Gen Asagiri is an enemy turned ally of Senku. Originally de-petrified by Tsukasa Shishio, he was sent to find Senku, only to defect to the Kingdom of Science. Gen later becomes one of the Five Wise Generals.

He is somewhat full of himself and his abilities, taking pride in his status as a magician and a mentalist, along with his knowledge of the human psyche. Gen is rather quirky and can often be seen speaking in Pig Latin. He tends to be lazy, self absorbed, and perverted, and he is also perfectly capable of lying without a hint of stress or change in expression. While he frequently portrays an aura of selfishness, hard self-interest, manipulation and deviousness, Gen is intrinsically a good person who can't bring himself to harm others. His outward appearance is masked by his mastery in psychology, but his actions tell of loyalty, determination, kindness and even sacrifice at times.

While not nearly as intelligent in terms of science compared to Senku, he proves to be his equal and one of his most vital allies due to his ability to understand the human psyche and manipulate people through lies in contrast to Senku's more honest nature. He uses his abilities to promote cooperation and enthusiasm, motivate allies, conduct negotiations, and outsmart enemies. He tends to shift between acting as a ditzy airhead when it suits him (such as to avoid work or going into battle) and an intelligent manipulator. He is confident and is shown to have nerves of steel, even in the face of death.

He has frequently stated that his favourite drink is cola, and that he cannot handle alcohol.

Kiyoshi is the elder brother of Shoichi and Teruko, who gets kidnapped by the Drum House Demon, Kyogai.

Nicolo is a former Marleyan soldier who served on Marley's Navy and was part of the first survey fleet to Paradis Island after the failed Paradis Island Operation. After being taken captive, he begins working on the island as a chef for the military.

Niccolo was at first a very typical Marleyan, fearing the Eldians of Paradis Island and calling them devils. He was very disgusted with having been captured by them and having to live by their side, but after spending a lot of time with the Survey Corps, he and his comrades have developed grudging respect and shaky friendships with the ones they once thought of as devils. He notably grew a soft spot for a Survey Corp member, [Sasha Blouse](https://anilist.co/character/45887/Sasha-Blouse), after she complimented him on his cooking skills. Over time, the two gradually grew closer, enough for [Kaya](https://anilist.co/character/132738/Kaya) to believe they were in love. Niccolo credits Sasha with saving him from the war and teaching him that he can cook to make people happy.



He is a nobleman of House Vaude and the vice-captain of Clover Kingdom's Golden Dawn squad of the Magic Knights. He is from Tota, a village within the Clover Kingdom.

Minamoto Teru is a 2nd year student at Kamome Academy's High School Division and the school's Student Council President. He is also a member of a renowned family of exorcists, the Minamoto Clan.
Teru is Kou's older brother.

Ouji is very attached to Yuri Amagake, which was a result caused by Yuri giving him a handkerchief. He quickly became obsessive over her. Going to lengths, such as stalking her and even deciding to end his life by jumping off a building, taking Yuri down with him.

Dr. Knox's son. He wants to become a doctor like his father and spurrs Dr. Knox to return to his work as a doctor.

In fact, he has been divorced by his wife seven times.

Midnight is a mage which belongs to the Oración Seis guild, a dark guild composed of highly powerful mages whose goal is to find a power known as Nirvana, a very destructive power that was sealed away long ago. Not much is know about Midnight currently that not even the Blue Pegasus Guild, who were monitoring the Oración Seis, have much information about him outside his name.  He thinks of Brain as his own father, but they are not related.
