Kaoru-chan operates a donut cafe out of his truck. He knows the girls well, and frequently gives them advice. He knows that Tarte and Chiffon can talk, and generally seems aware of what goes on. He often tells bad jokes.

Ken Maeda was a Japanese comedian, impressionist, actor and choreographer who was affiliated with K Dash Stage. He was the leader of the Maeken Trance Project, making trance renditions of famous songs.
