~!In the final episode (though hinted at as early as episode 8), it is revealed that Hans is an artifically-created boomer, and all his memories of his "life" were artificially implanted in him for the sake of an experiment. Anguished by this realization, Hans makes Keiji promise to kill him if he ever loses the remaining aspects of his humanity. Although Keiji refuses at first, he finally listens to his partner's wish and shoots him dead in the finale.!~ 

Ms. Aki has been good friends with the kids and their family for a very long time now. While not much is known concerning Ms. Aki’s background, she has been a resident of the Abenobashi Shopping Arcade for years, and seems quite knowledgeable about the history of the area and those who dwell there, often offering a tip or two to Arumi and Sasshi. Ms. Aki shows up in the different dimensions of Abenobashi, usually in the company of Sayaka or Mune-mune.

Yoshitsune, a brilliant strategist and occasional pervert, he holds the title of Rumble King, and is the leader of the Kansai Storm Rider syndicate &quot;Trident&quot;. He challenged Ikki with the &quot;Devil&#039;s Thirty Thirty&quot;, a stunt that normally involves jumping over the bodies of thirty-three of one&#039;s teammates; in Ikki&#039;s case, he has to leap over Ringo who was lying at the end of the track. The power of his Regalia is demonstrated during Ikki&#039;s first jump when Agito attempted to assist his team leader by accelerating Ikki with a &quot;Fang.&quot; Yoshitsune&#039;s Ram Jet Theory based Regalia intercepted and completely nullified the fang. Ultimately, Ikki successfully tackled the challenge, and Trident agreed to collaborate with Genesis. Yoshitsune now serves Simca and Genesis as an enforcer and tactician. After Sleeping Forest&#039;s Gabishi was captured, while trying to harm Kazu, Yoshitsune was in charge of his interrogation and torture. After Sora&#039;s betrayal and Spifire&#039;s death, Yoshitsune showed sadness for his comrade but nevertheless decided that Trident would stay with Genesis, not because of loyalty to Sora, but because it would be more beneficial for the stormriders of West Japan, represented by Trident, and his own desire to fight against Koragasumaru. Magaki, a man with a bald head with a tattoo which is shaped like a skull with a crown-like jaw . He vows revenge against Ikki, though he is soon beaten and arrested by Agito. He is the leader of the Skull Saders.

General Edward Uranus III is the supreme commander of Olympus&#039; regular army. He greatly distrusts the Bioroids, so much so that he is willing to start a coup de &#039;etat in order to wipe them out!    However, unlike Col. Hades, Uranus is not ruled by irrationality. Chiyo's father first appears within a dream of Sakaki's, where he is given to her as a pet, claiming to be both a cat and Chiyo's father. In an episode not long after, a stuffed doll in his likeness is given to Chiyo for her birthday. He continues making appearances at regular intervals throughout the series, most often in Sakaki's daydreams. 

Marron gets the provisions and usually doesn't say much unless it is intensely profound. He is also the only Sorcerer Hunter (in the name at least)  who can use magic. Marron's main and only goal is to make his [brother](https://anilist.co/character/2558/) happy and to protect his brother, giving up all pleasures and desires for himself. It seems as if Marron is the weakest character, but when Carrot is threatened, his vicious side shows through. However, Marron does not stop Tira or Chocolate from doing what they will to Carrot. Marron is very beautiful and often gets looks from both sexes. Once or twice he has used this to his advantage by getting information or by letting a few guards believe he is a girl. If anything, Marron can be counted on and always has the right answer.

Rikiya Kitawaza is a thug attending Koyuki's middle school and a childhood friend of Hyodo.

Dune (also known as Shinigami&mdash;God of Death&mdash;Dune) was Luna&#039;s bodyguard. As a very powerful robot and Luna&#039;s bodyguard, he was hated and feared by many. Lyuze said that he once was considered the strongest robot. Few chose to get close to him; the closest person he had was Luna herself. Very loyal to Luna, he was plagued both by physical and psychological ruin when she was killed by Casshern. Despite widespread rumours of Luna&#039;s death, Dune is determined to find and protect Luna once again.    Dune first appears in episode 10, heavily damaged by the ruin. He is seen constantly calling for Luna and asking why she is dead, haunted by memories of his role as her bodyguard and unable to let go. Although his body has changed for the worse since Luna&#039;s death, he still is very powerful and can defeat many robots using sharp blades expelled from his body.   ~!In this episode, a flashback with Luna, Dune, and Liza shows that although others feared and hated him, Luna was kind and gentle, offering him flowers as thanks for his good work. Dune became sentimentally bound to these flowers, as they remind him of Luna&#039;s affection.!~    Dune returns in episode 15, when more of his backstory is shown.   ~! His body has damaged further; sometimes he can barely move. However, he is still persistent in his pursuit for Luna. As Casshern was the one to kill Luna, Dune understandably holds a deep grudge against him &mdash; Casshern killed the one he most loved. However, after fighting Casshern, Dune realizes that his desire for finding Luna is far greater than his desire for revenge.!~    In episode 20,    ~!Dune finally encounters Luna. He returns to his original body, which appears older but similar to the one from his flashbacks. He is rejuvenated, speaks more, and has become more reasonable. He starts to work again for Luna, taking care of her flowers as ordered.  However, Dune becomes depressed&mdash;different from the serious expressions he wore in the past. He senses that Luna is different now and refuses her healing. Later, Luna orders him to destroy the flowers Dune is tending to, as some of them appear to be dying. Although displeased, Dune blindly follows her orders.  Later, a group of bandits attack Luna&#039;s shelter, and Dune promptly prepares to destroy them. In the middle of the fight, however, the very flower that Luna gave him&mdash;appearing in the flashback in episode 10&mdash;falls. As the flower holds deep importance to him, Dune stops fighting to protect it, which unfortunately causes him to suffer quite a bit of damage. Having later been saved by Casshern, Dune does not manage to survive. Disgusted by Dune&#039;s state of near-death, Luna rejects him. Despite this, he dies in peace, believing that &quot;a sun (Luna) is only there to shine, and just looking at it is sufficient.&quot;  !~

The handsome, billionaire businessman and commander of the Earthgertz, Klein Sandman's knowledge of science and technology allows him to build the Gran Divas and the Gran Kaiser to battle the Zeravire. Sandman selects people with a high tolerance on the effects of gravity, a genetically inherited trait he calls the G-Factor, to become the pilots of his machines. When it seems the Zeravire are too much to handle for Earthgertz, Sandman approves of combining the Gran Divas and the Gran Kaiser into Gravion. In Gravion Zwei, he pilots the Gran Sigma.   Sandman was originally Zieg Zeravire, a scientist from the ecologically devastated planet of Llambias and the husband to Lufira Zeravire. In order to stop further contamination and to prevent an all-out war between the neighboring world of Selias, due to Llambians forcing themselves to immigrate there, Sandman creates the Genesis Machine Gran Sigma, the prototype to the Gran Kaiser, in hopes of restoring Llambias' environment. Unfortunately, his brother-in-law Hugi Zeravire creates the Genocidron System, an automatic, robotic network programmed for extermination. He intended to use it on the Selians, as a means to spare enough Llambians if war was to occur, but Sandman did not wish to see lives sacrificed. Following a brief struggle with Hugi, he accidentally destroys the control device to the Genocidron System, making the machines indiscriminately destroying both worlds.   Upon escaping Llambias, Sandman and Raven flees to Earth. In order to conceal his identity, he takes the name and appearance of the actual Klein Sandman, an 18th-century aristocrat, and to provide himself the means to prepare for the Zeravire, Sandman genetically enhances his own G-Factor, giving him immortality, thus keeping his youthful appearance. Some time before Eiji's arrival at Saint-Germain Castle, a spacecraft lands on Earth that followed his escaping vessel, carrying his daughter, Leele Zeravire. Remington was the one who took Rosette and Chrno to the Magdalan convent in NY and took the role of their protector, constantly keeping a close eye on them. He likes to flirt and is very popular with all the girls at the Magdalan Order, specially Rosette, who has a small crush on him, though he doesn&#039;t see her as anything but a surrogate daughter. He is a very powerful fighter, but he is very mysterious and hides many secrets. He seems to have been in love with Magdalene, and still remembers her fondly. He is determined to keep fighting his enemies until the day he dies, no matter what the consequences to himself are.

The genius psychokinesist who is also approved by Queen Alsheyra. In addition to his normal abilities, he can sense Pollutant Beasts as long as he goes outside without any other equipment. As a result, his body is rotting away, he is forced to wear a mask, and he is only able to communicate with psychokinesis or with an electronic voice. He dresses like a monk (though he prefers to be called a "Hyper Monk") and wields a guitar that can split into two machine guns, fire shock waves, or just play music like a regular slide guitar.   ~!2 years ago he killed Nagi's wife after she conspired with her husband to rig their fight, and has taken an interest in Nagi since then, claiming Nagi possesses the insanity befitting of an Undertaker.  During the flashback in episode 12 Genkaku's past is revealed, describing the events that led up to his current insanity. As a young boy Genkaku was a monk at a monastery, where at first he was a quiet, gentle person. However after taking constant abuse at the hands of three other men present at the monastery (it can be assumed from the flashback that it was not only physical, but sexual abuse), coupled with the aftermath of the explosion in Tokyo, he snapped, killing all three of the men.!~

He is an operative in his mid-30's for the National Police Agency's Special Assault Team (SAT). Though he is fully human, he is as homicidal and apathetic to other people as the worst diclonius are. He is a hardy and effective soldier. After being maimed by Lucy and repaired with bionic, cybernetic and prosthetic implants, he escapes on a quest for revenge against her. He gets two or more Desert Eagle hand guns. In the manga he gets other weapons such as a RPG. The guns fire .50 caliber rounds which are so powerful the rounds can not be blocked with vectors. But the bullets can be pushed off course at long range though; however at close range not even Lucy can stop them.  ~!He gets sidetracked several times in this quest, and ultimately receives aid from Kurama to "kill a diclonius that was coming." Bando is driven by the will to fight and to prove his superior ability in combat. At the end of the anime he is crippled again by Lucy while in the manga he is ripped in half, saving Mayu's life when Lucy tries to kill her. Lord Il Palazzo (Italian for &quot;The Palace&quot;) as he is formally known by his underlings, is the leader of ACROSS, a secret ideological organisation dedicated to world conquest.    Il Palazzo believes that the world has become corrupt, and seeks to conquer it to save the ignorant masses from themselves. In fact, he often prefaces his orders and speeches by proclaiming &quot;the world is corrupt!&quot;.    A recurring gag during the anime is that, despite all his scheming, Il Palazzo really has nothing to do while Excel and Hyatt are out on missions: he is often seen pursuing surprisingly ordinary hobbies like learning to play the guitar and arranging domino blocks. These notwithstanding, Il Palazzo is no ordinary human being, as testify his yellow, cat-eyes and seemingly supernatural powers exhibited in episode 25. As he is partly Ishvalian, Armstrong was ordered to imprison him during the Ishvalian war, but she refused to do such a thing only because of his ethnicity.  Miles is very loyal to Armstrong, and wants to stay in the military to change their perspective on Ishvalians.
