~!He is the Servant of one of the series' main heroines, Rin Tousaka. Due to an incomplete summon, he apparently has no memory of his previous life or identity. Archer is sarcastic and cynical but under his hardened exterior lies a complex and dark personality that unfolds throughout the story. Though skilled with ranged weapons, he can hold his own in melee combat. Archer considers Shirou Emiya's idealism to be weak and delusional, recognizing the mentality of "wanting to save everyone" as naive and impossible.

Archer is actually a future version of Emiya Shirou, who became a hero through Emiya's wish to save innocent lives. After his death he became a Counter Guardian, a Spirit deployed to maintain balance and prevent humanity's extinction, but without the ability to act on his own he was forced to kill and face the fact that his ideals were not realizable time and time again. 

To escape this cycle the only hope for EMIYA was to be summoned as a Heroic Spirit and kill his past self before he became a Counter Guardian, which would cause a time paradox and release him from the cycle.!~

A master of disguise, Saemon can morph into the form of others. Not only can he forge the voice of his enemy, but also clone their appearance. This bizarre chameleon-like technique makes for a silent, deadly assassin.    Still, Saemon has a side very few see. As Okoi&#039;s oldest brother, there&#039;s no doubt that this cheerful soul loves his sister with all his heart. Because they are so close, they share something sort of a telepathic bond, as Saemon always senses when trouble&#039;s near. While Saemon is in the form of Yasamaru, he hold&#039;s Okoi&#039;s hand as she takes her final breaths. He is willing to do whatever it takes to defeat the Iga, and avenge his sister&#039;s death.

Phinks is a genius when it comes to unarmed combat. Phinks uses his hands in battle, which have been shown to be extremely powerful. He is rather brash and has a tendency to get into conflicts with other people. Phinks is one of the members of the Phantom Troupe that originated from Meteor City. He first appears in Egyptian Suit but later changed into jogging suit. He seems to get along with Feitan. Phinks also displays a level of compassion for Zazan's minions after they are released from her control. When they beg him to kill them he refuses to simply execute them on their knees, instead urging them to fight back and die in battle honorably.

Ripper Cyclotron: Phinks's nen ability involves how many times he rotates his arm. The more rotations that he does with the arm, the stronger his blow will become.

Iketani is the leader of the Speedstars and drives an S13 Silvia. He has great pride in his racing team and cares for everyone, including some oppenents. He doesn't know how to drift, but he is working on the back-brake-skid. His driving skills are fairly weak and is scared when the car begins to skid. However, he is getting over his scare and is willing to try almost anything to improve his skills. 

Iketani is often called "senpai" by Itsuki and Takumi (because he is older than them and watches out for them most of the time). He also works at the Esso (GS in the anime) gas station with Takumi and Itsuki and loves to talk about cars non-stop! Iketani is one of those guys that are somewhat dense about women (his relationship with Mako) and often jumps to conclusions too early. However, he learns from his mistakes quickly and even under the heaviest pressures, tries to remain calm and collective. 

This evil schemer is Nadja's uncle Herman. He is the current heir to the Preminger estate, but not if Duke PReminger has anything to say about it. Believe it or not, but Herman is Colette's younger brother. Two more dissimilar people you will never see! Herman is sneaky and greedy, and determined to get his hands on the Preminger fortune no matter what. He also hires Rosso and Bianco to find Nadja, at the same time they are already working for his father! But his goal is to get the brooch, the main form of proof Nadja has about her heritage. However when an unexpected ally comes his way, his plan changes and he focuses on a disturbing new way to trick his father. No one likes Herman much, and it's easy to see why! Tenshinhan is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball metaseries and the franchise equivalent created by Akira Toriyama. Trained by Muten-Rôshi's rival, the Crane hermit he starts out as an enemy of Son Goku, but soon makes peace and becomes an ally. He is usually accompanied by Chaozu, his training partner and best friend, whom he can communicate with telepathically.  At the time of his introduction, Tenshinhan is among the most powerful warriors in the series, matched only by Goku himself. Like most other characters, his relative strength quickly diminishes as the story progresses.  As is the case with a handful of other characters from the early chapters of Dragon Ball, Tenshinhan was inspired by a character from Journey to the West; his unique feature of having a third eye was derived from the Chinese god Erlang Shen. Amori is the oldest of the Amori Brothers and examinee #197 in the 287th Hunter Exam. He always wears a tuque and a polo neck sweater.   ~! One year later, Amori and his brothers attend the 288th Hunter Exam, confident that they will pass, only to be easily knocked unconscious together with the other applicants in the First Phase by Killua. The sheriff and mayor of Cocoyashi Village (Coco Village in the 4kids version), which is Nami's home town. He is like a father figure to Nami and Nojiko since they were kids and he knew their adoptive mother, Bellemere, quite well. He also kept the town together after Arlong took over the island, making sure everyone was safe and able to pay their tax.

Genzo wears a pinwheel on his hat because he used it to make Nami laugh when she was a baby (this pinwheel also inspired an attack for Luffy during their fight with Arlong). He played a role in rescuing Luffy after Arlong threw him into the ocean. All of Genzo's scars are from his first encounter with Arlong when he tried to stop him from taking Nami, Arlong made Kuroobi cut every part of his body with a sword. He was also almost killed by Arlong for hoarding novelty swords, until Usopp saved him. Genzo's pinwheel inspired Nami's new tattoo--a pinwheel to represent him with a tangerine to represent Bellemere. After Nami sails off with Luffy and crew, Genzo says he no longer needs his pinwheel, placing it by Bellemere's grave. The origin of the pinwheel is then revealed. Bell-Mere said that Nami cried when she saw Genzo because he looked scary, but then Genzo put his pinwheel on to make Nami laugh. It is revealed later in the manga that Luffy is very interested in the pinwheel (this inspires a new attack for Luffy, Gomu Gomu No Pinwheel), not even noticing the Navy who are trying to find Nami, just Genzo's pinwheel. However, this could be a put down in reference to Luffy's simple-mindedness. He threatens Luffy that if he finds out that he made Nami cry, he'll come after him. However, Luffy lived up to that promise, as Nami's sister, Nojiko pointed out. 

Genzo appears again later, and is outraged by Nami's wanted poster, wherein she is in a bikini, saying she'll get more suitors than bounty hunters, yet has blown it up poster-sized hanging in his house.


Sartorius, known in Japan as Takuma Saiou 「斎王琢磨, Saiō Takuma」, serves as the main antagonist during the second season. A fortune-teller with dual personalities under the influence of an alien force, he's poised to remake the world in the image most befitting the extraterrestrial radiance within him.    His name is meant to be a pun in English, as &quot;satori&quot; denotes a &quot;spiritual awakening&quot;. 

The male protagonist. A veteran war journalist who somehow took a liking for it. His love for photography develops into a sexual fetishism, as he gets an erection whenever he takes exciting photographs. However, after going back to Japan, his passion seems to have died. While investigating a secret club where rich and influent people meet to fulfill their most perverted desires, he received a kiss from Kagura and developed the ability to explode whoever and whatever he photographs - Death by Photo. The effect of this ability depends on what type of camera and lens he is using (e.g., a telescopic lens has a more powerful effect than a regular lens). Saiga uses a Nikkon camera and what looks to be Nikkor lenses.  ~! He was infected by the virus at the same island that Suitengu was on. !~

Dartz is the main antagonist in the Waking the Dragons story arc of the second series anime. He and this arc do not exist in the manga. He was the last king of the city of Atlantis and his history is tied to that of the lost city.
