Sanae is a very blunt, yet caring and intelligent girl. Known for always having a very stoic expression and demeanor, Sanae likes to keep to herself. She is extremely athletic and is particularly adept at running and swimming. Underneath her typically expressionless exterior, Sanae is shown to care greatly for her two closest friends, Mina and Yukari. The three girls are constantly seen together, both in and out of school. Sanae may have a soft spot for animals. In one instance, Sanae was chasing a cat that had taken Yukari's snack. However, upon realizing that the cat had taken the snack in order to feed its kittens, Sanae decided to let the feline keep the stolen snack.

The ex-manager of the basketball team at Teikou, and now serving as Touou's manager. She's in fact Aomine's childhood friend and enters Touou together with him because she can't leave him alone. She is actually in love with Kuroko and considers herself to be Kuroko's girlfriend. Her reasoning for loving Kuroko is that he once gave her a coupon for an extra ice cream, although he only did this because he was already full. As noted by Riko her data collection abilities are elite and she resembles a spy while observing the game. She doesn't only have the past data, but she can also predict the opponent's growth, and thus making her a great strategist. Apparently she's also bad at cooking.   ~!Seen in another Kuroko no Basuke Extra, it turns out that while her relationship with Kuroko is not yet official, they have gone out on a date before.!~

Alex was a WNBA player who had to retire because of an eye disease. Later on, she taught basketball to Kagami and Tatsuya. However, Kagami went back to Japan, so Alex only finished training Tatsuya.

Misuzu is Chuuta's classmate in his school. Although popular for her angelic face and excellence in both academic and sports, she has ill temper and sharp tongue that makes boys hesitant to approach her. She is a member of elDLIVE that has been assigned to observe Chuuta under her superior's order, Rein Blick, after the computer chose him as a suitable candidate to join elDLIVE.

After observing Chuuta for some times, she immediately concludes that he's not suit to become elDLIVE member, thinking of him as a pervert after seeing the way when he was looking at her during one their classes, something that she straightforwardly points out right in front of him and elDLIVE member. She takes pride of being an elDLIVE member and her duty very seriously. This made her refuses to acknowledge Chuuta as an official elDLIVE member or receiving any help from him, constantly criticise him for his lack of experience, which frustrates Chuuta.
