A member of the royal family and a commissioned officer (Lt. Colonel) in the Asranian air force, he is distinguished by his black shades (which in the manga was due to an eye injury) and an X-shaped scar on his forehead. Saki is the son of Abdael, the eldest son of the late former king of Asran. Asran was, at the time, the only middle eastern country not exporting its oil. Saki's grandfather did not wish to sell out to the West or to Communists and suspected that Abdael was having dealings with either. For this reason, on his deathbed, he declared his younger son, Zak, the next king. Humiliated, Abdael, along with his other son Rishaal, became leader of an anti-government rebel force backed by various communist countries. Saki, remained loyal because of his late mother's love for Asran and is Area 88's commanding officer, though it is clear that Saki feels shame for betraying his own father and perceives that his late mother would be saddened by his father's actions. The scar on his forehead is self inflicted as a symbol of this shame. (In the Eclipse, English language comic, Saki scarred himself early in the war when, as a commander of Asran's regular Air Force, he allowed himself to be tricked by his father—allowing anti-government forces to successfully attack Saki's base.) Saki appears in all three versions. He is the cousin of Kitori Palvanaff. Though not incompetent, Saki is not exactly considered an outstanding leader by the pilots but they follow his orders for the most part simply because it's what they are paid to do—and if they don't he will either dock their pay or shoot them. The Great Demon King, or Beelzebub III, is a very random and forgetful king. He wants to Destroy humanity and sends his youngest son Beelzebub IV to the human world to do the job for him. He decides later to send his older son instead, but forgets that he already sent his youngest son to do that. After he is reminded by his servants, he sends his first son En to do the job with his little brother.

Ryuusei Kenzaki (犬崎劉聖, Kenzaki Ryūsei), commonly referred to as Kenryuu (犬龍, Kenryū), is a servant of Rurichiyo Kasumiouji, the princess of the Kasumiouji noble family during the Kasumiouji Conspiracy.   __Appearance:__ Kenryuu wears the standard Shinigami uniform with a light garment underneath. He also wears gray gloves that extend halfway to his elbows. His hair is a blue-black and his eyes are an icy blue.   __Personality:__ Because of Enryuu's quiet nature, he acts as the spokesperson for Rurichiyo, explaining much of her history. Normally kind and soft-spoken, he dislikes Ichigo's apparent disrespect for Rurichiyo and can often be seen scolding him for it. Sometimes referred to as "Bomber Zero". He was found by Misty.   ~!When he is first awakened by Misty, he seems to suffer from amnesia. He didn't know who he was, but continuously kept getting flashbacks relating to Mighty. All the characters besides Misty assume he was Max, brought back to life. This was until Max attempts to take out the Jetters in one go, when Zero arrives and stops him. Eventually, he regains enough of his memory to remember who he is (or rather, who Mighty was) and visits Momo on his own.  It is later revealed that he was a prototype unit for Max built by MechaDoc. He was created to absorb data from Mighty so that MechaDoc could learn the Bomberman's secret, or at least their ability to use bombs. When Zero absorbed Mighty's data, just before Mighty destroyed the Hige base, Zero absorbed too much data, absorbing both his memories and his heart and became just like Mighty. With this, he was able to use Mighty's powers and shared similar personality traits. When he awoke in MechaDoc's lab after escaping the base just as it exploded, he instantly recognized and rebelled against MechaDoc, but his power was cut before he could take any action. MechaDoc left him in the remains of the Hige base where Mighty was killed, until he was discovered by Misty.  Zero defeated Max in combat but became possessed by his spirit. White Bomber defeated Zero in this form and caused enough damage to defeat Max's spirit, but caused Zero to die in the process. MA-10[X]) - At first solely referred to as the infamous "Space Bounty Hunter," it is later discovered that he is a creation of Mechado. He has no feelings or compassion, and will do whatever it takes to reach his goal. He uses the lightning bomb and balloon bomb similar to the missing Mighty.   ~!He dies in episode 51 but manages to write his data into Zero in the same episode hence taking control of his body.!~ 

Shirobon's brother and bears a striking resemblance to original Bomberman. Mighty has a silver visor covering his right eye, wears a red cape and has slightly thicker eyebrows and has fingers, but those are the only major differences between him and Bomberman. It is later revealed that his grandfather wore similar clothing. Mighty and Shirobon also share a very close brother bond. Mighty has some of the personality traits of Shirobon. Mighty can create the thunder bomb. After his brief return to Planet Bomber in episode 1 to guard Cosmo Diamond, he went on to another mission and never returned. In Episode 25 &quot;The Truth Revealed&quot; it is hinted that Mighty is the same Bomberman from Bomberman Generation.

While visually quite similar to his character in the pervious series, this Yuji is changed quite a bit in terms of plot. While the previous Yuji was a low-level perverted policemen, this Yuji holds the rank of Head Chief, and is portrayed as a smart, well educated officer from a wealthy family. Also, rather than just a perverted camera otaku, Yuji in Scramble is shown as a fairly successful lady's man. He still does serve as comic relief, since Rio still rejects his advances, causing him to be beat up by her a lot. But no matter how much Rio rejects him, he is still actively pursuing her. A police detective who's still a rookie, who oversteps his boundaries much to the annoyance of Lawrence. He looks down on Shu as just a hoodlum. He thinks he is cool.

Stephen works for Near as part of his investigation team, along with Lidner and Rester, and later plays an important role in stopping Kira. When suspicions arise towards Mikami, Near assigns Gevanni the task of following him, studying his methodic lifestyle, and finding his connections to the Death Note. Before the final showdown with Light at the warehouse, Near has Gevanni steal both the fake and real Death Notes from Mikami, and tampers one of the fake's pages. 

He also creates another fake, replacing the real one, that is later used as Light's ultimate downfall, and ends up being Near's key to proving Light's identity as Kira. While looking for the SPK members's real names, Mikami views his real name as Stephen Loud through his Shinigami Eyes.  

In the one-shot chapter set three years after Light's death, while he didn't have any speaking lines and much any involvement in the short story, he did appear in one panel alongside Rester and Lidner. This suggests that he may still be working with them under the new L, Near 

Omegamon (dubbed Omnimon in US) is a Mega (究極対) Digimon that appears in several series of Digimon franchise.  Well known as one of the most powerful digimons, Omegamon's two hands depict Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon's heads, and covers himself in a large white cloak.  Omegamon has several appearances in different Digimon animation series,  In [Digimon Adventure - Bokura no War Game](https://anilist.co/anime/2397), Omegamon DNA-evolves (ジョグレス進化 Jogress Evolution) from Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon in a climactic moment of the story.  Omegamon has a brief appearance in  [Digimon Tamers: The Adventurers Battle](https://anilist.co/anime/3032).  Omegamon also appears in [Digimon Savers](https://anilist.co/anime/859), as the leader of Royal Knights serving Yggdrasil, known as the god of the Digital World.  In the 3D-CG movie,  [Digital Monsters X-Evolution](https://anilist.co/anime/2123), Omegamon is starred as a main character, again as one of the members of the Royal Knights who carry out Yggdrasil's wills.  He also appears in  [Digimon Xros Wars](https://anilist.co/anime/8624) giving Taiki the XrosLoader and helping him get back to the Digital World.

A tricky Digimon who lives in the human world and seems to have it in for the Tamers. Once belonging to two young kids, he left them to live on his own and gain power.  Despite his small size, he is fairly powerful (though he runs more than he fights) and can blast enemies with fire-based attacks. Not truely evil, yet not quite a hero either.  He manages to evolve into Beelzebumon (with motorcycle and dual guns) in the Digital World, but still loses to the Tamers. Once he reunites with his owners in the human world, he transforms into a more powerful version of Beelzebumon, armed with a hand-cannon and wings.

Beelzebumon is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from the mythological Beelzebub. One of the "Seven Great Demon Lords", it represents Venus and the sin of Gluttony. While it possesses the power to command the many Devil Digimon, it dares to observe a solitary existence. It is said that it could stand at the peak of the dark army, "Nightmare Soldiers", if it cared to, although it is also said that there exists a Demon Lord Digimon which surpasses even Beelzebumon. It rides on the gigantic motorcycle-type machine, "Behemoth", holding its cherished shotguns, the "Berenjena" (Esp: "Eggplant"). Although its personality is cruel and merciless, it is also exceedingly prideful, so it would never attack the weak.

In Digimon Tamers, Beelzebumon is the evolved form of Impmon.

A young man who is the only human capable of seeing both Plug and Alesta. He works at a family restaurant and has a rather short temper, which results in frequently hitting Plug (and at times Alesta as well) with a baseball bat or whatever is within reach; this has become a running gag in the series. Aoi is a laid-back, cool-tempered man, and the father of Mitsuki. He was the leader, guitarist, and wrote the lyrics and composed the songs for the legendary band 'Route:L'.  Aoi had a very close relationship with his band mates and friends, especially Takuto Kira, who was an orphan and viewed Aoi as a father figure.

Episode 5 is Pisard's final episode. He desperately tries to win against Pretty Cure, knowing it's his last chance but got defeated.

Japan is a small island nation in the Orient who was once a shut-in (hikikomori) and a member of the Axis Powers, but has come a long way and is now one of the most prosperous nations in the world. He has black hair, which has been colored dark brown in most of the original manga illustrations, and brown soulless eyes.  When he first became a nation many years ago, he was taken in and raised by China, who considered him as a younger brother. When asked if they were related, Japan denied all connections with China. Japan eventually grew hostile towards China and attacked him with a katana one night, ruining their relationship and thus making them enemies in war. Today, China still seems to care about Japan, even though Japan shows no interest in him whatsoever.  Japan seems to get along quite well with various countries, such as America, England, Greece, Turkey, the Netherlands, and others. In return, these countries watch out for him at times. Hidekaz Himaruya also stated that, even though Japan has never really been shown together with them, he would also get along well with Romano and Prussia, addressing them as “Romano-kun” and “Prussia-kun” (instead of using the typical and respectful honorific  _“san”_).  On the other hand, Japan and Russia do not get along so soundly. In the past, Russia cursed Japan, and in present day, just by looking at him, Russia can give Japan a stomachache. When Japan learned that Germany was making an alliance with Russia, Japan expressed dismay and went so far as to try various methods of killing Russia, such as hiding in Germany’s ceiling when Russia came in order to harpoon him. Japan’s philosophy about Russia that, “That man is a monster created by fallout from nuclear tests! He tears down buildings! He breathes fire!”  He’s known as being serious, quiet, mysterious, and shy, but prudish, hard-working, intelligent, and skilled with his hands. His catchphrases are “I will consider it,” “Maybe next time,” and “My answer is always ‘no.’ ” Despite how usually calm he is, his anger is said to be extremely frightening, but just about no one has ever witnessed it due to the fact that he doesn’t get angry very easily. Because he was a shut-in for so many years, he doesn’t know much about the outside world, but is always eager and makes an effort to learn. He’s described as acting like an old man or an otaku on several occasions. He actually revealed to Greece, England, and France once that he prefers 2D girls rather than 3D, real life women. Japan seems to love animals, seeing as how he has a pet dog (named “Pochi-kun”), a guinea pig, and a rabbit. It seems as though he has a weakness for meat buns and soft, fluffy things, but absolutely detests cockroaches to the point where he would cry. His hobbies include watching the seasons change, watching the moon, and creating new forms of technology. Most people would look at his unique culture as being strange or mysterious, but he finds it perfectly normal and couldn’t see it as anything else. Japan can’t really comprehend Western culture, and is utterly appalled at “Western nudity,” even though it was shown that he has erotic woodblock prints in his possession.  Also to note is that his first name, "Kiku," means "chrysanthemum" in Japanese. His last name "Honda" (本田), is written with the same kanji for  _"hon"_ (本) as in  _"Nihon"_ (日本), which means "Japan" in Japanese.

Cuba is a good-humored, heavyset man with strong emotions who speaks in a Kawachi dialect. He is often seen wearing bright colored Hawaiian looking shirts, shorts, and sandals with his dark hair tied back into dreadlocks.  He loves ice-cream and smoking Cuban cigars, but hates America.   He mistakes Canada for America often, and ends up beating him up. Despite this, the two are on good terms. In Ginmaku Hetalia Axis Powers: Paint it, White, Cuba and Canada were shown working together to help provide aid to the people affected by the Pict.   Although his official human name has not been decided, Hidekaz Himaruya revealed in a blog post that he has considered "Carlos," "Ericemdo," "Jajuan," and "Máximo" as possible first names with the possible surname "Machado."

Egypt is a mysterious young man who is almost always seen wearing a white keffiyeh. Underneath his keffiyeh, as revealed by some colored artwork by Hidekaz Himaruya, he has short dark brown hair. In the anime adaptation, he had dark brown eyes and fair skin, however, in official art by Hidekaz Himaruya, he was drawn with green eyes and an olive/tan complexion.   He is depicted as being somewhat stubborn, but good natured, friendly, and family-oriented. He doesn't really talk much, but in one strip, he asked France if he wanted to buy some pots. Like Greece, if you dig you can find several mementos from his mother, and because of this, he thinks that it is perfectly fine if he doesn't modernize his ways too much. In a sketch, it was shown that he appears to know magic of some sorts. It also appears that his left ear is pierced. It is unknown if his right ear is pierced as well.  Sometimes, he's drawn with an Anubis-like creature, but it is unconfirmed if it is really an Anubis.
