode 114 implies that Bonnie was accidentally cooked into a stew by Retsu Unohana during a friendly cookout including her, Ganju, and a few others from the 4th Division. Similar sketches have occurred in the series, but Bonnie is always shown alive and well by the next episode. Ganju possesses a deep hatred for shinigami, a hot temper, and a strong ego. Though he always acts tough, he has shown that he also has a softer side, easily being cowed by his older sister Kūkaku, and later develops an understanding to Ichigo Kurosaki with a relationship similar to Ichigo and Renji Abarai&#039;s. The fact that he is not particularly attractive is a running joke in the series, and rather than deny this fact he tends to talk around the subject, especially when Yumichika Ayasegawa makes note of it.    Because of his brother&#039;s, Kaien Shiba, death at the hands of Rukia Kuchiki when he was still young, Ganju holds a grudge against all shinigami. This grudge is slow to dissipate even after he learns the truth of the incident. It is implied that after Kaien and his wife Miyako&#039;s death, the Shiba clan lost its status as one of the Noble Clans (which include the Kuchiki and Shihouin clans). There now remain only four Noble Clans, as the Shiba had been the fifth. Upon Ganju&#039;s introduction, he and Kūkaku are the only remaining members of the clan.    Though Ganju is not a member of the shinigami forces, he is of the Shiba clan and can fight on a level above that of an average shinigami, but lower than that of the higher ranking seated officers. He has a zanpakutō which resembles a meat cleaver or a Chinese Dadao, though he never demonstrates the ability to use its initial release. Ganju&#039;s sword skills are limited, so he relies primarily on his arsenal of fireworks, his agility, and his earth magic. Ganju&#039;s earth magic doesn&#039;t seem to operate on the same principle as standard shinigami kidō. The one technique he uses, Stone Wave (石波, seppa?), doesn&#039;t need an incantation to work and is unnumbered. The spell can reduce whatever it is aimed at to sand or quicksand. Wataru Takagi is a newcomer to the Tokyo Police Criminal Investigations Division 1, having transferred after the bomber case about three years ago but by the time [Shinichi Kudo](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) first established his reputation as a detective, about two years ago. His mentor was a senior agent called Date, who died one year before the present timeline. In his last moments Date entrusted Takagi his notebook, which had a ring for his girlfriend Natalie Kuruma hidden. He kept Date's notebook as a personal motivation to be just as good as Date. It was first a year later he realized that Date's girlfriend was Natalie, but it was too late to give her the ring, because she committed suicide soon after Date's death. He was first introduced in an Anime original case at an on location film set. 

Ever since his joining the force, Takagi _(like so many of his other colleagues)_ has harbored romantic feelings for [Miwako Sato.](https://anilist.co/character/13975/Miwako-Satou) While Sato appeared to have taken a liking to him as well, Takagi was easily discouraged by the way she dealt with other male colleagues, including their superior Inspector Megure _(though in that case it was more a daughterly affection to a father figure, since Sato's father had died when she was very young)._

Genta Kojima is a student in Teitan Elementary School when Shinichi joins his class as [Conan Edogawa.](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) Shortly afterwards, he and his classmate [Ayumi](https://anilist.co/character/4228/Ayumi-Yoshida) decide to investigate an apparently haunted mansion, and they persuade Conan to come along. When their friend and classmate [Mitsuhiko](https://anilist.co/character/4252/Mitsuhiko-Tsuburaya) expresses his skepticism about supernatural hauntings, Genta forcefully 'persuades' him to tag along as well. As it turns out, the haunting is a cover-up for an old homicide case. 

Soon after, the accidental acquisition of a treasure map leads Ayumi, Genta, Mistuhiko and Conan on a hunt for a cache of stolen Italian gold coins, during which Conan saves them from getting killed by the mafia members who are also after the gold. After the case is resolved, Mitsuhiko joins Genta and Ayumi in forming the nucleus of an amateur detective group, the Detective Boys. Genta is quick to pronounce himself the leader of the group, but his lackadaisical leadership abilities are commonly neglected in the field, and in fact everyone _(even Genta)_ unconsciously views Conan as the group's actual leader. Genta's school shoe locker is used as a mailbox for any of their fellow students to present them with a case to solve. 

Genta is the self-proclaimed leader of the Detective Boys. He loves food, especially braised eel on rice, and can eat more than all the other Detective Boys members combined. When discussions of money come up, Genta tends to think about it in terms of how many eel bowls he could buy. He also tends to mess up certain Japanese terms with similar-sounding words _(especially if the latter are related to food)_ and sometimes has trouble reading even the most common Kanji, which on occasion causes some ridicule from his classmates and friends. His brash personality, lack of awareness of his surroundings, and tendency to not think before acting often lands the Detective Boys _(or at least himself)_ in sticky situations. 

Even though he is brash, outspoken and can be intimidating, Genta is actually very kind and dependable. He is a good friend of Ayumi and Mitsuhiko, and has been shown to greatly admire his father, who is considered to be a classic "Child of Edo". He is apparently an only child living with his parents, who run a liquor store called "Kojima Liquors". He also has an uncle who lives in Gifu.

Space Butler first appears in the second episode of the anime series, Quack Experimental Anime: Excel Saga. Space Butler, standing quite tall, is an old man. Aside from being dressed in violet, and having a wacky mixture of colors for hair, it isn't to hard to guess that Space Butler is indeed a butler. We first meet Space Butler on the mothership of the Puchuu Clan. He just can't stand how cute 'em little Puchuus are, doing their war dance and all. Space Butler is actually on a mission.

The most powerful leader of ACROSS, That Man is Pedro&#039;s and Nabeshin&#039;s archnemesis, who masquerades as a friend and seduces both Pedro&#039;s sexy wife and the Great Will.[3] That Man is part of the ACROSS Six, the governing body of ACROSS, and longs to use &quot;the power of the Great Will and the devilishness of the woman&quot; to take over the universe.    Appears only in the anime adaptation.

Both author of and supporting character in Excel Saga.  Appears at the beginning of every episode to give his approval of the mayhem that follows, however, he and the director, Nabeshin, argue more and more as the anime nears it&#039;s end.

He is large and dim-witted. He is clumsy and tends to destroy things by accident due to his size and strength. Uraganos also to never seem to hear people finish their sentences, especially Circulas
