Katsuki is a crude, arrogant, short-tempered, and aggressive person, especially at the beginning of the series. Due to the constant praise of his abilities and powerful Quirk, Katsuki has developed a superiority complex, and because of that, he desires to be the first and best at everything. He loves to win above all else and cannot stand it when he doesn't, leading him to lose his already short temper if he achieves anything but a complete victory.

Katsuki is not only very athletic and talented at fighting, but also very intelligent and extremely perceptive, capable of strategic planning and improvisation. Additionally, his grades are among the highest of his class. Katsuki also possesses surprising talent in other areas, such as cooking and music, even though he doesn't show a particular interest in them. Overall, Katsuki is considered a natural-born genius with the potential to be one of the best Pro Heroes.

Katsuki's Quirk "Explosion" allows him to secrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palms of his hands and ignite it on command, allowing him to create strong explosions. The more Katsuki sweats, the stronger his explosions become. Not only can Katsuki use the explosions for attacking, he can also use them to propel himself and navigate through the air at high speeds, allowing him to fly at his opponents without giving them time to react, as well as evade incoming attacks, even while in the air. The shockwave from an explosion can even be used as a shield.

Kyoka is a petite, fair-skinned girl with a slender build. She has triangular, lazy-looking onyx eyes with notably long lower eyelashes, and rather small eyebrows. Kyoka has a pragmatic, unenthusiastic and teasing personality that is mostly shown to those she finds irritating. Kyoka is not always like this though, as she does enjoy socializing with others, in which case she is usually nice and friendly. Kyoka's Quirk (Earphone Jack) allows her to plug the jacks that hang from her earlobes into all sorts of things and channel the sound of her heartbeat into them; causing havoc inside the plugged objects. It's also used to catch sounds and vibrations from her surroundings.

The protagonist of the story and a first-year student at Shuei High School. He is very tall and muscular, with a face that easily scares those around him. He scares many women but is very popular with many men, but Takeo is actually extremely kind and selfless, quickly helping others without a second thought throughout the story.

JunJun (name unchanged in the dub) is the green-haired tomboy of the Quartet. She is athletic and somewhat impulsive. JunJun is an acrobat in the Circus, referred to as the Magician of Acrobatic Feats. Her Senshi counterpart is Sailor Jupiter, and her color is green.    Naoko Takeuchi listed her as vulgar, a Yankee, and uses very informal male speech. She is also said to have dark skin and is the third sister, which corresponds to the number and size of her asteroid. She was supposed to ride a motorcycle. In the manga it is revealed that she is really Sailor Juno, named for the asteroid Juno and the Roman goddess Juno.    In the anime, she often speaks with a hard edge. She tends to dress in biker outfits outside of her circus uniform even though she is never shown to ride a motorbike. She likes to let her targets attain their dreams before she takes their dream mirrors which may be an oddball reference to the mothering aspect of the goddess Juno. She always summons male lemures; the only one of the Quartet to do so.

Puko was a Lemures used by Tiger&#039;s Eye to distract Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon while he attacked Saori. She, like Gum Mario and Elephanko, took on the form of a ball at times.    When Tiger&#039;s Eye found out that Saori did not have Pegasus in her Dream Mirror, he instructed Puko to kill her. Puko instead decided to attack Mamoru, who had been with Saori when Tiger&#039;s Eye attacked. Super Sailor Moon jumped in the way of this attack in order to save Mamoru&#039;s life, and was almost suffocated by the Lemures. Her selfless action managed to move Puko to tears, but that did not stop her attack. Mamoru ripped himself free of the throwing knives with which Tiger&#039;s Eye had pinned him down and used one of them to stab Puko. Puko burst and went flying off as she deflated. She tried to patch the hole and reinflate herself, but Sailor Moon destroyed her with Moon Gorgeous Meditation before she succeeded.

Tomoko Takahase was a an anime only character. 

She appeared in the episode &quot;Makoto&#039;s Friendship! A Girl Who Adores a Pegasus&quot; and was an old friend of Makoto&#039;s from the school Makoto attended before transferring to Juuban Municipal Junior High School.    Tomoko was an budding story writer who made friends with Makoto when she saved some of Tomoko&#039;s manuscripts from a group of bullies, giving Makoto a chance to read them and become really impressed. Tomoko&#039;s source of inspiration was a boy on her school soccer team who she had a crush on, but she didn&#039;t think he would ever notice her. When she told Makoto this Makoto encouraged her to publish her story so she could get noticed.    Her story, Pegasus in the Moonlight, was published and she became a popular author. One day when she was signing copies of her book she spotted her crush in the crowd with another girl and her confidence was dashed; she felt she couldn&#039;t write any more. Makoto, Chibiusa (who loved her book as it featued a Pegasus just like the one Chibiusa had been in contact with), and Usagi went to her house, and Makoto managed to cheer her up, but then she was attacked by Tiger&#039;s Eye for her Dream Mirror.    During the ensuing battle Tomoko caught sight of Pegasus when Super Sailor Chibi Moon summoned him with Twinkle Yell, and was filled with confidence and inspiration once more. She went on to write another book, called Illusion of Pegasus, which she dedicated to Makoto.

A strange looking lemures summoned by Tiger&#039;s Eye in episode 139. She has white hair, blue skin, and big red eyes, and wears a pink kimono. Her bottom half is that of a spider. To attack, she throws metal nets, catches the senshi&#039;s attacks, and then throws them back. She was a half-woman half-spider from the Dead Moon Circus and was summoned to fight with the senshi at the the attack against a samurai girl named Miharu Akiyama. Ayatoriko was killed by Sailor Moon.

Kou Yaten is often distant and cynical about everything. Yaten does not like to socialize or do sports. His/her remarks are often sharp-edged and blunt, which further separates him/her from the world. In one episode, the other Starlights even chastise Yaten for behaving in a way that might reduce the number of fans. However, he and Luna get along well. At one point during that episode, Luna inspires him to keep on fighting.     In the anime, he has the most spiritual awareness of the Starlights, and is able to tell when Starseeds are taken by Sailor Galaxia. He views humans as untrustworthy and wants to find Princess Kakyuu so they can leave Earth as quickly as possible. This comes further to light when they discover that Usagi is Sailor Moon. Yaten believes that Seiya should stay away from Usagi, despite their wish, shared by Princess Kakyuu and the Guardian Senshi, for them all to work together. Caulifla was a key player for Team Universe 6 during the Tournament of Power. Like all full-blooded Saiyans, Caulifla's name is a pun on a vegetable, that being a cauliflower. Cauliflower also belongs to the same plant group as Kale, her subordinate. 

As noted by her brother, she has a very punkish attitude and is also recognized as a tomboy, to which she shows a strong contrast to the rest of her race, acting more akin to the Universe 7 Saiyans. Caulifla is shown to be very lazy if not self-absorbed as she initially refused to join the Tournament of Power even when learning her universe's or her own existence were on the line. It took Cabba telling her about the Super Saiyan form as well as about being able to achieve greater heights in her strength to make her agree, showing her desire to become stronger.

Kara Lah was a Force-sensitive human female who was the daughter of the legendary sabersmith Zhima Lah. 

The daughter of Edgar. Twilight formerly dated her as "Robert" with the intention of investigating her father. Karen is known to have participated in a fair amount of criminal activity, enough to get her in trouble if Loid so wishes.

Endorsi Jahad is a Regular and one of Jahad's Princesses, currently climbing the Tower. Among Regulars, Endorsi is unmatched in terms of physical ability. Among the Jahad's Princesses, she is fairly warm and more human.

Her parents weren't around when she was born. She was then adopted by a couple from the Middle Area before she became a princess. Later, her adoptive parents were killed by Snake Charmer.

Her character concept is that of a 'Normal modern girl' taking great care of her looks, stressed about her weight, wanting to hear she is pretty while acting confident. A girl who is yet to mature fully.

Endorsi doesn't believe in being friends with a guy at first and says that guys and girls cannot be friends and can only be boyfriend and girlfriend and later states that she is not allowed to date anyone because she is a Princess of Jahad, but later on she catches feelings for Bam and calls Bam her boyfriend.

Saint Shalulia (Shalulia Guu) is a female World Noble, the sister of Saint Charloss, and the daughter of Saint Roswald.    Like other World Nobles she dresses in a suit with supplies her with oxygen to save her sharing the same air as commoners. Her hair inside the bubble is styled upwards, forming a curl above her head. She wears a veil over the lower half of her mouth and light tinted shades over her eyes. She also wears heart-shaped earrings.     She first appears when her slave, Dias escapes in the Sabaody Archipelago, making her father comment on her carelessness in ruining his captain collection. After Dias' collar explodes, she then mocks his pitifulness and shoots him. When she is done she walks away commenting on how next time she wants a giant as a slave.    Later she turns up at the Human Auctioning House with her father, waiting for her brother, Saint Charloss. She attempts to kill Camie while the Straw Hats were busy holding off guards but is stopped by the timely intervention of Silvers Rayleigh who knocks her out with a burst of &quot;spirit energy&quot;.    She is later seen outside of the auction house, beside her beaten and unconscious father and brother, angrily shouting insults at the Marines for not capturing the Straw Hats yet. In her anger she swore that upon their capture she would force the pirate crew to beg on the ground for forgiveness from her and then bring Hell to them.

Belo Betty is the commander of the East Army in the Revolutionary Army. Betty treats the people she helps very rudely, insulting them and only referring to them with degrading terms. Despite this attitude, her intention is still to recruit them into the Revolutionary Army by encouraging them to make their own choices. She believes that committing heroic actions is a decision one makes for themselves.

Curly Dadan is a friend of Monkey D. Garp&#039;s and the foster mother of Portgas D. Ace and Luffy. Garp entrusted her to take care of Portgas D. Ace shortly after the boy&#039;s birth. Later, Garp also left Luffy in Dadan&#039;s care.    Dadan lives on Mt. Corvo near the Windmill Village. She is the Mt. Corvo mountain bandit boss of the Dadan family and a wanted criminal.    She was first mentioned after the Enies Lobby incident when Garp come to Water 7, which he claims that he left Luffy and Ace to train with a friend. Her name was first mentioned by mayor Woop Slap after he saw Luffy new bounty and questioned &quot;Does Dadan know!?&quot;.
