Lulu Peeply is one of the five foremen of Dock One. His specialties are pitch, block and tackle, and blacksmithing. Lulu fights with double-weapons, although what weapons he uses change at times; he has been seen fighting with swords, guns, and saws, though he tends to stick with swords later in the story. Lulu constantly has part of his hair sticking up. When he tries to push it down, it always pops up somewhere else, such as the other side of his head, his mustache, and other people's heads. In most situations this is simply humorous, with other characters looking at him funny for it or simply ignoring the oddness. However, at times it actually comes in handy; in battle, Lulu can make the hair come out of somebody's nose to distract them, leaving them open for him to attack.

This Stand takes the form of a fishing rod with a skull-shaped reel. The line can phase through any non-living thing, and sense living things in the immediate vicinity. When a victim touches that area, Beach Boy will hook them, and begin burrowing into their body, usually aiming for the heart (Beach Boy is sensitive enough that Pesci can tell precisely where in the body the hook is). Devil Dias was a pirate, former captain of the Acumate Pirates, but was captured and sold as a slave to the family of World Noble, Saint Roswald. 

Vice-Admiral Lacroix (ラクロワ中将, Rakurowa Chūjō) is a Marine Vice Admiral who is also part of the Giant Squad.    He is one of the few giants seen thus far that does not have unusual facial features or a beard. Like many giants, he has a large, bulky belly. He wears a Marine hat and a one piece suit with his sleeves rolled up, with a purple tie. Like all high-ranking Marines, he wears a standard Marine coat draped over his shoulders.    As a Vice Admiral, he has power and authority over a great deal of the Marines below him. Because he is a giant, he is extremely strong. He was capable of easily surviving gunfire and cannon shots from enemy ships. He carries a sword but his skill with it is unknown thus far.

Saint Jalmack is a World Noble who was introduced 10 years prior to the start of the series.  Though his initial appearance is hidden in the shadows, Jalmack has a similar hairstyle as the Roswald family, but his goes up in two bulbs. He also has a wide chin.  As with all other World Nobles, Jalmack wears a thick suit adorned with medal-like knobs on the front. However, since he was not at Sabaody Archipelago, he cannot wear one of the resin bubbles as a helmet, due to the bubbles popping outside of that area. Instead, he wears a rectangular helmet, in order to prevent himself from breathing the same air as commoners.
