Built in the image of a girl around Ryu&#039;s age, Eimi&#039;s activation resulted in an explosion that killed her grandfather leaving her legally the property of Akiko&#039;s company. Suffering from multiple sources of psychological trauma on top (or maybe because of) of her faulty design, Eimi&#039;s single fixation is taking Nuku Nuku&#039;s body for herself. Eimi admitted to having feelings for Ryu, but brushed off her own emotions as meaningless since like everything else about her is just a software parlor trick, and wrote an apology to Ryu for feeling such &#039;fake&#039; emotions towards him. A drama queen and an irrepressible hot-head, Eimi is able to think ahead and be clever but often lets her own impatience get the better of her.

Mikan Shiratori was a former student at Juuban Municipal Junior High School who achieved fame as an idol. She was attacked and incapacitated by the Youma Derella, who assumed her identity in order to assist Jadeite with the Cinderella Caravan. Kanai Sakura is Chihaya's opponent at Saitama tournament. She has 35 years of karuta experience. 

A girl who is "the world's everything", meaning she possesses all of the world's knowledge and has the ability to reshape reality. Though she does have limitations herself, such as not being able to do much other then look up information unless given permission by others.   Histoire is a quiet girl with a sense of justice. She looks to be no older then Gust, but is very powerful and strong. She is also very knowledgeable, but it can take her days on end just to find the right information she needs...  Usually Histore is happy or joyful, and often peppers her words with emoticons. She seems to lack a temper and has a very gentle voice, although in the Manga she does have just a bit of a temper, kicking out Neptune, Blanc, and Vert from their current living locations due to not taking their roles of Goddesses responsibly.   She also loses her temper and lashes out at Neptune and Nepgear in the prologue chapter of Hyperdimension Neptunia V after having tolerated both sisters' laziness for too long.

Kaguya Sumeragi is the young head mistress of the Kyōto House, and a supporter of the Black Knights. She is the representative of Sumeragi Concern, a large conglomerate founded by the Sumeragi House.   Despite her age and physique, she possesses a strong will and is highly influential amongst the Houses. Kaguya has admired Zero since his debut, and wishes to have his hand in marriage. Nothing anyone says contrary to this desire seems to faze her, including the suggestion that Zero might be sleeping with other women, to which she responds "A true hero enjoys physical pleasures," and proceeds to suggest that she, Kallen, and C.C. are Zero's harem.   Kaguya met Lelouch and Nunnally during their childhood at the Kururugi Shrine, and is Suzaku's cousin. She is the only living member of the Kyōto House following the Black Rebellion, having managed to escape to the Chinese Federation until Zero's return one year later. With the execution of Kirihara and the other members of Kyōto House, Kaguya states that she and Suzaku are the only remaining members left of the six clans of Kyōto.   With the formation of the United Federation of Nations, she is made the Supreme Council Chairwoman and the representative of the United State of Japan.   She is named after Kaguya, the main character of what is considered to be the oldest Japanese folktale.

Ruu is an alien baby from the Planet Otto, who can levitate and perform telekinesis on objects, and who develops a deep affection and love for Miyu and Kanata, likening them to his parents and often assisting and helping them. He uses his abilities at the most inappropriate times causing Miyu and Kanata great trouble. Although he is still only a baby, he can understand everyone perfectly. To keep the others from knowing the truth about Ruu's identity, he is referred to as Miyu's little brother (although Ruu will deny that and insist on calling Miyu "mama").

A budding mangaka (manga artist), Mikan often has a tangerine on her head(same goes for the rest of her relatives, even her pet Scottish fold cat) and is a very good friend of Kanata and Miyu, both of whom she often helps out and who have also helped her once with her manga. She has a handsome young brother, Mizuki Yamamura, who was the inspiration of one of the characters in her manga, and often helps her out. Mikan is often panicking because of her deadline and often comes to Kanata&#039;s house for consolation, having a few close calls to finding out Miyu and Kanata&#039;s secret. Mizuki pointed out that Mikan never gave up on her dream on becoming a manga artist, despite her father&#039;s wishes on her becoming a baker. So far, Mikan has shown to be a quite popular with her career. Although Mikan looks plain, stressed, even comical most of the time, she is actually very good-looking when with makeup or when she&#039;s relaxed. Her name is a play on that of the manga&#039;s author, Mika Kawamura. Momon was a stuffed animal who Eclair sewed, but the Phoenix Stone power's gave him life, after this he always stays with Eclair.

An AI recovered from a missile that was floating in space. He never completed his mission because he didn't want to die, which is what would have happened if his warhead detonated. He is later placed into a stuffed animal vaguely resembling a round, pink cat/penguin. Normad usually has endless praise for Vanilla (despite her on-and-off nonchalant abandonment and abuse towards him) but has cynical views toward the rest of the Angel Team, especially Milfuelle, whom he calls a dimwit, and Forte, who returns the favor and routinely shoots him. Aside from occasional descriptive information he supplies, he mainly provides comic relief due to his inability to avoid injury. His name might have been inspired by NORAD, which warns against attacks by missiles, corresponding to his original role. Normad's voice is performed by Mika Kanai (Vanilla). As for the English dub, he is portrayed by Richard Ian Cox. In the first manga, Normad's body can be seen in chapter 2.

At 13, Vanilla H is the youngest of the Galaxy Angels. A very stoic girl, she hardly ever shows any emotion and speaks in a deadpan voice. She is always seen wearing a headgear featuring a red gem on top, possibly a mark of her family or religion. She also carries around the artificially intelligent doll Normad, and is gifted with the ability to heal injuries by touch. Vanilla frequently speaks in cryptic remarks, religious themes, or random words. She can be very caring and adept at hard work, but tends to behave strangely, sometimes to the inconvenience or detriment of the other Angels. Although seemingly totally apathetic, she actually possesses a very hot temper. Satoko is a younger classmate in Keiichi's school. She has a distinctive style of speech, ending all of her sentences with 'wa' which, at times, is grammatically incorrect. In spite of her young age, she is quite clever in setting up traps, and likes to practice on Keiichi.  Despite her extremely energetic and playful disposition she is actually quite the crybaby, which Mion and Keiichi often tease her about. Satoko is also very close with Rika, who she lives with. 

~!Although her personality is quite energetic and mischievous during the events of the games, Satoko's past was full of trauma; her parents died in an accident, she was abused by her foster parents (her aunt and uncle), and her beloved brother Satoshi disappeared. However, in Matsuribayashi-hen, Irie suggested she killed her parents, as she had a bad relationship with them and felt threatened, and so to her it was an act of self-defense. She is suffering from the Hinamizawa Syndrome at that time, and though Takano wanted to disect her alive for study, Irie fought to save her life. She is one of the few characters to ever recover from Level 5 of the Syndrome, but has to take shots on a regular basis. Though she greatly misses Satoshi, and feels that by being strong he will return, she comes to regard Keiichi as her new "nii-nii" (a cute term for older brother), and once even regards Shion as "nee-nee" (a cute term for older sister).!~

Leroute is a criminal who manipulates her victims. She is smart, sharp, and insightful. Leroute was formerly a deranged psychologist who reveled in the misery of her clients. She often attacked her victims psychologically to such a degree that they often committed suicide.
