Deidara is a missing-nin from Iwagakure. Before joining the Akatsuki, Deidara was a terrorist bomber for hire. His work caught the eye of Pain, who sent other Akatsuki members to recruit him. Though he refused at first, Deidara was forced to join the organization after being defeated by Itachi Uchiha. Deidara maintained a deep loathing for Itachi from that point onward and became determined to defeat him, even training one of his eyes to overcome Itachi's signature ability: genjutsu. Deidara was partnered with Sasori upon joining the organization, who earned Deidara's admiration through his artistic ability and insight. Deidara was partnered with Tobi after Sasori's death, whom he treated as a disciple. Despite Tobi's habit of accidentally angering Deidara, Deidara took great care to keep Tobi out of harm's way and even spent his final moments apologizing to him.  In battle, Deidara uses special mouths on the palm of each hand to create Exploding Clay, chakra-infused clay that explodes on command. He commonly uses the command "Katsu" to trigger it. The blast strength of his creations is determined by how much chakra he adds to them. His clay can take on any size or form, ranging from microscopic in size to copies of himself as tall as a skyscraper. Deidara refers to his creations as "art," believing the most beautiful thing about them to be their detonation. His admiration for his art is to such a degree that he believes it can't be defeated, leading to a feeling of overconfidence in battle. Depending on the complexity or potency of one of his works, Deidara applies it a designation that ranges anywhere between "C1" to "C4", the former being the most basic and the latter being his strongest and most complex attack. For his final act, Deidara also has a mouth on his chest that, once provided with clay, turns him into a living bomb that destroys everything within a 10 kilometer radius.

 Kotetsu Hagane is a Chunin from Konohagakure. He spends most of the time with his partner Izumo Kamizuki watching who enters and leaves at Konohagakure's Main Gate.   

Fukusuke Hikyakuya is hired to be the Wagarashi family&#039;s runner for the Todoroki Shrine Race in the Land of Tea.   ~!Land of Tea Arc  Aoi Rokushō and Team Oboro turned out to be the bodyguard for Fukusuke. The leader of Wagarashi family, Kyūroku Wagarashi, hired them to take care of Idate Morino for him.  When it came to the race, Fukusuke was ahead thanks to Team Oboro. When it came to the next part of the race, Fukusuke tells Aoi that he&#039;d better make sure Idate doesn&#039;t catch up. Before sending Fukusuke on his way, Aoi grabs Fukusuke and warns him that if he threatens him again, he will break him in half.  Idate managed to catch up and outrun Fukusuke at the last minute. Fukusuke was beaten up by two members of Wagarashi family who state that he has dishonored the Wagarashi family and had better prepare for what&#039;s coming to him. Fukusuke begs for forgiveness. When Kyūroku and the Tea Daimyo&#039;s minister try to have Idate disqualified for assistance in getting to the checkpoint and declare Fukusuke the winner, the daimyo intervenes, stating that there is no rule against that. After the Wagarashi family was ordered to be disbanded, Fukusuke&#039;s current location and status are unknown.!~

Inabi Uchiha was a policeman of the Konoha Military Police and a member of the Uchiha clan.

Ulquiorra is a male arrancar with a melancholic appearance. Ulquiora is the 4th ranked espada. Ulquiorra is also analytical; during his and Yammy's first visit to the human world, he makes several remarks on the humans who confront them. He theorizes that Orihime Inoue's healing power is a temporal-spatial ability, which Aizen describes as the rejection of fate, and comments on how Ichigo Kurosaki's final release can easily get through Yammy's defenses. He also notes Ichigo's power fluctuation, which varies between very weak and stronger than his own. It would appear that Ulquiorra and Grimmjow, the 6th Espada, are not on good terms. While Ulquiorra allowed Yammy to kill anyone he deemed as "trash", which included Ichigo, Ulquiorra allowed him to live based on his belief that Ichigo's power was so turbulent that eventually, he would destroy himself. Grimmjow's conflicting viewpoint was that Ichigo should have been destroyed outright, as he could overcome his weakness and grow even stronger. 

Despite Grimmjow's argument, Aizen trusted Ulquiorra's judgment. This disagreement led to Grimmjow's unauthorized assault on the real world. Though Ulquiorra is of a higher rank than Grimmjow, Grimmjow is confident that Ulquiorra is afraid to fight him for fear of them destroying one another. When released his zanpakutō, Murciélago (黒翼大魔 (ムルシエラゴ) ,Murushierago?, Japanese for "giant black-winged demon," Spanish for "bat") creates two large black wings on his back. His hollow helmet centers atop his head, sporting two large horns, and his arrancar uniform appears more form fitting at the top, becoming robe-like towards the bottom. Additionally, Ulquiorra is apparently unique among the Espada in that he has a second release; Resurrección Segunda Etapa (Spanish for "resurrection second stage"). He becomes more muscular with clawed hands and feet, the whites of his eyes turn black, and his helmet is replaced with elongated horns. He loses his clothes; his arms and legs from the hip down are covered in black fur, and he gains a long thin tail. In both forms he can create long "lances" of energy called Lanza del Relámpago (雷霆の 槍(ラソサ・デ ル ・レ ラソ パ ー ゴ ) ,ransa deru reranpāgo?, Japanese and Spanish for ”lance of the lightning”), and when thrown can cause an explosion. Ulquiorra seems unfamiliar with the technique when he uses it in his second release state, unexpectedly missing Ichigo with his first one, however, to compensate, he can produce more should his first miss the target. Mabashi is unique in his overall appearance. His orange-red hair is messy and long on the right side, but clean and cut short on the left. He wears shorts and a sleeveless shirt (both sporting a black trim). The red necklace he wears is used to connect his doll&#039;s sealed form.     Originally, Mabashi did not seem to care if his views went against Kariya&#039;s, as he refused to drink the bitto&#039;s elixir. He is a staunch defender of the rule that Bount should not drink living souls. But after Kariya forced him to, his personality changed. He seems to be overconfident and facetious. Against Soifon, he didn&#039;t even find it necessary to fight her, suggesting that he is not a very perceptive fighter who leaves the heavy duty work to his doll, Ritz. Mabashi cares for the doll with his life, seen when his doll is defeated, and gets mad that she was hurt. He also comment during her &quot;playtime&quot; with Orihime, Rukia, and Kurōdo that she was cute.    He has a nasty side, liking to be sadistic when he pitted Rukia against Orihime. He is shown to be laid-back, evident when he allows his doll to control his opponent while he gives orders from the sidelines. Mabashi takes joy in sitting back and watching his doll mess with people. He is also an instigator who likes to antagonize others, be they enemies or allies. He is disrespectful to the people higher than himself, especially Yoshi. Though he only appears a few times, he has his ways to make himself be known well. He apparently does not have a good relationship with Yoshi, whom he frequently insults and calls her &quot;old and ugly&quot;, leading to both verbal and physical clashes between the two. Hector Doyle is a death row inmate who escaped the Caglios prison to find a suitable opponent to face him. He survived his execution on the electric chair. He doesn't use a specific fighting style, but is extremely dangerous due to his modified body.

Neil is one of the chief engineers in the Research &amp; Development sector of Fort Briggs. While privy to all the mechanical goings-on in the fort, Neil is especially knowledgeable on the subject of cold-climate metals such as those used in North Area automail limbs and is often seen acting as Captain Buccaneer&#039;s automail mechanic. A laid back and easygoing fellow, Neil is quick to make friends with those who come to the fort and is even more eager to share his expertise on the technological advancements the facility has made. 

Grucius is a Beastman from the Beast Kingdom Eurazania.

 He is a fourth class noble and swordsman-in-training at the North Centoria's Imperial Sword Mastery Academy, as well as Raios Antinous's follower and only friend.

The second-in-command of Shishitoren. Donning monk's working clothes and a pair of Japanese geta, Togame's eyes hide behind a pair of sunglasses as he talks at a slow tempo and pace. He possesses a cruel and unforgiving personality. He faithfully carries out Tomiyama's belief that weaklings don't belong in Shishitoren even if they were already members of the group. He antagonizes Sakura by calling him "Othello-kun" after the popular board game.

Chew is an Archerfish-man. In the Japanese version, he has a habit of saying "chu" (an onomatopoeic kissing noise) after each sentence. Choo is one of the more cool-headed officers in Arlong's crew (though also possibly the most violent, as he shoots a Marine Captain before he even finishes talking) and can spit water out of his mouth as if it were a bullet. He ends just about all his sentences with "smek" ("chew" in the 4kids dub). He later fights with the apparently-outmatched Usopp, but he is ultimately beaten after Usopp wears him down by running away and setting him on fire, before repeatedly hitting him over his head with his "Usopp Hammer" to knock him out.

Osamu is a second-year high school student who lives in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.

Osamu appears to be the calmer of the Miya twins with a laid-back and deadpan personality. Despite his outward demeanor, Osamu is highly competitive and becomes heated even if it isn't obvious on the surface. Osamu is also shown to have a large passion for food. He thinks about it often in the middle of a match and would get distracted by the smell of it. He can't seem to pick a favorite food and wouldn't know what to eat as his last meal. Like his brother, Atsumu Miya, he loses self-control when it comes to eating. He's shown to have a sense of humor, especially regarding Atsumu, whom Osamu teases whenever he messes up.
