License-less Rider (無免ライダー Mumen Raida) is a C-Class Hero from Z-City. He has the #1 rank of the C-Class.

Appearance: The License-less Rider is a young man of average height and weight. He wears an armored suit, with light-colored armor covering his torso and shoulders. He has a black leather suit under the armor and black gauntlets and kneepads. He also has a yellow bicycle helmet and dark shades.

Abilities: Not much of License-less Rider's abilities have been seen since he was defeated before showing any kind of action whatsoever. However, before being smashed to the ground and judging by his outfit, it seems that License-less Rider prefers hand-to-hand-combat and relies on his speed.

Hanazawa Teruki is an esper who was first introduced as an antagonist, but later became Mob's friend after being defeated by him. He was the shadow leader (urabanchou) of Black Vinegar Middle School, using his psychic powers to rule over the delinquents at his own school, as well as to defeat those from other schools.

Teruki is a talented, quick-thinking, and hardworking esper. In terms of raw power, he is nowhere near Mob's level, but he compensates for this by putting in effort and training diligently. He is able to analyze other espers' techniques and their weaknesses in a short amount of time, and often incorporates said techniques in his own fights. He is constantly training to improve himself, and is remarked by various espers as possessing a keen and powerful set of skills.

Worshiped as the God of Suwa by having the spirit of Suwa Myojin within him. He's the person who offers safety to Tokiyuki after the fall of his clan in 1333. He is one of the 3 most outstanding arahitogami in Japan.

Gray Fullbuster is a member of the Fairy Tail guild. He is an 18 year-old ice mage, practicing ice alchemy, the art of molding ice. Due to his training history, he is most comfortable in little clothing and often forgets to wear clothes or quickly takes it off, thus often being accused of being an exhibitionist. He and Natsu have a friendly rivalry, and can often be seen fighting one another. Lucy believes the nature of his magic is the reason that he and Natsu constantly bicker. His member stamp is on the right side of his chest.   

~!Gray's adeptness and strength as an ice mage is quickly shown in the story. During the Lullaby of Death arc, he teams with Natsu and Erza to defeat the demon awakened from the evil spirit from the Lullaby of Death. Members of the League praise his quickness at molding ice. Later in the story, he defeats Juvia, one of the Elemental Four of Phantom Lord. This victory may have been partly influenced by Juvia's liking to Gray. Juvia comments on Gray's skill, shocked that he was able to freeze both her boiling water and the rain. After Phantom Lord's defeat, Juvia secretly spies on Gray, bringing a packed lunch for Gray while he and the guild are rebuilding the headquarters.!~  

In certain panels, Gray's necklaces looks quite similar to the Rave Stone which is a crucial part of another one of Mashima's stories, "Rave Master." Mashima has stated he doesn't remember the name. He takes off his clothes because Ul made him do it as one of her teachings and now it's a force of habit.

A third-year middle school student and a member of Elmei Junior and Senior High's boys' badminton team. While not the most-talented player, Taiki is nonetheless extremely hardworking. He very routinely goes to Elmei's gymnasium for morning open practice, sharing the floor with his crush, [Chinatsu Kano](https://anilist.co/character/191241/Chinatsu-Kano). Taiki's strong work ethic is complemented by his optimistic view of things and his headstrong demeanor. His two friends, [Kyou Kasahara](https://anilist.co/character/218647/Kyo-Kasahara) and [Hina Chono](https://anilist.co/character/218648/Hina-Chono), notice that he likes to push himself beyond his own limits in order to achieve his goals, no matter how far away said goals are from him. Taiki also tends to gets ahead of himself in various situations, as his first few interactions with Chinatsu reveal.

Chinatsu is frequently shown to be an inspiration for Taiki, as seeing her do her best motivates him to work harder. He vows to go to nationals after learning that Chinatsu will stay at his house so that she can focus on doing the same.

In the _Ao no Hako_ oneshot, Taiki is instead a member of his school's boys' volleyball team.
