Suika is a young girl who lives in the village with the other stone age humans. Her most notable feature is the large watermelon on her head, which she can climb inside to disguise herself as the fruit. Senku first meets Suika when he, Chrome, and Kohaku were searching for iron sand in a nearby river.

Suika is eager to help Senku build his kingdom of science because she's never been useful to anyone before. She comes to work as an information gatherer for the kingdom of science, occasionally being referred to as 'Ace 
Detective Suika.'

Puora is a fairy who lives in the Fairy King's Forest.

Sawada is a very clingy towards Kyouko Hori. Due to her attachment to Hori, she often gets angry when Hori is together with Izumi Miyamura, choosing to push him away. She views Miyamura as a love rival, but also as a brotherly figure. She was very close to her older brother who passed away some years ago. She also appears to have mild androphobia, often freezing up, running away, or hiding when approached by men. However, ever since she got to know Miyamura, she would hide behind him instead whenever a male approaches her. She is slowly getting used to being around Miyamura's male friends.  

~!She is one of the side characters that make​ an appearance in chapter 29. She is first seen stalking Miyamura, causing many people, including Hori, to assume she has a crush on Miyamura. However, it is revealed that the person she has a crush on is Hori.!~

Iroha came to Kamihama to investigate strange dreams she was having. Kind-hearted, she tends to worry too much about others. She's not up on the latest trends and isn't good with her phone. Usually reserved, she can be a fighter when it matters most.

A young robot girl who worked for Luna before the Ruin. After Luna was killed though, Nico was supposedly thrown into the dump to be disposed of. Casshern comes across Nico in episode 9 and due to her brain wires messed up, she has repeated her same actions over and over for years.

The heroine, a middle school girl who is indecisive and prone to crying. She is best friends with Hikari Sakishima. 

She is an anthropomorphic avatar of the Sentoku class I-401 submarine whose sole function is to follow Gunzou Chihaya's orders. It is hinted that two years ago she was programmed, placed on stasis and set adrift by Gunzou's father, Shouzou Chihaya, to wait for his son's arrival in order to awaken and have him take command of her.

She often wants to play with Makoto during his visits at her house. Her first name means &quot;heart&quot; in Japanese.

A high-school student whose real name is Amate Yuzuriha. Machu has always felt that her daily life in a peaceful colony was somehow false. After meeting Nyaan, she becomes the pilot of the GQuuuuuuX and begins participating in Clan Battle.
