The "Turtle Immortal" is an ancient and wise martial arts master and the first Earthling to wield the Kamehameha. Though he seems frail, he is a mighty warrior. Muten-Rôshi trained Grandpa Son Gohan, Ox King, Son Goku, Kuririn, and Yamcha. His home, Kame House, a shack on a small isolated island, serves as a gathering place for the Z Fighters and friends. He is a stock character, as he is both the archetypal wise old man and dirty old man, the latter being typical of shōnen anime. Sometimes he gets cranky, which further provides comic relief. He is bald, with a thick goatee and a thick mustache. Muten-Rôshi wears beach clothes or a martial arts suit and a turtle shell on his back. He usually wields a walking stick. North Kaio (北の界王, Kita no Kaiō?) (English dubs: King Kai, North Kai) is the Kaio of the quadrant of the galaxy where the planets Earth and Namek reside. In the English manga, he is also known as Kaiô-sama or Lord of the Worlds. Claiming himself to be very humorous; he will only teach his subordinates if they laugh at his non-comedic jokes (really bad puns in the original Japanese). He can only train those who can reach the end of Snakeway. He trained Goku, who succeeded in doing so and taught him very powerful techniques that have been essential to many of his battles: including the Genki Dama (Spirit Bomb in English dubs) and the Kaio Ken. Mewtwo is a Pokémon created by science.

Mewtwo was created after years of horrific gene splicing and DNA engineering experiments based on Mew. It is said to have the most savage heart among all Pokémon, lack compassion, and strike fear into its enemy with cold, glowing eyes. Because it was engineered to be the ultimate in battle, it can only think of defeating its foes. In the first movie, where it was shown to be capable of levitation, telepathy, and mind control, Mewtwo exemplified these vicious characteristics. However, it was later shown to be caring, protective, and even altruistic. Another Mewtwo in the anime shared its aversion to contact with others but was much less belligerent.

Mewtwo conserves energy by remaining motionless in order to unleash its full power in battle. It is also capable of materializing psychic waves in the form of its signature move, Psystrike. Though rarely seen in the wild, it is said to be resting in a dark cave somewhere.

A flying pirate who is tough on the exterior, but very soft on the inside. When he was kidnapping kindergarten girls from a passenger ship, he decided to kidnap all of them because he didn&rsquo;t think it&rsquo;d be nice for them to be separated from their friends. When Fio reprimanded him for dishonouring flying pirates, he quickly bowed his head in shame. He doesn&rsquo;t like Porco Rosso because Porco Rosso always gets in his way. However, when Fio told him to stop bothering Porco Rosso, he listened.

The bear dog Riki, who was trained by Takeda Gohei, disappeared in the mountains during a fight with the bear Akakabuto. Riki lost his memory but never forgot his enemy. He gathered many dogs who were willing to fight against the monster bear, and became their leader. When he meets his son Gin for the first time he doesn't recognize him, even though he tries to remember. As he sends him and the soldiers out to find more dogs, Riki stays in the area of the bears, trying to hold his position. 

In the GNG anime he is has brown fur instead of red.

John is Hidetoshi's well-trained German shepherd dog, who left his owner and went after Gin. He is a brave dog and a bit arrogant at times, but very good at fighting.

Great is a Great dane dog, leader of the second platoon. The only major role he plays is getting Bemu to join his platoon.

Hidetoshi is John's owner and the son of the ex-mayor who was killed by Akakabuto. He has decided to kill Akakabuto to revenge his father's death. In Ginga Densetsu Weed, Hidetoshi helps the villagers blow up Gajou to put an end Hougen&rsquo;s siege on Ou.

Freeza is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku; a few Dragon Ball Z movies, and in Dragon Ball GT. He is one of the most powerful major supervillains introduced throughout the Dragon Ball universe. In the gag series Neko Majin Z, it is revealed that he has a son, Kuriza. 

Freeza is introduced in the series as the powerful galactic overlord on a mission for immortality and conquest, ruler of an empire said to control seventy-nine or more planets. Freeza creates armies from the planets that he conquers, his most utilized race were the Saiyans. Freeza had heard about the legend of the Super Saiyan, a being with unrivaled power, but dismissed it as simple mythology; however, after several Saiyans emerged with rapidly evolving potential, Freeza began to fear that the legend would indeed come true, so as a result, destroyed the Saiyan race. His actions and lust for power eventually bring him into conflict with the heroes of the series when he tries to take possession of the wish-granting Dragon Balls on Planet Namek. 

~!Freeza's fears were realized when he was defeated by Goku, who in turn had become a Super Saiyan. His character would return shortly thereafter, having survived the encounter with Goku but having been left with multiple metal prosthetics. Though accompanied to Earth by his father, Freeza is unable to avenge his loss, being killed with relative ease by a newcomer to the series, the half-Saiyan time traveler Trunks. A blood sample taken before his ultimate fate would later become a catalyst for the next arc's featured villain: Cell, a warrior genetically engineered to be perfect. Toei Animation would continue to make use of the character in their anime adaptation, with Freeza making brief cameo appearances during the Boo arc, animated features, and Dragon Ball GT. He is last referenced in the manga as a measure of the strength of the Kaioshin, the supreme lords of the Dragon Ball universe, as "each of whom could have felled Freeza in one blow." In Toriyama's out-of-continuity parody of his earlier work Neko Majin Z, Freeza sends his henchman Vegeta on errand to retrieve his missing son on Earth.!~
