General White is the questionably sane, often over-reactive Russian commander of Muscle Tower, the Red Ribbon Army&#039;s northern fortress. The oldest of the known officers, White, while not a gifted strategist, is observant and draws conclusions with surprising speed, and is the only officer to have ever found out Goku&#039;s primary weakness; his tail. Trapped at the top of the six-level tower through status, White spends his time either smoking a pipe, taking sips from his flask, yelling, or bursting out in laughter for no apparent reason. While he is easily irritated and slightly impatient, White is surprisingly complementary, congratulating Goku when he reached the sixth floor and praising Ninja Murasaki for a job well done when he supposedly killed Goku. As Goku and Android 8 reach the sixth and final level of the tower, which is his level, Goku and General White fight, but it is clear that Goku is much stronger. He then threatens to kill the village chief if Android 8 doesn&#039;t comply to kill Goku, and shoots the boy with a handgun. In retaliation, Android 8 finally punches General White out of Muscle Tower, flying into the mountains, never to be seen or heard of again.

Garlic Junior is a demon that appears in Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone, and was the main villain during a filler saga in the anime. His father was imprisoned by Kami in the realm of darkness, leaving Garlic Jr. with a deep feeling of resentment and desire for revenge. He collects the Dragon Balls and gains immortality. He is defeated when faced with an angry Gohan, who pushes Garlic Jr. into the Dead Zone, an alternate dimension he can freely open. Though defeated, he later reappears in the Garlic Jr. Saga in the gap between the Freeza and Trunks sagas, and battles once more against the combined efforts of Kuririn, Piccolo, and Son Gohan. He uses his power source, the Makyo-sei, to escape the Dead Zone, and uses the Black Water Mist, which causes those who breathed it in to become mindless demon slaves under his rule. He is stopped after Gohan destroys the Makyo-sei, which drains his power, leaving him trapped in the Dead Zone once again.    His resemblance is of a much earlier villain in the series, Pilaf. The two sound and almost look identical to each other, both being cunning villainous dwarves voiced by Chuck Huber and Shigeru Chiba. However, whereas Pilaf is a mere comic relief character, Garlic Jr. is a much more serious and sadistic villain, a clear reflection of the change in the tone of the entire Dragon Ball series as a whole.

A former engineer, Nigel worked on the Boomer Project with Sylia's father and Brian J. Mason, then later helped Sylia design and build the hard suits. Now a mechanic, he helps maintain the hard suits. He is romantically involved with Sylia, but because of his quiet, sullen nature he is called the "man of a thousand grunts" by other characters and his true feelings for Sylia are unknown. Mackey becomes his protege and one of the few people Nigel seems to consider a friend.   ~!At the beginning of the series, Priss appears to be infatuated with him, though he does not react to her flirtations. However, he later creates a "Motoslave" specifically for her that, using Nigel's voice, says it wishes to protect Priss. She is also the only team member he shows any concern about when she is injured and appears to be bothered by her ignoring him.!~

Captain Nezumi (ネズミ大佐 Nezumi Taisa) is a Marine Officer of the 16th Branch, in the East Blue. His appearance and manner are rodent-like (as "nezumi" is Japanese for both "mouse" and "rat"), and he is arrogant and decidedly corrupt. Nezumi takes bribes from Arlong, so the Fishman pirate can keep a low profile. Acting on a tip from Arlong, he uncovers the treasure that Nami had been hoarding in order to buy back Cocoyashi Village and confiscates it from her. After Arlong is defeated, Nezumi attempts to intervene against the Straw Hat Pirates, but he is quickly defeated and forced to return all that he stole. His report back to his superiors is what prompts the Marines to assign Luffy with his first bounty.

A police officer that Meg robbed when she was younger. Based on flashbacks, it is implied that Sam once had a family (a wife and daughter), that are now dead as he carries around his daughter's doll with him. He saves Charlie and Shirley from falling debris at the area Jo was fighting Lava, one of the "Genocide Angel" candidates. Afterward, he adopts all three children while Meg and Jo leave their own way.

Anoki is a character of the day who appeared in *Fighting Pokémon! The Great Battle!*. He operates the Fighting Spirit Gym, an elite facility for Fighting-type Pokémon.

Anoki was training his Ebiwalar to compete in the upcoming P1 Grand Prix. He was so determined to train and win, that he was neglecting his family. His daughter Manami's feelings convinced Satoshi and Takeshi to compete in the P1 Grand Prix to defeat him.

He also possesses excellent artificial intelligence and calmly judges his opponents so as to defeat them within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, his inner computer begins to shut down and smoke emits from his body. Originally he was Zangyaku Choujin (Brutal Superman) but after the Choujin Olympics, he becomes a Seigi Choujin (Justice Superman). He typically has no facial expression, but when he faces a formidable opponent a creepy smile known as the Warsman Smile appears on his face.  Born half Robot and half Choujin in a poor Russian family, Warsman had a very rough childhood. Having been teased and ridiculed for his robotic face, he grew up getting into fights with various bullies.
