Nangou is a large man who lacks complete courage to gamble. In the beginning he has a gambling addiction and is 3,000,000 yen in debt. The remains of his hollow mask consist of a bottom jaw that is positioned like a necklace. His hollow hole is on his sternum, right below the tip of his mask. When Aizen sends him to reclaim Orihime Inoue, he states he is uncomfortable doing so, though is able to accomplish the task in an instant despite Kenpachi Zaraki&#039;s and Ichigo Kurosaki&#039;s attempts to stop him. He then appears as 1 of the top 3 Espada in the raid on Karakura town. 

~!His number is 1, located on his left hand. Lilynette is revealed to not be his fraction but actually a part of him. They separated their souls into two bodies when becoming arrancar. When they are one, their powers are released. Stark&#039;s ability is to separate fragments of his soul into Wolves that become likes weapons he and Lilynette can control. They even refer to them as separate entities, Stark saying to his own wolves &quot;Let&#039;s go, Stark.&quot;!~ 

Victor was once the leader of the Alchemy Warriors 100 years ago. Originally, Victor used a regular kakugane until he sacrificed himself to kill the leader of the homunculus of that era. In order to save him, his wife Alexandria transferred Black kakugane 'I' into his heart. However, the power went berzerk and Victor killed everyone in the lab, as well as critically injuring Alexandria. Victor was then forced to flee his home, pursued by Alchemy Warriors and the Homunculus group lead by his own daughter, Victoria, who was also turned into a Homunculus against her own will. Victor managed to destroy a large portion of both forces before he fled to Japan, where he met Chōno Bakushaku, before he became Dr. Butterfly. The two men then struck a bargain; if Victor gave Dr. Butterfly his knowledge of Alchemy, Dr. Butterfly would heal Victor in return. After 100 years, the plan succeeded; Victor was healed and re-appeared in LXE's Ginsei Highschool attack. He managed to kill Kazuki once more, by crushing the Sunlight Heart with his Buso Renkin, Fatal Attraction, this damaged Kazuki's kakugane, and by doing so, Victor caused black kakugane 'III' to awaken, he and Kazuki soon went into a battle, but both warriors soon ran out of energy and Victor was forced to retreat. Afterwards, he traveled around the world, abosrbing large amounts of energy from locations such as New York, Paris, and even the Arctics. Eventually he was forced into the Pacific ocean, where he evolved from stage 2 to stage 3, and battled Sakaguchi Showusei's Buso Renkin, the Buster Baron, however, he used the corpses of ocean creatures, whose energy he had absorbed, and single-handedly destroyed Buster Baron with his own Buso Renkin, the war-axe, Fatal Attraction. He confronted Kazuki then, with Kazuki forcing White kakugane 'II' into his body. However, White kakugane 'II' was only able to revert him back from stage 3 to stage 2. Kei is the Commissioner of the Police department and Satoshi&#039;s adoptive father who appears in both manga and anime. He is ruthless (especially to Satoshi) and he has a great obsession of the Hikari&#039;s artworks, which is also one of the reasons for him adopting their last descendant, Satoshi. He sent Satoshi back to middle school to spy on Daisuke Niwa and also hired the young prodigy to become Chief Commander of Police and in charge of capturing Dark even though that he always interferes. In the anime, he was the one who found the voodoo doll that is Mio Hio and sent her to the same school as Satoshi to make Daisuke wear a magical pendant in exchange of giving her a real human body. It was also found out that he asked Krad to work for him and help him in awakening the Black Wings by searching for an Ax-like object passed down to the Hikari&#039;s, which was later found sealed inside the Hikari Throne(A marble chair with an intact wing on the right and a broken wing on the left) which is found in Satoshi&#039;s room inside his apartment. Although he may be cold, it is shown that he once had a soft side to Satoshi(This is shown once by Hio Mio, wherein he complimented Satoshi while he was painting and that he thought of Satoshi before he died). It is not sure if he actually died at the end of the anime after Mio tried to stop him from activating Black Wings.    Some believed that Kei may have some past relations with Rio Hikari, Satoshi&#039;s biological mother.

Ethan Hondou is deceased and a hard-boiled CIA agent and is Hidemi Hondou and Eisuke Hondou&#039;s father. He was originally suspected to be a member of the Black Organization but in actuality was spying on them from the inside. When he and his daughter put a plan in motion to place a new CIA agent within the organization, Ethan noticed that the syndicate had bugged Hidemi&#039;s clothes. To protect his daughter, Ethan was forced to injure Hidemi and kill himself - making it look like he had interrogated her and she had killed him.

Kogoro is a private investigator, but he prefers to laze around his office all day unless his client is a beautiful woman. Kogoro attended Teitan High School, the same high school as his daughter [Ran Mouri](https://anilist.co/character/1748/Ran-Mouri) and [Shinichi Kudo](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) , along with [Eri Kisaki](https://anilist.co/character/1744/Eri-Kisaki) _(his future wife)_, [Yukiko Fujimine](https://anilist.co/character/20372/Yukiko-Kudo), and through kindergarten to middle school attended the same schools as the actress Ruri Ujo and Eri. He then graduated from Beika University, where he was the ace of the judo team, though he was highly vulnerable to stage fright.

Some time after graduating, Kogoro became a police officer, working in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Division One with [Inspector Megure](https://anilist.co/character/4253/Juzo-Megure), but while an excellent marksman he was not a particularly good investigator. According to [Ninzaburo Shiratori](https://anilist.co/character/9180/Ninzaburo-Shiratori) in [Movie 2](https://anilist.co/anime/780/Meitantei-Conan-Juuyonbanme-no-Target/), however, the duo were famous for the way they apprehended criminals. He also worked for some time under Inspector Yuminaga in the arson division. While Movie 2 strongly suggests that Kogoro left the police force because of the incident where he gave his wife, Eri Kisaki, a bullet graze on the leg to save her from a hostage situation, his reasons for leaving the force have not been confirmed in the manga. Around the time Kogoro left the police force, Eri also moved out, though they have never officially divorced despite ten years having passed. Their daughter, Ran, keeps trying to get them back together, but she has yet to succeed. Despite constantly feigning disinterest in her, Kogoro still has feelings for Eri. He even asked her to move back in with him at one point, but at the time she pretended not to hear him because she was not "ready" yet, though she still has feelings for him as well. These are expressed mainly through jealousy when Kogoro's attention is caught by other attractive women in the vicinity, which occurs on a regular basis. 

After Shinichi was forced to adopt the identity of Conan Edogawa, [Hiroshi Agasa](https://anilist.co/character/4162/Hiroshi-Agasa) concluded that Shinichi couldn't openly continue investigating the Black Organization without attracting undue attention. To maintain his cover, Agasa suggested Shinichi to move in with Kogoro and use him as a front. During a case Kogoro took soon after, he reached the wrong conclusion, and Conan knocked him out with an ashtray before he could accuse an innocent person. Kogoro conveniently falls unconscious in a reclining pose, and Conan uses his Voice Changer to imitate Kogoro's voice, presenting his conclusions and the identity of the true murderer. After a few more cases occur in this fashion _(though Conan uses his Stun-Gun Wristwatch instead of an ashtray)_, Kogoro receives the title "Sleeping Kogoro" and a public reputation as a master detective. In the few instances where Kogoro remains awake for some reason, Conan still does the main detective work and uses Kogoro as his official mouth-piece by drawing Kogoro's attentions to important clues he has uncovered.

An older gentleman who displayed a military background. He took in Naoto while while she was traumatized from the murder of her parents. He gave her the name Naoto and taught her how to wield a blade in battle.

A reporter who writes for the Tokyo Incidents. featuring weird events or noteworthy societies in Tokyo. Because of a planned special,​ he comes to Ikebukuro with the intention of doing research on various topics such as who is regarded to be the strongest on the streets. His daughter is Niekawa Haruna.

Norb is a powerful Vodarac priest. He can be considered the main influence towards Holland leaving the SOF after Norb explains to him what Dewey is trying to do and the consequences it entailed for the planet and humanity. Despite his occupation as a priest, Norb smokes, eats unhealthy junk food (such as pizza and chips), and barely reflects any religious point of view even when asked to do so. 

Fukurou is a member of the Trinity Raven, a group part of the assassin guild Skull Order working under G&eacute;rard. Fukurou&#039;s appearance is one of the most bizarre seen so far in series, having the body of a man but the head of an owl as well as have rockets strapped to his back. He also fancies himself a warrior of justice despite the fact he working for the antagonist.     One of the Trinity Raven, Fukurou has the most abilities of the trio. His owl head allow him to see in the dark and the rocket pack allows him to move at high speed he also proficient at hand to hand combat. But his most unusual technique is the ability to eat his opponents and take their magic as his own, once he digested them they become permanently part of his power. However the strength of the power isn&#039;t always as powerful as the original welder, proven when Fukurou uses Natsu&#039;s fire breath on Gray and has no effect on him.     (Source: Wikipedia)

Shirou's foster father and his savior from the aftermath of the massive Fuyuki fire. During his lifetime, Kiritsugu was disillusioned with becoming a Hero of Justice, a defender of humanity who could save everyone. Although he feels he failed to do so, his efforts were a source of inspiration for Shirou.  Prior to his fateful meeting with Shirou, Kiritsugu was notorious as the "Magus Killer," a freelancer who would hunt down heretical magi. Although he was a magus with Magic Circuits and abilities he was considered unorthodox in that he would utilize modern technology and weaponry along with his magecraft to track down and kill magi.  Although mentioned and seen in flashbacks in Fate/stay night, Kiritsugu is one of the main protagonists in its prequel Fate/Zero.   

~!It is hinted at in certain parts of Fate/stay night and confirmed in its prequel Fate/Zero that Kiritsugu is in fact Illyasviel von Einzbern's biological father, making Shirou and her step-siblings.!~
