Hanazawa Teruki is an esper who was first introduced as an antagonist, but later became Mob's friend after being defeated by him. He was the shadow leader (urabanchou) of Black Vinegar Middle School, using his psychic powers to rule over the delinquents at his own school, as well as to defeat those from other schools.

Teruki is a talented, quick-thinking, and hardworking esper. In terms of raw power, he is nowhere near Mob's level, but he compensates for this by putting in effort and training diligently. He is able to analyze other espers' techniques and their weaknesses in a short amount of time, and often incorporates said techniques in his own fights. He is constantly training to improve himself, and is remarked by various espers as possessing a keen and powerful set of skills.

He is the Suzaki High Senior Student Council President.


Konohamaru named after the village he lives in: Konoha, is the grandson of the Third Hokage and by extension the nephew of Asuma Sarutobi. Konohamaru usually hangs out with his two friends, Udon and Moegi. Together, they call themselves the "Konohamaru Corps" ("Konohamaru Ninja Squad" in the English dub). 

In Part II they are teamed together under the leadership of Ebisu, Konohamaru's former tutor.  At the start of the series, Konohamaru feels unacknowledged due to his status as the Hokage's grandson. As such, he frequently attempts to defeat his grandfather in battle so that he can become Hokage himself and earn the recognition he desires. Once meeting Naruto Uzumaki, Konohamaru realizes that he can't become Hokage by simply attacking his grandfather and will need to train hard to accomplish this goal.

<b>Kei Nagai</b> is an Ajin and the main protagonist of the series.

Kei was first shown with an academic, serious personality. He is very intelligent and hardworking with ambitions to be a doctor who cures illnesses that don't yet have a cure; specifically to cure his sister Eriko.

Despite Kei's lack of emotional investment in others, he seems to have strong personal values that he tries to live by. He demonstrates gratitude for Kaito's help and cares about his welfare. He also doesn't begrudge Satō for having killed others to free him, but does not support killing more people unnecessarily.

Shousuke Komi is Shouko's younger brother. He's quiet most of the time but can converse well.

Shousuke has short trimmed hair and his eyes are usually hidden with his bangs. Still, his very appearance is similar to his mother and sister and can be referred to as a handsome man.

Shousuke appears to share many traits with his older sister, often choosing to remain silent and being widely popular among his peers as a result. Unlike Shouko, who stays quiet mainly because of her anxieties and problems communicating, Shousuke doesn't feel bothered talking, perfectly capable of communicating without speaking in the first place.

He is very apathetic, often neglecting to do anything he deems annoying or pointless, such as introducing himself to the class, instead opting to remain silent. In contrast to his sister, whose goal is to make friends, Shousuke seems to be perfectly content being by himself as he often flat-out ignores any classmates who invite him to eat lunch with them.
