Esdeath's Father was a tribal leader of the Partas Clan. He taught Esdeath her primary survival skills and honed her hunting abilities. 

He is a tall middle-aged man with light blue hair worn in a mullet-like style, as well as a short beard, and blue eyes. He wears tribal clothing consisting of a black short-sleeved turtleneck shirt, a long white kimono, and a red vest on top of it, with a sash on his waist and a golden medallion around his neck. He also wears a black headband with his clan's symbol on it.

He always has been this strict until Yukihira Soma, the Yukihira transfer student's resourceful and innovative cooking that made him smile for the first time with the impression Soma's version of Boeuf Bourguignon; making Soma is the first (and the only) rookie chef intrigued by this iron heart veteran.  As the professional lecturer with French Cuisine is part of his forte and pride, Chapelle is very serious upon his native dish and he is not tolerate any fools (student or anyone alike) making fun of it. It is also believed that rigid discipline meant 100% success, Chapelle has a concept that any student whom didn't pass with the flying colors are considered people who failed to prove their worth. With his grumpy and no-nonsense attitude combined, Chapelle's strict discipline is so extreme that every students feared him as his judgement meant absolute end should the requirement didn't meet his expectations, to extended that even the legendary Alumni 10 dares not to cross him.  Behind this iron heart, Chapelle is also rather a fair lecturer who treated his students with fair results.

__Gebaze__ was the Head of Public Finance of The Empire. He was a large man with dark hair and a small mustache who wore clothing resembling those of a sultan. Additionally around his neck he wore a golden jeweled necklace.



Genba is a character of the day who appeared in JN051.
Genba met Ash and Goh, whilst they were investigating an outbreak of Geodude at Rock Tunnel. Ash received word that Genba was a challenger in the World Coronation Series and had a battle with Genba using his Gurdurr to battle Ash's Farfetch'd. After a tough match, Gurdurr was eventually defeated when Farfetch'd's Brutal Swing was able to smash through Gurdurr's girder, allowing Farfetch'd to know it out, causing Genba's ranking to go down.

Tadashi Okazaki was a minor character serving time at the Eishu Juvenile Detention Center.

He was the referee for Kenichi's fight against Daimonji and quickly wanted to test Kenichi's skills after his win. Though he easily defeats Kenichi, he is not satisfied with his victory after he finds bruises on his ankle, where Kenichi grabbed him. When he later fights Kenichi the second time, he is quickly defeated by Kenichi's Yamatzuki and overhead throw. He reports his loss to Ragnarok's Kisara and is told to leave town, sending Kenichi shooting into the martial arts world.
