The viewer sees that like Binchō-tan, Chiku-tan also lives far from town in an old house but lives with others, her younger sister, Chiku-rin and her grandfather. She is afraid of ghosts. Min is a friend of Saya whom she meets in vietnam at Lycee. She is very talkative and spirited. She has a very strong desire for love and relationships and quickly becomes close to Saya. She is introduced half-way through the manga, where she meets Seto on the beach on their summer vacation, and after that, she discovers that they go to the same school. She falls for Seto after he defends her from her overly-aggressive boyfriend, and tricks him into going on dates throughout the series. She is determined that he is her soulmate, and she wants him to be her boyfriend.

A young girl who appears to harbor a dragon (obviously Zhuge Liang, himself, who is released after some major feat at the Battle of Chibi) herself. She is quiet and enigmatic. It has been suggested that she has been manipulating many great events throughout the series despite being very young. This was stated by Saji, who may work for her. She is very attached to Ryubi, often staying by her side and preventing others from getting in between them. She is destined to be Shibai's arch-nemesis.

In preparation for the Battle of Chibi, Koumei has awakened the spirit of the original Zhuge Liang within her.

Honne Nohotoke is a minor character who appears infrequently in the Infinite Stratos series. She is one of Ichika Orimura's classmates and enjoys eating snacks. She is affectionately called "Nohohon-san" by others.

__Appearance:__ Honne Nohotoke has sleepy yellow eyes and pink shoulder length hair, most of which hangs free, the exception being two small pigtails on either side of her head held in place by yellow hair ties. Her appearance is usually marked by her long sleeves that obscure her hands; however, her long sleeves are not always present, as the skin-tight suit used during IS exercises lacks any sleeves at all.

Another of Rin's friends, Mimi is a quiet girl who is unusually well-developed for a third grader. She was picked on by Aoki's predecessor, and quit coming to school to protect herself. In revenge Rin wrote threatening notes to him that caused him to eventually quit due to "work-related stress". After Aoki takes on the job of teaching the class, he manages to convince Mimi to come back to class.  She is very studious and has a secret crush on Reiji.

Isara is a first year student who is a special economic scholar. It is revealed that her family (which consists of her, her two little brothers and her mother) is poor, forcing her to work part time at a fast food restaurant. Because of this, she is constantly being bullied; however, she always manages to keep a smile on her face. 

Chika is the childhood friend of Ryōta and in their romantic relationship with each other, she often takes the lead role. She has a crush on him and despite her best attempts, she is unable to get Ryōta to notice. She is fond of her childhood memories that she shares with Ryōta. She is very level-headed and has an unyielding spirit, unafraid to play pranks on Ryōta, no matter what position they leave him in, and physically abusing Ryōta should he deserve it. Birthday: 14th September  Miru is one of the new Lemon Angels. She has long, flowing black hair, and seems to dress in the Gothic Lolita style. Very soft spoken and does not talk or sing unless she really needs to. She lost her parents in a fire at a young age and became a hikkikomori until she listened to the Lemon Angels. From that day forward, she wanted to become just like Anne, the lead singer for the last group, and also wanted to be the lead singer of the newly formed Lemon Angels, but withdrew from her desires once she discovered that Tomo was just like Anne and deserved to be lead singer instead.

The smartest girl in class 3-A aside from Chao Lingshen, Hakase or "Professor" as she's sometimes called, is almost always involved in research at Mahora University's science labs whenever she's not in class. Hakase is Chachamaru's creator and therefore the closest thing Chachamaru has to a mother. Hakase appears to have known about magic even before Negi came to Mahora, based on the fact that Chachamaru was made to run partially off magic, and all the conversations she has with Evangeline. She is the only person who knows for sure that Chachamaru is in love with Negi, and designs a more realistic skin-like covering for Chachamaru to help her out with her goal (Negi). During the school festival and before the martial arts tournament, she helps run the Chao Bao Zi diner cart with Satsuki. She is one of the few girls in the class who does not go with Negi on his trip to England.
