She was ill with a fatal disease since her childhood. As the only woman to care for Faust VIII, he, in return, slaved over his studies to find a cure for her. After her recovery, they married and opened a clinic together. She and Faust were very happy living together... until their home was broken into and the burglar, armed with a gun, killed Eliza, who was the only one in the clinic at the time. Now she serves as Faust&#039;s main spirit as he works to become Shaman King and revive her. As Faust grows stronger, she becomes more lifelike. Although he was unable to revive her yet, Anna was able to summon her spirit back to Earth allowing Faust to communicate and see her. Mami Tomoe is a veteran magical girl and a third-year student at Madoka's school. She lives alone in a penthouse after her parents were killed in a car crash, which Mami survived after contracting with Kyuubey. Mami is particularly focused on saving, guiding, and protecting those around her, which is a traditionally selfless perspective on the role of magical girl. She is much like a maternal figure to Madoka and Sayaka, being the eldest among them. Her name could be considered a play on the word 'mommy', further supported in the third film, where she has a companion named "Bebe". Though Mami's outward disposition is cheery and confident, Mami feels deeply alone as she has no friends to confide in as she fights.

 ~!Madoka offers to become her partner and save her from her loneliness, but Mami is killed immediately after during battle with a witch; as per Madoka's wish, at the close of the final timeline, this witch never existed, and Mami is therefore seen, alive, with Kyoko and Homura at the end of the series. According to Kyuubey, she never knew the darker truths concerning Soul Gems and origins of witches. In a previous timeline, learning of these truths drove Mami insane and she attempted to murder the remaining magical girls to prevent them from becoming witches, and in the Oriko Magica timeline, she contemplates letting herself be killed and/or committing suicide so she doesn't become a witch herself.!~


Biscuit is a master and experienced teacher of Nen. She continues the Nen training Wing gave to Gon and Killua during the Greed Island arc. As a Treasure Hunter, Biscuit loves collecting rare jewels (and gets very excited about them; she has a habit of naming them) and getting money. Biscuit has a devious personality. She initially uses her cutesy appearance and demeanor to her advantage whether it's for information gathering, getting what she wants, or even in combat by acting innocent and helpless so most people will usually put their guards down around her. However, as a teacher of Nen, she has a stern and serious attitude towards her students.   

~!Though in the beginning she was out to trouble Gon and Killua, at the end of the Greed Island arc she acknowledges (albeit, in her head) that she's close to developing parental feelings toward the two of them.!~
