Prior to working for Willy Fog, multi-talented French feline Rigodon (occupying the role of Passepartout from the original novel; however, Brazilian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hebrew and Slovak dubbing named him Passepartout) was a circus performer, but wanting to escape the travelling life of the circus, Rigodon sought out employment as a manservant. His first attempt was a failure, as he worked for a gentleman who constantly travelled, and so he sought out employment with Willy Fog, knowing that Fog's strict routine meant he never travelled far. Rigodon's hopes of a quiet lifestyle, however, were quickly dashed when Fog accepted the wager to travel around the world in eighty days. Nevertheless, Rigodon dutifully accompanies his master on his trip, his circus-born agility and daring coming in handy on more than one occasion.

Mr. Sullivan, the head of the Bank of England, is a wolf and rival of Willy Fog in the Reform Club. He accepts Fog's bet and, determined to ensure Fog's failure and expose him as a "worthless bragger", decides to send a saboteur, Transfer, after Fog's steps. Following Transfer's failure to stop Fog he is sacked as head of the Bank of England on charges of misappropriation of funds.

Harrison (Japanese: ハヅキ Hazuki) is a character from the Pok&eacute;mon anime. He began his journey in Littleroot Town, Hoenn, and competed in the Silver Conference. His Japanese voice actor is 鳥海勝美 Katsumi Toriumi, his Latin-American Spanish voice actor is Enzo Fortuny and his English voice actor is Wayne Grayson.    He first appeared in Pop Goes the Sneasel. Along with Ash and his friends, Harrison tried to ward off a wild Sneasel that was guarding the sacred Ho-Oh flame. Harrison promised that he would capture it. Using his Houndoom, he did just that.    After many cameos during the qualifying rounds of the Silver Conference, Harrison appeared next in Can't Beat the Heat, where he and Ash began their six-on-six battle. It continued in Playing with Fire and Johto Photo Finish. In the latter episode, Harrison defeated Ash, but went on to lose to Jon Dickson.    It was Harrison who convinced Ash to go to the Hoenn region. He told Ash all about Professor Birch and about all the Pok&eacute;mon that Ash had probably never seen before. 

Anoki is a character of the day who appeared in *Fighting Pokémon! The Great Battle!*. He operates the Fighting Spirit Gym, an elite facility for Fighting-type Pokémon.

Anoki was training his Ebiwalar to compete in the upcoming P1 Grand Prix. He was so determined to train and win, that he was neglecting his family. His daughter Manami's feelings convinced Satoshi and Takeshi to compete in the P1 Grand Prix to defeat him.

Drew made his debut appearance in Now that's Flower Power!. Like Ash's main rival, Gary, Drew is portrayed as being confident, critical, and popular among his supporters, though generally not as overly insulting as Gary initially was.   When Drew had participated in his very first contest, he had lost badly to a strong coordinator named Solidad. He said the loss was so heart-breaking for him it had even made him cry. Though he had suffered a defeat in his first contest, he endeavored to become a better coordinator and has succeeded to a good extent. He used to be very prone to nervousness when he started his career as a coordinator.   He used to taunt May when he first met her because she used to be like him when he first started out. Even though his comments and attitude may have angered May, he still provides a helping hand whenever she needs it. Drew’s skills have been a continuing inspiration for May to better herself as a coordinator.   When Drew participated at the Slateport City Contest in Win, Lose or Drew!, he and his Roselia defeated May and her Beautifly, but went on to lose to Robert and his Milotic. Drew shows up again in Pros and Con Artists for the Fallarbor Town Contest. During the contest, however, he loses to Grace and her Medicham. Following the contest, Drew congratulates the winner, May, by giving her a rose. The gesture (which is repeated in later encounters) is seen by some fans to be a hint towards a romantic relationship between the two but no direct hints have been shown.   Notably, Drew made it to the finals of the Hoenn Grand Festival in Rhapsody in Drew by beating May in the semi-finals. However, he lost in the finals to Robert, who also beat him in the Slateport City contest, and was placed second.   Afterwards he decided to go for the Contests in the Kanto region along with May and their other rival, Harley. In May, We Harley Drew'd Ya!, he was reunited with his old rival and friend Solidad, who had defeated him a long time ago. During the Kanto Grand Festival, he lost to May in the semi-finals who was placed in the Top 4.   In The Unbeatable Lightness of Seeing, he said he would be traveling to Johto to participate in the contests in that region. He has the Contest Passes to compete in Hoenn, Kanto and Johto as well and as of Pruning a Passel of Pals! he had made cameo appearances in a A Full Course Tag Battle! flashback, watching May perform at the Wallace Cup.
