Chairman Rose is the president of Macro Cosmos and the chairman of the Galar Pokémon League. He was the first person to endorse [Dande](https://anilist.co/character/159780/Dande) as a Champion, and is also currently sponsoring [Beet's](https://anilist.co/character/184621/Beet) Gym Challenge. He also designed and developed the metropolis of Wyndon, which houses the headquarters for both the Galar Pokémon League and Macro Cosmos.

He is a descendant of the People of the Vale and wishes to restore his people's kingdom to its former glory. To this end, he has gathered allies among other modern-day People of the Vale and is in pursuit of Victini, hoping to use it to reactivate the Sword of the Vale, the ancient castle at the center of Eindoak Town. He wears goggles and a red cape. Originally from Teikoku. The reason why he plays for Teikoku is for his sister, Haruna Otonashi. He was forced to win 3 constructive soccer championships in order to be with her again, so he decided not to contact her for 6 years, leading Otonashi to believe she gets in his way. After seeing Kageyama's wrongdoings, he and the rest of Teikoku quit. Eventually, Kidou joins Endo's team, changing his cape to blue but changes it back to red in the FFI arc.

Zir is an agent of the mysterious organization Explorers, sent to retrieve Liko's pendant.
