She is an older woman who runs a magic book store at Castle Town of Melromarc. She was mentioned to be a witch by herself.

She gave magic books free of cost for Naofumi and his party to learn magic.

Yoshino Nara is the mother of Shikamaru Nara and the wife of Shikaku Nara. Though very strict and sometimes overbearing, she also has a sweet side.

Lucy appeared in the episode Queen of the Serpentine!. In the anime, it was mentioned that she does not teach her Pokémon defensive moves.   Before battling Ash, she had rescued his Pikachu from Team Rocket with her Seviper, defeating Jessie's Seviper in the process.   In the battle, Ash started off by using his Donphan against Lucy's Seviper. For a while, Lucy seemed to be having the upper hand despite the type disadvantage. However, Ash managed to turn the tables on the serpent Pokémon by using Donphan's Rollout to counter Seviper's Flamethrower, knocking it out of the battle.   Lucy then sent out her Milotic which easily took out Donphan with just a single powerful Hydro Pump attack. Left with no other choice, Ash decide to use Pikachu. However, again, despite the type disadvantage, Lucy almost managed to defeat the electric-mouse Pokémon by treating it to a barrage of Hydro Pumps and Twisters. She even used paralysis to her advantage by using Facade. Ash finally managed to defeat it and win the match when he innovated a move by making Pikachu jump inside one of the twisters and using a spinning Volt Tackle.   In addition to her preference of serpentine Pokémon, Lucy also seems to have a soft spot for squinty eyes, as she was shown to keep several pet Pokémon at home, all of which had squinty eyes. She develops a crush on Brock due to his squinty eyes.   Lucy in the anime is very different from her game self personality wise. In the anime, though quiet, Lucy seems to be a rather a nice person, allowing Ash to battle her even though the Pike was closed that particular day. She also congratulated him on his victory. In the games, however, she is narcissistic and seems to be very irritated when the player defeats her. Her change of attitude in the anime can be attributed to her crush on Brock and a desire to impress him.

Shirahama Saori is Mototsugu's wife and Kenichi and Honoka's mother. She is a fairly tall and deceptively youthful look middle-aged woman who is considered quite attractive. She is slender in built yet sports a rather curvaceous figure and sizable bust. She is fair-skinned with brown eyes and straight brown hair, traits she passed on to her children. Her bangs have strands hanging between her eyes with the rest being chin-length yet curve outwards to hang beside her face.   She also has a few strands hanging over her ears to frame her face and shoulder-length ponytail at the back. She is commonly seen wearing pink lipstick, a plain yellow shirt with a purple long sleeve underneath, and short skirt just above her knees with stockings around her legs. She is also usually seen wearing a plain apron for chores. As a young teenager, she was already considered very beautiful with a noticeable developed figure for her age. She as she had long brown hair reaching her waist.   Unlike Mototsugu who always acts in a goofy and protective manner, Saori is normally calm and collected member of the Shirahama household, only getting worked up when her husband annoys or embarrasses her. She always has to subdue her husband in a comical manner whenever he gets too excited and tries to go to the Ryozanpaku dojo with his shotgun, Sebastian.   She often praises her husband whenever he does something fatherly, which is often necessary because her husband usually breaks into tears after delivering an inspiring speech to Kenichi. When he tried to tell their children about how she gave him love letters when they were younger, she was angry, scratching her nails on the wall and giving a scary look, suggesting she can be quite threatening when she wishes. She even threatened to show their children that he was the one who actually gave her tons of love letters when they were younger. Despite this, she loves her husband very much, as she always calls him "anata".  When it comes to her children, she supports them in anything they do, such as when Kenichi wanted to move in to Ryozanpaku, she was a little worried, but she knew he had a reason for what he was doing and supported his decision. Saori is also kind and gentle when it comes to parenting, never yelling at her children and making sure they are safe, even telling Honoka to give Kenichi's masters a gift for good luck. 

Toki is the daughter of the late Daimyo Oowashi, twin sister of Sagi and the ruler of the Land of Birds. She lost all hope after her brother died, and nearly committed suicide, but Sagi's spirit stopped her, and gave her his stopped pocket watch, symbolizing her inability to move past the loss. She posed as her brother Sagi as the daimyo, and assumed the identity as the Cursed Warrior in order to kill Moso, the person who had assassinated her brother and father. Toki attempted to attack Oki, but was defeated, and resigned herself to death, seeing that she was unable to take revenge. Naruto, however, arrived and convinced her to live on for the sake of the Land of Birds before defeating Oki. After Oki's defeat, Toki's watch began moving forward again, symbolizing her ability to move on. The next day, Toki revealed her deception and apologized to the people of the land, but asked to be allowed to continue ruling the land to help restore it to its peaceful nature. The people forgave her and she continued to rule as Toki.
