Brigadier General Basque Grand (the Iron Blood Alchemist) is an ambitious alchemist known for going to any lengths to complete an assignment. His alchemy title refers to Grand's ability to transmute the iron in his blood to an assortment of guns and other weapons. Grand was also in charge of the &quot;defunct&quot; Laboratory 5 in Central, which he ran in hope of creating a philosopher's stone for his own purposes.

A chimera that follows Greed. He was fused with a bull, making him as strong as one, as demonstrated to Al when he literally knocks Greed's head off with his hammer (Greed, naturally, recovers from this). He wields a hammer as his weapon and has an ability to transform into an enhanced version of himself with more bull-like aspects like horns and greater strength. He's the only one of the three that fought in Ishval. He cameos in the 15th volume, shown as a background soldier, after Roy Mustang's appearance in the battle ground.

Yajirobe is a human who first appeared near the end of Dragon Ball. He is a samurai who used to live in the wilderness. He met Son Goku when Goku ate the fish he was cooking, which lead to a conflict between them. The two become friends just as Piccolo Daimao's third offspring Cymbal shows up wanting the One-Star Dragon Ball Yajirobe has. Yajirobe defeats and eats Cymbal. With the Piccolo Daimao threat abound, Yajirobe cowers instead of joining Goku to defeat him. He supports the Z Fighters mostly from the sidelines after by living with Karin, growing and delivering Senzu to the group.    ~!Yajirobe shows a surprising moment of bravery during the Vegeta Saga, when he uses his katana to sever Oozaru Vegeta's tail, and later slicing through Vegeta's armor. !~  After that, his role as a fighter ends, and his overall role in the series is just giving the heroes Senzu Beans, although he is the spotlight of some comic-relief filler during the Artificial Human and Cell Sagas. By the time of the Majin Buu Saga, he is a minor character, but still makes small appearances. He only briefly appears in Dragon Ball GT, now having a mustache, in episode 40.  In the alternate Future Trunks time line, Yajirobe, interestingly enough, didn't go into hiding with Master Roshi and the others but instead fought against the Artificial Humans. Although this is not seen in the Trunks TV Special, a brief scene of his death is seen in the Cell Saga of the anime.  He is voiced in the original Japanese version by Mayumi Tanaka, who also voices Kuririn (this was more than likely done because the original manga has Goku saying that Yajirobe's voice sounds like Kuririn's). Dalzollene is a leader of Neon Nostrade's bodyguards and Kurapika's direct superior. His weapon is a katana inscribed with runes that increase its power when infused Nen. In the anime, he manages to pierce Uvogin by 5 millimeters with the katana. He appears to enjoy music and is dedicated to his job. He also was not hesitant to sacrifice three of Neon's bodyguards when she predicted Troupe activity at the Yorknew Underground Auction. He had developed his Ten so that he could defend himself from ten bullets. He is later killed by Phinks, as the Phantom Troupe infiltrate a Nostrade compound in order to rescue a captured Uvogin. Lord Gennon is a high-ranking noble in Chuder. During the early days of the Band of the Hawk, he hired them for a number of jobs. A notorious pedophile, he developed an attraction for Griffith, which culminated when Griffith agreed to sleep with him in exchange for funds to support the growing Band. He is often seen to be attended by many very young male servants, no older than being in their teens. Gennon's voice was done by Masashi Oki in the Japanese version of the original anime and Fred Velde was his English voice actor.   ~!Gennon later rose to become Governor of Doldrey. When General Boscone reveals that the Band of the Hawk's leader is Griffith, his obsession starts to cloud his judgement, which would eventually lead to his defeat. When the Band of the Hawk attacked Doldrey as part of Midland's regular army during the One Hundred Years War, Gennon became so obsessed with capturing Griffith to the detriment of his greater military objectives. Chuder lost the battle, in large part because Gennon overrode the military command structure and took direct control of Chuder's forces, which was all in Griffith's plan. In his final moments, he pleaded with Griffith, telling him that all he wanted was to have him back. This plea fell upon deaf ears as Gennon was killed by Griffith after the main part of Chuder's army fled the battlefield following the death of General Boscone at Guts's hands.!~

Bazuso was exaggerated in stature, and stood much taller than other men. Although he was killed before he could be seen without his armor, it can be inferred that his physique was very muscular due to the excessive size of his weapon, as well as the incredible size and weight of his armor.

Bazuso was a violent and brash man. He was greatly arrogant and seemingly viewed himself as superior to his foes, taunting those reluctant to attack him and loudly goading his enemies right in front of him. He bore an insatiable drive for combat and possessed incredible physical strength, which allowed him to easily slay anyone who challenged him. However, after Guts emerged as the victor of their duel and mortally wounded Bazuso, he attempted to yield before Guts finished him off.

Bazuso's strength and fighting ability became infamous throughout the battlefield. It is said that he once successfully took on over thirty men in combat, earning him the moniker of "Thirty-Man Slayer", and that he defeated a bear by himself, both of which were testaments to his incredible physical strength. Bazuso was strong enough to send men flying with a single swing of his battleaxe, even when using just one arm.

Bazuso wielded a large battleaxe during his fight against Guts. Due to his fearsome reputation, one can assume that he was very skilled in wielding it. Furthermore, the size of the battleaxe complimented Bazuso's height, giving him a wide reach in combat.

Placed in charge of a fortress under siege by a band of mercenaries, Bazuso leaves the group frozen in fear on sight, intimidated by the immense reputation of the battleaxe wielding man. As Bazuso taunts his enemies, Guts, a young independent mercenary, puts himself forward to remedy the problem; he tells his employer that he will kill Bazuso in exchange for seven pieces of gold. Though Bazuso intends to humor Guts in accepting his duel, expecting to kill the young swordsman with little effort, the ensuing battle is fought on equal terms. After an exchange of blows, Guts is fortunate enough to be able to damage Bazuso's battleaxe and deliver a powerful slash to his waist, forcing the colossal man to his knees. In his final moments, Bazuso attempts to yield for his life; Guts quickly drives his sword down into the neutralized man's head, splitting it half-way, one of Bazuso's eyes dislodged from the impact. It is Guts' triumph over Bazuso that earns him the attention of the Band of the Falcon, and more specifically, Griffith.
