Blader DJ (Also known as DJ Jazzman) is the referee of the Beyblade manga, anime, and game series. Every Blader DJ is different in another country.   He is a cool announcer with a bandanna and appears throughout all the series of Beyblade. He calls the bladers to begin matches by saying the all important 3-second countdown phrase before saying "GO! Shoot!" in the Japanese version or "Let It Rip!" in the English version. He also comments on what's happening in the battle for the audience and viewers at home. At the end of Volume 14 of the manga, Daichi took over as the referee. Hector is one of the Witches of Sin, being the Warlock of Melancholy. He has a negative personality, usually expressing his negativity in words. Hector has some form of relation with Echidna. He also wears a outfit similar to that of Roswaal's

Nyanta is an old friend of Shiroe, as he also used to be a member of the Debauchery Tea Party. He's the one who protected Serara while she was trapped in the city of Susukino. He considers himself a "gentleman"; his weapon of choice is the rapier which he can double-wield. He can cook meals that have actual taste due to his subclass.

The grim reaper himself. He is by far the most powerful character in the series. He is a bit of a joker but when the time comes, he's all business. His number is 42-42-564 (shini-shini-koroshi), which literally means die-die-kill in Japanese. He has a special move called a “Direct Noggin Shinigami Chop” (which is normally shown when the Shinigami shows his hand, which is a large, flat, four-fingered hand appearing from his robe). This is both a joke and a real move. He constantly has to put up with Death Scythe’s antics when it comes to Maka or her progress. He seems to take on a more playful attitude when talking with his son, Death the Kid (he says he likes his son's three white stripes). Shinigami's soul wavelength is so large that it entirely covers Death city.

The old man that runs the medicinal shop has a relatives that live in Riyuuto Village. Because Naofumi saved many people during the second wave, the old man happily assist Naofumi whenever he's needed.

Headon is the Guardian of the First Floor and is the caretaker of the Tower. He has an appearance reminiscent of a white rabbit because of his long ears.

Headon talks in a friendly tone, but has been shown to have a cruel and manipulative streak. He presents his ideas and opinions in a logical and pragmatic manner, but his goals and desires themselves are not understood. He is perfectly willing to manipulate dozens of lives and create the nucleus of civil unrest to attain his mysterious goal.

Although most Administrators normally stay on their Floors, Headon seems to be the only Administrator with the ability to visit other Floors of the Tower. It is said that Headon is the most experienced Administrator of the Tower. Although that only means he was the first Administrator Zahard met and therefore the first one to carry out the roles of a Administrator, that doesn't mean he's the oldest.

Hans Remelio is the head of his Remelio Trading Company that was heading towards bankruptcy when first met by Lawrence and Holo.
